Completely Perfect Stay! This was an amazing property, the location is so great, close to everything! The property shows better in person than the pictures. What makes this property the best is a perfect host, every single expectation was exceeded. The host was available at the drop of a hat if needed, but also ensured you enjoyed the property uninterrupted.This was not only a 10/10 stay, but the best short term rental we have ever used. Can’t wait to go back if possible. Great for any group, we had a family of 6 and the suite was not only spacious, it made us feel like we could have fit more (a huge plus for a larger group).

Great view of the ocean, she states that the shoreline is eroding away, so no surprise! A/C worked great when needed. Tons of stuff for kids to play with. Short walk to sugar beach and too harbor area. Beds were great in both rooms. Very clean all around.

Our stay was amazing. The people in the condos community visitors and owners were all so amazing. The condo was very clean comfortable and just all around perfect for our family of five. We had a wonderful stay! The weather did not agree with our vacation as it rained most of the time, but the condo was awesome! We had everything we needed and more. Clean, nice, and fully stocked! Well-stocked unit with more towels, blankets, and beach gear than we could possibly use. Communication with the owners was clear and easy, and the on-site manager was very responsive.The second-floor location is ideal—high enough for privacy, but still close enough to feel right on the water. The condo was very well equipped for our group, with strong WiFi and convenient parking.Overall, a comfortable and easy stay. Would definitely recommend.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. Great ocean view, right on the beach. There's nothing like sitting out on the lanai having a drink in the evening listening to the waves coming in. Great pool and BBQ area. The parking lot had ample parking. The unit itself is beautiful and well decorated. It's a very spacious condo and even has a washer and dryer which is convenient. The one down side was having to leave! I will definitely rebook this unit.

We’re return visitors to this property and love its central location. Views are great and the grounds are carefully maintained. The trade winds keep the condo very comfortable so we don’t need the A/C. The condo has just about everything you need for a relaxing stay. The owners are always available if you need something.

Unfortunately, extreme weather impacted our trip and we were not able to make it to Hawaii. We were so disappointed, but Pam was very responsive and made a very stressful situation better. We plan to book with her again when we are able to rebook to Hawaii. Great host!

Aloha! This was a great centrally-located condo for exploring Maui. However, we were disappointed to see that the beach directly in front of the condo, as shown in the photos and highlighted in the advertised condo description, is no longer there, and even the stairs are long-gone. In order to access the beach, due to the eroded/washed out seashore and missing stairs, a 5-minute walk down the road and through a park is necessary. This was not difficult or unpleasant, but frustrating since we thought we would have direct access to the beautiful beach as pictured. The grounds of the condo are beautifully kept and very peaceful. The location is quiet, and many beautiful blooming flowers all around. Inside the condo, we were pleased with how well stocked everything was. However, the toaster was broken and we found the bedding in the secondary bedroom to be well-worn and old; both beds were very comfortable though! One of the ceiling fans stopped working, which increased the inside humidity, and there was only an AC in the living room, which did not help in the bedrooms. We could not find a fuse-box, likely locked inside a closet. Some of the beach chairs were very tired/broken and need to be replaced, but we were happy to have them to use during our outings. We struggled with ants in the kitchen, despite keeping everything very tidy, but that is somewhat expected in the tropics. However, additional cleaning products (wipe/spray) and a dish-drying rack would have been helpful.

What a lovely stay! The condo is immaculately clean and is stocked with absolutely everything you could need, plus items in the kitchen and bathrooms in case you forget anything. Everything is in excellent working order. The grounds are very well cared for and lovely. There are tons of chairs to use in the pool area. At the time we visited there was no beach, only a cordoned-off seawall. There is a small public beach only about 500 feet away. The pool is very clean. It's "solar heated" which meant that is was a bit too cold for me. The whale watching from the lanai is excellent! Lots of breaches, fin slapping, etc. Kate even left decent binoculars. Perfect! Kate is a perfect hostess; quick to respond, kind, and generous. Don't sleep on this unit! You won't be sorry.

My whole family is really happy about this location. We had a few ocean activities like snorkeling, deep sea fishing so live next to the harbor is perfect. We also have a 4-month old boy, first floor works perfect with stroller. The only thing that concerned a bit is this property share the same water drain line with upstairs and it seems the upstairs drainage line is too narrow and it drained water everywhere the last day when we have no idea where it’s from. The property management called plumber and fixed it in a day.

Nice location away from the big resorts. Mostly quiet except it is in the path of planes but not at night. Owners are quick to answer any questions or respond to issues..Close to Wailuku and the great restaurants nad bakery there. Great new Foodland for grocery shopping in Kehalani. Nice beach about a block away. We had a very nice stay and were sorry to leave.

Great Condo in a nice complex. Has all the things to make for a great beach vacation. Lots of extras like chairs, umbrellas a cooler and a deck box with sand toys and some other beach odds and ends.We had a couple issues during our stay. Power loss was the big one and management on site and property managers were very responsive. Rentals Maui was very helpful!Had the kitchen sink trap come off and flood the cabinet. My husband fixed it but I think someone knew it had problems because there was a pan under the trap. There are a few things that could use replacement and repair. The roll up shades are shedding fibers (Deteriorating) and the glass door needs rollers replaced as it won't open all the way.Overall a great place in a great location. Just needs a little TLC. Would definitely recommend
