The views were amazing. Almost every day we would see turtles along the shore and whales in the bay. The location was centric for everything we wanted to do. We had a rental car so we had planned to drive to numerous sites. This property provided one parking spot in a parking garage (with roof) which was very convenient. We simply took the elevator from the basement to the 4th floor to reach the property. The property provided plenty of room for us to spread out including our dive gear. The kitchen was well appointed and included everything we needed for coffee in the mornings. Located within walking distance were restaurants, small stores, a gas station, and tours leaving the harbor next door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

What can I say, this property is a gem. Centrally located in Maui at Maalaea harbor from where you can travel to east,west and south Maui very conveniently. In the morning you can witness beautiful sunrise at Haleakala from Lanai and watch sea turtles from the lawn. From the Maalaea harbor you can go to excursions like snorkeling, whale watching and sunset cruise.
Host Steve is very responsive , shares all details in advance and always available for any questions about Maui😊
We loved our stay and it’s become our dream vacation memories. We will definitely visit again and recommend to our friends.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable! The entire complex (including the garage) is well lit, clean and very well kept. The condo isn't missing anything and has great pots and pans and everything else you need. The beautiful brand new grills near the pool allowed us to grill fresh fish. The view is gorgeous and we loved the windows all across the front of the condo overlooking the ocean! The location is great and not far from activities and beaches. The nearby marina has some great restaurants and shops...not to mention the Maui Ocean Center just steps away. We will definately be back and maybe as early as next year! Mahalo! This condo location was great for us and is as pictured, but you will see some signs of wear in person. We were comfortable and had everything we needed to help us enjoy our stay. We found the management easy to communicate with and accommodating. It is a great location to watch the sunrise and in the afternoon when the balcony is shaded, it is a wonderful spot to sit and watch turtles in the water. We would certainly consider staying here again when visiting Maui.

Everything was exactly as advertised, including the view. We even had about 15 turtles playing in the water just below the balcony one day. Short drive from the airport and Kihei.
We didn't go to the west part of Maui as we were there within 2 months of the fires that destroyed Lahaina, though that wouldn't have been a long drive to get there either.
Great communication from the property owner and manager and check-in was a breeze. There are several rules for the building, but nothing out of the ordinary and nothing that cause any problems unless you are trying to have crazy parties late into the night. It's a quiet spot, very enjoyable and highly relaxing. Absolutely loved it!

We loved the creature comforts available at this condo! Smart TV and a full kitchen was excellent. Super clean and easy check in/out process. Host was quick to respond to any issues if we had any. Parking was a bit tight under the garage but easy to get in and out. Loved the central location making it easy to get to both sides of the island. Added bonus was the aquarium right next door! Would book this condo again! Pool was easily accessible and heated, making evening swims a pleasure.

I must say your condo has been the cornerstone of our entire stay.
Regardless of the tours we took or places we visited and people we have met; waking up each morning and enjoying a cup of coffee out on the lanai seeing the sunrise over Haleakala is what we will miss the most!
Over the course of our stay, there was 3 excursions that stood out the most.

These 3 were the best because of how genuine the people there made us feel like family or a close friend, making the experience that much better.

Thankfully, we were allowed to check in early. That was very much appreciated as the wedding rehearsal was at 3:45pm and check in time at 4:00.
We were able to freshen up before the rehearsal. That was great!

Perfect corner unit location, huge open floor plan, Totally upgraded. Full glass front and mirrors to reflect views. Full morning sunrise over mountain. The Guest bedroom favorite as it is all glass/mirrors next to sounds of ocean. Elevator and assigned parking.

The Wall of Glass did not disappoint! There are more turtles than you can count from the lanai in the break in front of the house. It was a breathtaking view, perfect location, great communication- the host texted us to say the place was ready early if we wanted to check in earlier than 4pm! The beds are comfy, the air conditioning was cool but not cold, and they even left a welcome basket with homemade banana bread. They have everything you need for the beach- fluffy beach towels, chairs, umbrella. We could not have been happier with this place- as adults. I would not recommend for families with toddlers though unless you don’t open the windows- they are low to the ground and there is a ledge and a steep drop. I have already shared this listing with friends!
