The condo was amazing. The view was wonderful and we were able to spot turtles and whales right off of the lanai. The two bedrooms was a game changer and gave us all the space we needed. The AC was more than adequate to keep the loft cool. Such a great location and vacation spot.

This is the second year we stayed in 403 and our 3rd time at this complex. We love the location and how quiet the area is. Our condo had everything we needed and the view is outstanding! We used the grill, hot tub and pool. The grounds are always very well maintained. We watched whales and turtles from our lanai. The beach park down the street is our favorite spot to start our beach walk. It’s miles of uninterrupted beach... perfect for a morning or sunset walk. (Also a great place to swim) We will be back.

Our overall impression of this property was pretty good. We arrived late in the evening so the having all the information to get into the condo made the process so easy and convenient. Waking up to that view for nearly two weeks was worth every penny. The area is easy to get to and quiet. Upstairs was a little warmer than downstairs but lots of fans and adequate air conditioning provided. There was only two of us but it's a great size for four adults. My only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror, a girls gotta make sure she looks cute for the day! Would stay here again!

We stayed from July 20-27, and am so thankful we did. The condo was well equipped and very clean. The only downfall was the air conditioning didn’t keep up and made for difficult sleeping at night. But we’re in Hawaii, so it didn’t cause that much of a problem. I would stay there again.

The apartment had a lovely ocean view- with turtles on the property. The building where the condo was located needs some TLC (the elevator required some upkeep, trash was sometimes left and not picked up). However, the grounds facing the ocean were well-tended to. Within the apartment, the shower curtains in the bathrooms were quite dirty and needed to be replaced (moldy). The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms are smaller than we had anticipated. The washer and dryer were located in the master bedroom a slight inconvenience (room became very warm after using the dryer). Also, we could hear the neighbouring units-the soundproofing needs to be improved.

The cable was out the first day, the hot tub, and bbq were out for two days also, ruining our cinco de mayo plans. The main entrance is very dangerous, as it’s extremely windy, and the door blew open as my wife was exiting, and it slammed into her pinned her arm between wall bruising her arm. But not bad place overall.

We chose the location because it was central to all areas of the island. Being on the bay during humpback whale season exceeded our expectations. This rental is a lovely place - quiet, with plenty of amenities. We could not have asked for a better place. Mahalo

A perfect central location to all island activities! Comfortable for our group of 4. Our only wish would have been for more air conditioning as the wall unit wasn’t really able to keep the bedrooms cool. Opening the windows and turning the fans on helped some but still a little warm and humid for sleeping. But that’s just getting nit picky because the setting was gorgeous and worth it!!

I was disappointed about the location. It was so windy each day that any beach nearby had sand blowing in our faces. Pictures depicted twin beds for my kids and there was a double bed instead. My pillows were so flat that it gave me a neck ache. We did enjoy the pool and spa. I would never stay in this location again.

There is a portable AC unit in the bedroom that was a bit loud and didn’t do a great job of cooling which is the only item we felt was preventing this review from being 5 stars. Overall a great place to stay.

I thought this place was in the perfect location, though Maaleaea gets pretty breezy in the afternoons. It's a quiet street with beach on one end and the aquarium / shops / harbor on the other. The unit was updated nicely but the building is on the older side.

Great location with an amazing view. Place even more amazing than the description. Clean with great amenities. Check in/out process was easy. Only drawback, other than low water pressure (which was still reasonable), is that the portable A/C unit in the master bedroom is a little loud but worth it for cooling things off although it may not get as cold as you would like and in a timer so you may have to get up in the middle of night to reset/extend the timer.

This home is very nice and clean with updates and lots of amenities. Location is central island so it is easy to reach roadways to all the major sites and areas. We stayed for just a few nights so we did not spend time at the unit or using the pool but everything appeared well taken care of though it is an older building. Quick drive for groceries. The views are stunning and sleeping with the windows opening listening to the waves lap the shore was delightful. Would absolutely return to this unit in the future.

This was exactly as presented. The views were spectacular. The beach was 2 blocks away from the unit, a 3-5 minute walk. The pool and hot tub were exactly as shown...and warm. I have the feeling that this is a gentrifying building, and the original owners complain at the slightest noise. That was our only complaint. Would definitely recommend/return.

My wife and I fell in love with this place the minute we drew the curtain on the big glass door. Perfect view of the harbor, the lights of Kihei, and the mountains beyond. And as they say, “At night, the stars they put on a show for free.” A great central location for exploring Maui. And our three adult family members slept like babies, thanks to the quiet neighbors and the cool, steady breeze. MAHALO!

My family had a great time. We appreciated that Maalaea was not right in the hustle and bustle of Lahaina or Kehei. A quiet location and only a few minutes walk to a great secluded beach. The condo was very nice, we really appreciated the use of the beach chairs. Maalaea is very windy, just know that. The wind was great though for keeping it cool. Would definitely visit again.

The condo was centrally located, 15-20 minutes from most places we wanted to visit. It was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The nearby beach was good for a walk and even a swim, but we preferred snorkeling/body surfing at some of the west Maui beaches. We saw LOTS of turtles from the lanai and the small beach area on the property. The communication from the management company was great and the easy, touchless check in and check out was appreciated.

The overall experience was good. The only negative comments would be the dryer exhaust vent was not vented outside and you only had luck warm water when taking a shower.
When drying clothes at night the AC unit would not cool the master bedroom with the dryer unit running, nor after, because the dryer exhaust was not vented outside.

This is my 2nd visit at this condo & unit. I absolutely love it. So beautifully renovated in a quiet, peaceful location with a stunning view. Plenty of turtles to enjoy (watching) in the afternoons. Really appreciate the extras that the owners allow us to borrow - beach chairs, reusable cooler, washer/dryer unit, nice cook wear, etc. Mahalo nui loa for an opportunity to enjoy this beautiful vacation rental!
