This was our 2nd stay this year at this top floor condo! From the moment you arrive you'll be captivated by the beauty of the island, and this condo is the perfect base to explore it. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to prepare meals.
One of the highlights of the condo is the private lanai, where you'll spend mornings with your coffee while watching the sunrise over Haleakala.

The condo is located in a great location. Easy access to wherever you want to go on the island. Walking distance of the harbor to get your excursions. Walking distance to ocean center. Haycraft beach is just down the street. The grounds are clean and quiet with a great sense of community!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Fabulous condo. Wonderful view. Fully equipped. Everything we needed to enjoy a two week stay. The view from the condo was spectacular and we saw several turtles from the lanai every day. We couldn’t ask for more and certainly plan to return. Thanks for a lovely place to call our home away from home!!

This area was not very convenient for us to stay. The beach at the end of the street was extremely small and there were several homeless families there we did not go in the water we did not feel it was safe there we spent most of our time in Lahaina , which was about 30 minute drive each way
there weren’t really any stores nearby. We were grateful there was one gas station around the corner that had coffee but for anything else you really had to drive quite a ways just was not one of the better places that we have stayed at in our last 20 years of traveling .

Our stay was to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary.
We have stayed in this location before, but this unit was new to us. We were very happy with the accommodations and will perhaps in the future book another stay.

I was sad to leave this beautiful condo which was like staying in paradise. My husband and I and our son and his girlfriend spent a week and agreed it was the best choice on the island. It is centrally located on a beautiful bay only being a short distance from the airport, a couple good restaurants, the Sugar Beach where they went snorkeling and most of the sights. The grounds are lovely with a green soft grassy area. The palm trees waved as the waves lapped on the volcanic rocks. There were many chairs for outdoor seating as well as a lovely area to grill. We ate out on the lawn several nights. The best part was the sound of the waves which we could hear all through the condo. We spent hours watching the turtles. The condo was furnished with everything one could possibly need at the beach ( chairs, snorkeling equipment, ice chests, etc.). Check in was simple and all my questions were answered quickly. I would definitely stay here again. I give it an A+.

This was one of the best stocked condos we’ve stayed at. Large kitchen with everything we needed. Comfy beds, snorkel and beach gear provided. Loved the turtles near the boulders and 10 minute walk to aa quiet beach.
Better instructions on TV would be helpful.

This condo is a perfect base for visiting Maui with its central location. We walked to Haycraft Park everyday and enjoyed the miles of beach and tidepools. We also walked over to Ma'alaea Harbor for a sunset sail, restaurants and the aquarium. The unit itself is roomy and was stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen needs. The highlight of course was the lanai that faces the bay as well as the beautifully manicured grounds. Looking forward to our return next season. Thanks so much!

We have had the best time in Maui. This location is great to be away from the crowd in the more touristy parts of Maui, about 25 minutes away from Lahaina one way and Wailea the opposite way. The condo was just what we needed for my in-laws, who have now visited all 50 states, and my husband and I. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beach access is just down the road and there are sea turtles right on the property by the shore. It was a great vacation.

The property was as described. Beautiful view. Kitchen had everything we needed. Property manager was helpful when we arrived and parking spot was taken, they quickly provided a temporary spot until ours was vacated. Would stay again.

This is a great location central to most things. It's a great spot but not a major resort feel. Perfect for us because we didn't want the resort hustle or to be around a lot of people. The turtles are all over. You will love it.

I really rely on reviews for lodging so i’ll be as honest as possible.
the place was VERY clean, soooo clean, it was great.
check in on your reservation said 3, but notification from manager said 4, so we had to kill some time.
the view is insane, you will see turtles come up on the rocks infront of your lanai. we saw so many turtles bobbing their heads up for air, it was adorable.
the place was quiet, it’s top floor. and i worry about the back of the unit’s windows being open cause people get up early and make noise going to their cars but when we were there everyone was respectful and quiet.
there is strong winds in Maalaea, don’t think otherwise. but you open the back windows and the front lanai doors and you’ve got some major trade winds cooling you off like an air conditioner.
there is an AC, but we never used it.
kitchen usability is important to us, as we cooked most of our meals. the kitchen is great, all the kitchen gear you need and more. fabulous stove and oven. nice dishwasher.
the couch has a button that you can push that reclines you, we passed out everytime we sat down on it- it was soooo comfortable.
beds are comfortable, on the softer side.
parking is great, you’re assigned a parking spot.
there are elevators for all your gear/stuff.
and we absolutely appreciated the beach extras in the closet.
we were central to everything in Maalaea.
20 mins to big beach, 30 mins to napili, 20/30 mins to paia. it was a great location.
10/10 we will definitely recommend!

View is great and furniture in good shape but there were multiple problems. Here are just a few...screen door to balcony was really hard to open and had holes in it. Maintenance fixed the runners but not the holes. Soap, shampoo, etc. was cheap motel quality. An old rusted a/c on the balcony was an eyesore. Standing fan in the front room was encrusted with dust. Exhaust fan in one bath ran continuously. Even though VBRO gave us an 11am checkout time, management insisted on 10am, plus all dishes cleaned, trash cans empty, recycling put out, etc. Maybe the listing price reflected these shortcomings but a little extra care would have made our stay way more pleasant.

Neighborhood was a good location. Property was super nice. We had two small issues while there and were concerned at first, but it ended up being okay. One of the showers wouldn’t turn off, and the numbers on our contact sheet were no longer the correct numbers of the contact people. I ended up contacting Sandra directly, and it was fixed. The back door also was coming off the track, but it’s very windy there, so I can see how that happened. We were also able to get it fixed, so it was all good. The staff and everyone staying there were super nice, and our place was clean. We also enjoyed the beautiful view every morning when we woke up, drank coffee and watched the sunrise. I think this condo is a great deal in a great location, and I would definitely go back!

Our stay was in February 2022. This condo was perfect and Sandra was so great to work with! The condo was ideal for my wife and I, but with two bedrooms and two bathrooms it would be comfy whomever. We have been to Maui before but stayed in a luxury resort area and didn't enjoy it nearly as much as we did at this location. This condo is in great shape and Sandra supplied everything we could have needed for our stay. There were beach chairs, coolers, a grill by the pool, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and bedding, fast internet, keyless entry, and an amazing breeze if you opened the windows and sliding glass door. The view was spectacular! Amazing sunrise and the whales are visible all the time (literally, all the time).
The location is so perfect! We had access to everything in just a matter of a few minutes but we were not crowded into the packed resort areas or residential areas. We could drive to the other side of the island (by the airport) in 16 minutes. If you have a car this place is ideal. If you are walking, you will be limited, so call an Uber it will be worth it. : )
Beach access.... the condo area is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. There is no direct beach front access at this condo but don't let that discourage you. If you are walking, there is a perfect beach at the end of the block, Haycraft Beach. If you have a car, there is literally beach access in any direction you drive. All the beach access areas (and they are everywhere) are simply pull over and park on the side of the road and it is free. Amazing! We rented paddle boards and boarded around the beach and condo area. We watched surfers catching waves in front of the condo but didn't get that brave. lol
This place helped make our trip spectacular. Thank you to Saundra for communicating with us with such ease and for being such a trustworthy owner. Mahalo! : )

This place was exactly what we needed to get away from the snowy Seattle weather! Very nice and clean unit. Everything you need is here. Sandra is the best!! Always msgs back and a great host. Will definitely come here again!! Thank you Sandra!!!

Lots of ants in the kitchen. Was Told after arriving that we would need to be out of our unit between 9 AM and 2 PM for pest control. When we asked the maintenance about what they were spraying they told us since my wife had asthma we would need to stay out of the unit longer. The tenants below us were smoking on their l Patio and we had to keep our doors closed so the smoke wouldn't enter our unit. The sliding screen door on our porch constantly fell off. And the sliding door was hard to close. Did the unit was not clean. The dishes were dirty in the cabinets and had lipstick on the cups. Windows were very dirty.. Coffee maker still had old grounds in it. Countertops were sticky. Lots of human hair all over the floors. Kitchen garbage had not been taken out out and there was used face masks in the 1st bathroom trash and hair in the drains. My wife spent the 1st 2 hours we were there just cleaning.. Not the fault of the host but the elevator was out and we were on the 4th floor. The complex does have 2 elevators but we were on the end of the unit and it was a long walk down to the other elevator. The Wi-Fi did not work. They had a book explaining on how to deal with it And after hours of trying we could not get it to work. We spoke to a cable man who was there working in another unit and he looked at it and said our router was not working correctly. So no Wi-Fi. We have been to maui numerous times over the years and were not happy with the accommodations Or cleanliness of the unit. On a positive note it was nicely decorated and sleep decorated and had a beautiful view view for watching the turtles and the sunsets.

Unit was average nice. Laundry room was a good touch. Very Windy though continually. Probably our fault for not researching this but you might want to mention in description. No place to wash sand off though. Beautiful scenery, very nice & manicured grounds. Not sure we would go again but only because of the wind.

Beautiful view but lots of things broken in the unit- shower slow to drain, difficulty with toilets flushing, coffee pot broken etc. We also weren’t given hand soap in the “starter kit” and management didn’t believe us. The unit was more dated than expected as well.

A wonderful, quiet condo building for a perfect relaxing vacation. The balcony gets a bit hot from the air conditioner exhaust during the hottest part of the day but the views are gorgeous. You can watch turtles and walk for miles on the soft sandy beach.

This is a great place to relax. You are out of the tourist hustle but close enough to everything you want to see. The sound of the ocean was fantastic!
