This condo worked for what we needed. We loved the location and took the short drive to Kihei/Wailea many many times. The condo itself has been updated and the view of Haleakala to the east and Maalaea Bay was gorgeous off our private balcony. Unfortunately, the condo needed a thorough deep clean. There was significant amount of dirt on the walls and the cabinet faces and cabinets themselves were filthy. We didn't notice at first, but it seemed as though between guests they only do a brief, surface clean.
Overall, we did enjoy this condo, the view, and the updates that have been done to it; although would have appreciated it being slightly cleaner

We had a great stay, very comfortable and relaxing. The location was great, in a less crowded area but easily accessible to most parts of the island. The condo was quiet and plenty of room for two people. The lanai had a great view of the water and had plenty of space. The pool was nice as well. The owner was very responsive when we had a broken hair dryer, which was dealt with the sane day. The only minor issue was the air conditioning, which is a small unit in the main room. It is an old unit and doesn't really help with the bedroom...on hot days, it could be a bit uncomfortable. Overall, however, i would highly recommend this condo for a nice Maui stay.

Perfectly clean unit! Just like the pictures, lovely view from the balcony, updated decor! Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking appliances (coffee pot, blender, pots and pans, etc).
The bed was comfortable (pullout couch not so much!).
AC unit worked, but was struggling a bit and very loud. We ended up keeping the curtains closed for the afternoons and whenever we were out of the condo to help keep it cooler.
Location is wonderful! Quiet area with a dead end street. The condo units do not have a beach, it is all rock, except for a small sand stretch surrounded by rocks where the sea turtles come to the beach at night. This was really cool to see, at least 15 turtles came up every night to rest there.
Condo is within a 5 minute walk to a gorgeous public beach, Haycraft Park, that was so nice, huge, and not a bunch of people. Also a 5 minute walk to the Maui Aquarium, which was great for our last day.
Pool and hot tub are small but clean...but a heads up for those with kids. The hours are from 9AM to 9PM, and no jumping, no games, etc allowed in the pool at all.
Would absolutely stay here again!

The listing was very accurate concerning the view, it really was stunning. Condos are well maintained for the most part especially for being older, no complaints there.
I feel like the condo was represented well in the photos, it’s small but it was equipped with what we needed. The beach chairs, umbrella, towels and coolers were perfect!
We wanted a quiet location away from the touristy stuff and this was perfect. Tante’s was a great restaurant perfect for feeding our tired and hungry selves upon arrival. Very close by.
This may or may not matter to you but it technically comes with A/C and the living room stays ok for the most part but it does not reach the bedroom which was problematic for sleep. We could not find a way to open the windows and the fans offered little assistance.
Do not do laundry at night, it heated the place up like an oven. The washer was also having fits starting and I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to get my couple of loads done.
The living room fan and TV turned off for no apparent reason and it took almost an hour to get them back. Seemed like a short maybe, we tried reaching out to host but never got a response, ever…
Overall it was fine for us because we are hardly ever at our unit when we travel. Biggest reason to stay…the view. Biggest reason not to stay, AC doesn’t reach bedroom.

This is a great condo at a midpoint between Kihei and Lahaina which made it easy to get to either town. There is a nice beach just a few minutes walk down the road. Plenty of activities nearby such as the aquarium and mini golf. And not to mention a spectacular view of the ocean from the room!

We enjoyed staying at the property. Great view. The condo was very well equipped. The only issue was that when we arrived the room was not prepared., Sheets and towels were in the washer and dryer. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned including the shower. Disappointed after a 13 hr journey and arriving late a 11pm. We cleaned the place in the morning and notified the property Manager who responded quickly and apologetically and advised cleaning person had an emergency day before and couldn’t clean the place. Property Manager reimbursed the cleaning fee and provided a 50.00 credit. Cleaning person was sent right away.

My husband and I loved this property. It was in a quieter neighborhood of the island, but only took 10-20 minutes to get into the next town. The views were phenomenal. The condo was stocked with everything you need for the beach - towels, chairs, coolers and even a big umbrella.

We chose to stay here based on the ocean, front view, and proximity to the other parts of the island we wanted to explore. Space was very clean and comfortable, with the beautiful ocean view right off the balcony. We were really happy with the location, as we traveled to all parts of Maui.

The property was just what I was looking for...a lovely place to watch whales right from our lanai. It was very nicely decorated and furnished and very well equipped.I appreciated that it was in a peaceful area, away from the crowded cities and congested tourist areas. The location was ideallly located in the middle of the island, just right for exploring in either direction. We'd love to stay here again!

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed including coolers for that roadtrip to Hana, beach chairs/ and umbrellas for beach days, nothing left unthought of. The unit is furnished with great taste e it's super well equipped with everything you could need for you stay.
The location is perfect if you want to explore the island staying in a single place (as we did for the 5 days of our stay).
The shoreline in front of the condo is not so suitable for swimming, but you can see many (many !) sea turtles just close to the bbq area or at the tiny beach at west side of the property.
Pool and hot tub are nice and enjoyable.

My 16 year old daughter and I stayed here for a week. I can not say enough about the property. It was super clean, well located, quiet, easy to get into and comfortable. The owner had so many things that a hotel would not have. I totally give it 5 stars. The only improvements that would make our stay better are a nice bigger coffee cups, and room darkening shades on the balcony I had trouble sleeping on the sofa bed because there are bright lights outside that I could not block out.

The condo was very clean and extremely well equipped with kitchen utensils as well as beach gear. The beach is a short walk away, but it is not among the nicest beaches. The sand at the entrance has some large rocks and it drops off fast. Not good for snorkeling. The best beaches (there are many) are about 10 miles away in Kihei. The Maui Ocean Center and all the boat tours that leave from Ma'alaea Harbor are walking distance from the condo. You will need a car to stay here because the closest food store is a few miles away. There is only one restaurant nearby that serves both lunch and dinner. It is not fancy, but be sure you have a reservation.

Location is perfect. Views are perfect. Steps away from the beach. Communication with property manager was great. Condo is fully equipped with all that we needed including beach chairs. You will love staying here for your vacation. If we visit Maui again we’ll definitely be booking again.

The common property was a little dated-but kept up very well! The parking lot needs repaved, but pool area was very well kept. We loved the 1/4 mile walk to beach and walk ability to harbor restaurants! We took advantage of our central location and enjoyed both Lahaina and Wailea. The condo itself was perfect for us! It was just like the picture! The view beautiful and decor modern and clean feeling ! Very nice washer & dryer.

they spent eight nights here and we could not have asked for a better location, experience or view! The condo is even more beautiful and clean than pictured and well appointed. We utilized a full-size fridge, coffee pot, washer and dryer, snorkeling gear and beach chairs which were all incredibly helpful. We loved the location and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! This was a lovely little condo! It was beautifully done on the inside, furnishings were modern and comfortable, kitchen was updated and completely stocked, and the bed was clean and comfortable. The owner was easily reached, wonderful to deal with, and more than accommodating! The view was fabulous and whales were everywhere!
We have been to Maui many times and my wife said this was the best place we have ever rented! Thank you so much for making our stay on the island so great! We'll be back!

This condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Nice, clean, direct oceanfront with a pool. Small condo complex so very few people and no kids running around. Had a small issue with the washer and the owner was super responsive. Definitely will stay again!

The owner was always prompt in responding to my messages. Easy check-in process and the unit was pretty well equipped including laundry, beach towels & chairs. The view outside the balcony was beautiful. The AC is located in the living and doesn't quite reach the bedroom, however, the fans will keep you cool. The bed was also rather stiff but other than that this unit is perfect for couples!

Only downside was the limited pool access, but you are also right near a beach access point (not swim safe). Small window AC unit was only cooling, and that was bearable because the weather was low temps/rainy; would’ve been HOT during warmer temps, especially in the bedroom. Overall a great stay!!

Everything was great about the property itself. The only downside is there isn't much around the property as far as stores or restaurants so you do have to drive everywhere. That being said, with it's overall central location, it is convenient to get to different towns as well as the airport. Nothing is more than 25 minutes away on the island. We really enjoyed our stay and loved waking up to the amazing view every day.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo which had an updated open kitchen facing the beautiful view. Lots of storage space and a great layout that made the most of a small condo, just perfect for two people. We loved pretending it was ours for a week!

The Owner provided a lot of equipment (beach chairs/towels, etc) which was really great to have on hand!
She was also very good at responding to any issues. For example the refrigerator break down, she immediately sent a technician who repaired it, and she also gave us a discount even without our asking.
Location is fantastic, easy to get to places all over the island.
One thing that surprised us was how windy it was! Especially at night, if there was a pleasant breeze outside but inside the bedroom it sounded like a wild hurricane! Be prepared for that during the windy season. (Some of the time it was not windy at all.)
Cleaning between guests was not perfect; for example under the bedroom table we found some dust as well as a used facemask. But overall no problem.

The place was clean and the view was beautiful. The location has a few good restaurants and a putt putt course and the Maui Ocean Center nearby. Other than that there’s not much to do, but we enjoyed being in between Lahaina and Wailea and the drive to either place is nice. My only issue was that it was too hot to sleep in the bedroom at night, so we would sleep on the pullout couch in the living room where the air was cooler but we didn’t mind. I would stay here again.

My boyfriend and I worked remote from here for 1 week and loved our stay. Highlights of the condo include: Super clean, beautiful ocean-facing views, no issues with wifi, and in-unit washer/dryer. Owners provided basic cooking and cleaning supplies, where we also appreciated the beach gear. There isn't too much to do or eat around this location, but it is situated nicely in the middle where Kihei is ~15-30 min drive, Lahaina is ~25 min, and Waikulu/Airport is ~15 min drive. The reason why we didn't rate this as an exceptional experience overall was due to the building maintenance which is not Michelle's fault, where pest control came but there were multiple large dead bugs in the hallway and in front of the door for the week that we were there. Aside from that, this is a super lovely and renovated condo!

We had a great week here. Everything we needed was just a few minutes away. The beach was easy to walk to, and we even saw sea turtles a couple of nights. I just wish the air conditioner would've been cooler. It was too hot to sleep in the bedroom, but that was ok because the bed was so hard. We ended up sleeping on the pull out the rest of the time. Other than that, it was perfect. This wasn't enough to even slightly put a damper on our trip. Great place!

We are SO happy we went with Michelle's property for our honeymoon. The view is exactly what it looks like (incredible) and it's modern, clean and perfect. The deck is private and you don't see your neighbors. The condo had all the dishes in the kitchen you would need and some items from past people which was super nice. It's a good idea to go to the condo first to see what you need, there's a Walmart 10 minutes away (by the airport). We loved having beach towels, cooler, chairs and ice packs provided and free parking. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Greatly enjoyed having our coffee on the lanai, while watching the many honu that were surfing the waves everyday directly in front of the condo. Michelle was extremely helpful when the Bush fires were happening, and showed great concern and did everything in her power to make the situation better.

Staying here enhanced our time in maui. The condo was clean ,decor was up to date and bed was very comfortable. Seeing the ocean everyday from our lani was breath taking. There were turtles right in front of our beach! This condo building has well kept grounds, clean pool and really all around a great place to stay. It is a bit far from our favorite beach and places to eat, but worth it. Truly its right in the middle of every direction you may want to visit. Oh ya and there was a continual breeze which is an asset with the HI heat. There was a glitch during our stay, which was not taken care of , but because we loved it here do much, i still give it 5 stars

Appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels and lunch bag for our outings. Even though we were here the last week of April, we saw whales playing one morning from our balcony.

Michelle is wonderful and very helpful. The location is very easy to get to with great restaurants you can walk to. I loved the deck and spent many hours looking at whales, jumping fish and sea turtles. Would rent again in a heartbeat.
