Condo was perfect for my husband and I, wonderful views and very private which was nice.Quiet area yet only miles to shopping and great beaches for swimming and snorkeling. Host answered questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again, my only suggestion would be for some new cooking items to bake the one cookie sheet and round baking pan were well used. Overall the view was amazing saw many turtles just walking along property in the back and small beach area to the side was great for getting some nice seashells.

A lovely condo right on the water! The value for this spot is amazing — waking up to a beautiful sunrise on the lanai, direct ocean access, and centrally located to easily drive to popular spots. Steve was very responsive and helpful. The residents of this building are respectful and welcoming. One call-out I wish I knew beforehand is that the AC is a window unit in the living room, and the cool air does not reach the bedroom. It was quite hot sleeping at night, although we did use the extra fan.

Had pullout coach bed was open and nearly impossible to close. Toilet ran all the time. Stains on mattress cover, pillows. TV remote did not work in bedroom. Homeless people right outside driveway, made it uncomfortable. Towels and sheets should be all white and a lighter material. Overall experience was disappointing as owner never replied to my request.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at this gorgeous ocean view condo in Maui. The view alone is reason enough to book! But what made it truly exceptional was how well-equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully managed the space was.The kitchen had everything, from full cookware sets to little extras you don’t realize you need until you’re cooking on vacation. The in-unit washer and dryer were also a game changer, especially with the humid weather and sandy beach clothes/towels.One of our favorite surprises was the well-stocked closet filled with beach gear and snorkeling equipment. From chairs and umbrellas to fins, masks, and even coolers, it was all there. It made beach days easy, and saved us the hassle (and expense) of renting or buying gear. What really stood out, though, was the incredible communication from our host, Tanci. When unexpected tsunami threats hit during our trip, she stayed in close contact, kept us informed with calm, clear guidance, and made sure we felt safe. As a midwesterner by way of CA, I’m only used to tornado and earthquake drills . Tsunami threats are completely out of my element! Her responsiveness and care made all the difference and helped us stay grounded throughout the evacuation.This VRBO is not just a beautiful place to stay, it’s a space where you’ll feel truly taken care of. We’d return in a heartbeat.

This condo works if you just want a place to crash. The location provides easy, central access to most popular destinations. There is a gas station and Starbucks, but the nearby strip mall is not too exciting. It is located in the second windiest small harbor in the world, so it is quite blustery in the grass area seen in the pictures and is not a place that you can relax and hang out. The last tidbit about location is that there is a huge row of cell booster panels facing the house/master bedroom. The kitchen has been remodeled and the bathroom was given a refresh, but it is evident that this place is a rental and needs a bit of TLC to fix up some things. The pullout couch bed was comfortable and it had the things we needed. This is one of the more affordable areas to rent in Maui. The resort areas are 25 minutes north and south of this location.

A cute decorated condo on oceanfront where you can see sea turtles from the lanai swimming. We experienced cool ocean breezes in the morning from the living room. Most of the time we had the AC running and ceiling fan which did a good job at keeping the bedroom and living room cool enough for a couple from Texas. The owner Carey was very nice and made herself available for any questions or concerns. You won't be disappointed if you book this property.

This is a great, centrally located condo. We enjoyed the beach equipment & the pool! We appreciated the host's recommendations for restaurants & things to do. We walked to the Maui Ocean Center & Ma'alea Harbor shops. It was an easy drive to all spots on the island. We enjoyed the sunset view and even saw the sea turtles from the balcony! Our only regret was that we had to leave. Thanks for a great first trip to Maui!

I would come again if I can. Such a nice view and wind blow in the evening. Really nicely decorated too and a lot of kitchen tools for cooking. The bar chair was not the best for my toddler but that is okay. And the salt they had was whole pink salt so I had to crush it for use haha. Just small minors but overall such a nice place. I was super impressed and glad we stayed there. The walking place around the area was really amazing too

We enjoyed every minute. We have a friend who lives in the building next door and it was great to visit with her. We were so close to the harbor that it was easy to walk to the boats for snorkeling or sunset cruises. In the evening it was wonderful to sit on the lanai.

This condo was everything we had hoped for and more! It was probably the best equipped Vrbo we have stayed in. The kitchen was very well equipped as well as supplying beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, etc. The host left detailed information on the area which was also so helpful! I really enjoyed my stay at this condo! If you’re coming for a beach visit Tanci has you covered with everything you could possibly need from chairs, boogie boards, and so much more so your family will have a blast at the beach! The location could not have been better! You are right by Maalaea Harbor in the Maui ocean Center! You’re also within a quick 15 to 20 minute drive to Walmart and other stores as well as Kahului and Wailuku. You’re also 30 minutes from Paia and an easy 40 minute drive to Lahaina.The condo itself has a great view of Haleakala, which is beautiful at both sunrise and sunset. The beach, which is just a quick walk from the condo, is not quite as busy as others on the island, which is nice.This was a great stay and would recommend renting from Tanci again in the future!
