This condo was just as described. The location is perfect. It was well equipped and very quiet. The water views were beautiful. Saw lots of whales from the condo. The pool was very nice. We just wished there was some shade/ umbrellas there. If you book this, you won't be disappointed. We were there January 31-February 12th.

We spent seven nights in this condo and it was absolutely wonderful. My favorite was the proximity to a very quiet beach, just down the road. I would run along the beach every morning and evening and hardly a soul was there. The condo itself was cozy and clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The two bathrooms were super nice. The kitchen was well stocked. The location on the island was great. 15 minutes to the airport, and centrally located to other parts of the island. But the area was super quiet.Overall we had a great stay!

Amazing time in Maui, was our first time here, the unit is exactly as listed, owners were easy to reaxh if you have any questions, location was great for us, it was quiet and peaceful but not to far if you wanted to go anywhere, you litterally can watch the whales during whale season right fro. We were looking for a quiet, less crowded place—away from the more populated areas yet still conveniently close to shopping—and this was perfect. The marina and local shops were just a short walk away, making it easy to explore. The waterfront was ideal for a bit of snorkeling or a peaceful sunset beach walk from the park just down the road.The owners were incredibly attentive to our travel needs and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Loved our stay and it was just as advertised. Traveled Jan 14-25 and were able to see whales from the lanai everyday. There is not a beach at the property but it is just a very short walk to a beach park. It was so nice being close to the marina with all the restaurants and shops. All the items we needed were provided, beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and the home comforts as well. Would stay again on another trip. .

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the necessary items for prepping meals. It was also well stocked with beach gear. The walkout patio added to our stay as we were able to easily access the waterfront lounge chairs and enjoy the wonderful view of Haleakala. The landscaping of the resort was beautifully maintained and manicured. Our proximity to the pool was great as well. Thanks for making our first visit to Maui a wonderful one!

This condo is centrally located on the island of Maui, so it's convenient to drive west toward Lahaina side, or east to Hana or Haleakala. The view is to the south and great! You'll see the immediate rocky shoreline, breaking waves, distant Kehei and Wailea beaches and the Molokini crater island. You'll hear the lapping of waves all day and night. We briefly saw humpback whales breaching. The condo is filled with interesting art that includes many primitive African paintings. The only issues we had were that the condo seemed unnecessarily over-populated with furniture, which makes the living room and bedroom seem cramped. Also, when I moved a bedroom dresser out from the wall to get access to an outlet, I found an enormous amount of dust caked on the tile floor, dresser back and wall. Other areas behind furniture along walls had the same issue. I am allergic to dust. We suggest that the owners ask their the maid service to do some regular deep cleaning.

Amazing property just steps from the ocean and all the sea turtles and whales you could watch. Incredibly responsive owner/host and unit was as well-appointed as any we've ever stayed in with VRBO. Quite literally had everything we needed -- extra toilet paper, yoga mat, great beach chairs and towels, remarkable kitchen, etc. Check-in was incredibly easy and the unit was clean with everything working perfectly. We're frequent VRBO guests and have never had a property live up to, and beyond, everything we expected -- until this one! And we loved the quieter south side of Maui with a convenient drive to great restaurants and beaches at Wailea.

Just left 3 days ago, and already I want to go back! Stayed a full week with our friends, amazing time! The condo is super clean, great layout for two couples or parents/kid room. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We stopped at a grocery store to pick up our food on our way in and were pleasantly surprised to find there were plenty of condiments, spices, etc already there. We saw tons of whales while just sitting on the lanai or on the lounge chairs on the beautiful grassy area of the property. Lots of turtles in the water right along the back side of the property.Location of the condo is great, centrally located on the island to access all the great areas AND within walking distance to a a beach & few restaurants at the harbor. We took cruises out of the Maalaea harbor (snorkeling Molokini and a Dinner Sunset cruise), explored the Kihei beaches, drove the road to Hana and explored the Kaanapali beaches. There's pizza and paninis, an ice cream sandwich shop, a fish/steak spot and a great lunch spot at the harbor. All had fantastic food and drinks. We made breakfasts (except one day we went to Nalu's South Shore Grill in Kihea, 1000% recommend going there) & packed lunches each day and walked to dinner almost every night.The owners have put together an AMAZING collection of maps & information on things to see and do.Communication with the owners before & during our stay was super helpful and responsive.

My husband and I stayed and our two teen daughters, escaping to Maui from the cold of Minnesota. We absolutely loved the central location to explore Maui!John and Trisha are excellent hosts. The condo was immaculate and had all the extras from beach chairs to reef-safe sunblock to a well-stocked kitchen. We so so appreciated the communication and suggestion of activities from John. They had a wonderful welcome gift waiting for us of coffee and chocolates!We hope to be guests in the future. I highly recommend staying at this condo!!!

We liked being on the ground floor so we could walk in and out of our condo to sit and relax on the chairs right outside or walk along the wall to watch the sea turtles. This is an immacculately well kept condo and property in a centrally located area. John has thought of everything you need whether it is heading out to the beach that is a quick 5 mins stroll away or spending a leisurely day grilling and swimming onsite. Very nice condo and it was exactly as in the pictures. Dianne was very easy to deal with and when we had a problem with the ceiling fan she responded quickly and helped to solve the issue. The location is great for sunrise and in the evening you can walk around to see the sunset. The complex is very well managed and we enjoyed the pool every day. The condo is well stocked with many supplies. We would definitely like to return one day.

The location and the view were exactly as described. Quiet and peaceful area. We sat on the the lanai about every night and morning. With binoculars we were able to watch whales. The other things that was great was having, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. We slept better here than anywhere else on our vacation.

Immaculate condo and streamlined everything! The building and property are well maintained and so peaceful. The interior of the condo is super clean and tastefully decorated. It’s a serene environment all the way around. Sunrises with the turtles, easily 25 turtles a day floating just off the rocks getting their morning feed from the rocks. The pool is lovely, and the location is fantastic. We can’t wait until we can do a return trip! Beds are comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked, and the outdoor gas grills are a short thirty paces from back patio door. We really appreciated the WiFi and the ease of getting checked in and out. This was our best VRBO experience we have ever had. Simply fantastic!

We’ve been to Maui a few times and love both the Kihei and Lahaina areas. This location gave us easy access to both! Well equipped for our family of two parents, two grandparents and two kiddos. Small sandy beach near the harbor to walk to each morning but we drove to the southern beaches for snorkeling. Thanks for letting us stay and we can’t wait to come back!

This property was clean and in a great location and around 15-20 minutes from most major points of interest in Maui. The ground level access to the pool and ocean view was fantastic, the views were unforgettable. Everything about the stay was super smooth including checking in and out. The Wi-Fi was fast and there were great amenities to utilize in the property including beach accessories. The reserved parking space was also nice to have.
Some minor issues that should be noted here:
The walls/ceiling are unfortunately paper thin, the bedrooms suffer the worst and every morning around 6am the guests in the condo above would scrape their chairs back and forth several times and it would go on for some time. On multiple days there was construction ongoing outside the property with full conversations, laughing and music blasting by the construction crews at dawn that would easily carry straight into the side bedroom.
During the construction period there was painting on the walkway leading into the property and on two days we were unable to use the front door entry way and had to utilize the back sliding door that cannot be locked from the outside. On two occasions we anxiously had to leave our valuables in the condo with the back slider door unlocked during the times we went out, rushing back on both occasions to ensure its safety.
