We had a great stay, loved the balcony! The second bedroom is actually upstairs in the loft open area so there is no privacy, please note! There is very nice local beach and park for morning runs just minutes away! The location is 15-20 minutes from other larger towns including the airport. Close by there isn’t much but a Starbucks.

Loved our stay here. 2 adults in main room, and 2 teens in upstairs room. We each had our own bathrooms which was nice. The view is the real selling point though...honestly the best we saw on the island being right on the water with views of Haleakala as well. 4 beach chairs and an umbrella were very nice too. Great central location.

I want to start out saying the view is wonderful & my family enjoyed their stay overall. We had difficulty gaining access to the Vrbo, partially my fault because my email was not working. I tried to contact the host call/messaging, but there was no answer until I called Vrbo customer service to which, after an hour, they connected me to another partner in Kauai which gave me an access key. She told me I also should have gotten a text as well with instructions, but i unfortunately did not & she was apologetic & sincere. The unit was very convenient, scenic & relaxing. Only issue was the air conditioning. There is only one little unit down stairs & it was a bit of an issue for us sleeping upstairs. It took almost two days to somewhat cool down up there, it stayed mainly warm majority of the time. The upstairs bed also had stains on the side of the covers, everything else seemed to be clean. We stayed a week & we were running low on paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper. I tried to communicate to the host to see if they had any extra, but no answer. We did end up just buying more. Overall, we did enjoy our stay & the views. I would say there should be more convenience with communication.

Very quiet property which we loved! There was hardly anyone around the whole week which made it so relaxing for us!! The location was perfect and made for an easy drive to anywhere on the island. We had a great time here. We personally loved the location - very convenient if you plan to do lots of activities on the island. The property does have a small beach access point but don’t expect a walk out large sandy beach you can chill out on - it’s not that at all -which we knew before coming. We were gone most of the day seeing sites around the island, so we didn’t really view this location as our “beach” location and that was fine for us. In the morning you can somewhat see the sunrise…it’s like a side view which was still very pretty. We had one evening in the condo and we couldn’t really appreciate a sunset view at all so don’t expect to see a sunset on the balcony. The condo itself had all the amenities we wanted/needed like AC, washer & dryer, iron. We were there for 7 days and ran out of toilet paper I think on day 4 or something so not sure if the number of rolls available is adjusted based on length of stay but if staying for more than 4 days you may end up needing to purchase some toilet paper. Otherwise the rest of the usual stuff was covered like laundry detergent and dish soap. The property itself was well maintained - there is a pool, BBQ and lawn area on site. If you rent a car, there is free parking on site - have to get a tag for the car at checkin. Happy with the location and would recommend it.

Had a wonderful 6-day stay on the ocean. Pictures an accurately depict the location. Was very quiet, which is what I was looking to experience. Very nice by the ocean, with easy turtle watching, even from our balcony. Nice lawns and beach is very close. Very happy with our choice.

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. Where I do think that some of the decor could be updated along with the listing. This was a perfect location. We walked down to the harbor multiple times and it was maybe 10 min walk. The listing should be updated because where I worried that there was not chairs for the beach, etc. there are lots of extras that are not listed. I went out to the private beach every morning and said hello to the sea turtles. I went out one night and there was 17 on the beach. This unit does not have central air so it is running off a window unit and a unit in the bedroom but they worked great when we needed them.

We loved our stay at this condo. It was perfect for us. The owners provided excellent instructions and quickly responded to our questions. The condo is located in a quiet area of South Maui. We appreciated that loads of restaurants and many other beaches - south, west and north - were only 15-30 minutes away. The unit, building and grounds are pristine. And the ocean-side pool/jacuzzi/lawn area was particularly inviting.The unit is fully stocked with every appliance, cooking utensil, and supply one needs for a beach getaway. (We loved that a vacuum and broom were on hand to always keep the floors free of sand). To top it off, the strong tropic breezes meant we never had to use the air conditioner. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again and will refer others here. Mahalo to the Weber’s!

Great location - close to other famous beaches, on waterfront where we could see turtles swimming in the “backyard,” balcony area opens up to waterfront, and very close to the airport. We rented a car so everything very accessible. We didn’t use pool or hot tub which are in the smaller side. Place itself was cute and spacious and was nice to have fridge and microwave. Great to have your own room and bathroom also. Overall enjoyed this place!

This apartment has a fabulous location. The view from the balconey where we had our morning coffee was worth every penny. It is located on the National whale conservancy area but it was too late in the season for us the magnificent creatures have migrated north. We did see some turtles swimming around in these waters. The flowering trees around the property are gorgeous too and the hot tub is a welcome addition after a strenuous hike.

We would highly recommend this property for it's quiet location, but central to Maui. Best for 2 people as it is fairly small. We enjoyed watching the turtles at every incoming tide.

We really enjoyed the place overall. Check in was straightforward/smooth.It is helpful to be aware that the pull out couch is in the main living area and that there is no window covering for the sliding glass door in that room, so if you are sensitive to light this could affect you. We are early risers anyway so it wasn't a big problem.The place had everything we needed during our stay, and even had beach chairs and a cooler!There was a bit of a delay when trying to contact someone for questions toward the end of our stay. We did also feel that the instructions for check out were incomplete, and wished they were more clear with check out expectations i.e. the check out e-mail didn't really say we needed to do anything other than be out by 1000 but when I asked they said yes, we should take out the trash.Really beautiful location/condo and overall would recommend.

This rental is great if you are looking for a central location to explore multiple areas of the island but would like to come back to a quiet condo. The view from the lanai is fantastic and we enjoyed watching the turtles. If you are traveling soon, please note that the elevator listed under accessibility is currently being replaced and you will need to use the stairs to get to the top floor.

The condo was very nice nicely stocked with everything you need. The only problem was it was not mentioned in the listing, and not mention by the rental agency that elevator was not working my wife has bad knees we were on the fourth floor. She has sustained more injury to her knees, going up and down the stairs I will be seeking compensation through my attorney since management would not return my calls or emails on this manner. coldwell Banker property management is just in for the money. They will be losing a lot of money now when I get done.

The property was centrally located. It allowed us to easily explore all areas of Maui. The unit was very clean & well maintained. It was perfect for 2 adults. We enjoyed the gorgoeous ocean view from our lanai as we watched for whales. We especially enjoyed our daily trips to the small beach area to watch the Hawaiian green sea turtles come onshore. We would definitely recommend staying here.

When we first arrived the elevator was broken and they knew that and failed to inform us before we arrived. They should have given us the option of a refund if we wanted one because the listing said elevators. What if we couldn't do stairs. The drawers in the kitchen were broken and would fall out. The sliding door barely opened and only with some force and wouldn't lock. We informed the management of all of these things when we first arrived and all they wanted to do was send someone over to look at the sliding door. We refused since this was our vacation. It was centrally located and was mostly clean except for the furniture, curtains. pillows both on the couch and bed. If we could have gotten our money back when we told them about all of these issues we would have went somewhere else. But to spend over 3000 and not get any money back isn't something we could afford..I wouldn't not stay there again.
