This condo's location was perfect for us! The listing is accurate, and the view from the lanai is top-notch. The condo had everything we needed. The access to the little "baby beach" was super easy and just a few steps off the rear of the property This was our first trip to Hawaii, and the beauty is engulfing from the ocean to the mountains to the very vivid stars. Now, I'm not sure about the other islands, but if you do not like cats or chickens, do not come to Maui - they are everywhere. Mahalo!

This is the second time I stayed at Tanci’s condo. I wish I could give it more than five stars!The home is well appointed - including central AC. The kitchen is stocked, there are throw blankets in the living room, and there are Tommy banana beach chairs and other beach gear! The views are stunning, too - sea turtles visit every afternoon and are visible from the balcony.The property is on a quiet street and centrally located on the island. This is the perfect home away from home while on Maui! Tanci is an excellent host - very responsive and helpful. WiFi works great. Beds are comfortable. Furnishings are thoughtful and high quality.

This condo is really is close to the ocean. Swimming pool just feet from the condo patio surrounded by a lawn with lounge chairs and BBQs for your use, then a sea wall. You can hear the waves breaking, but can't see them unless you stand on the sea wall. There is no sand beach close by, but if you walk to the end of the street, Haycraft park is there with nice sand beaches. If you sit on the patio the air conditioner is all you will hear when it is running. The condo is older and not well maintained. The air conditioner filter needed to be changed, the furniture is old, not very clean, but functional, although the pull out couch gave us some trouble. It was out and made into a bed when we arrived. We didn't need it and it took us a few days to get it to fold back into the couch configuration. The curtains don't cover the big sliding glass door and the pull-down shades don't pull down all the way. We never found a functional remote control for the living room ceiling fan/light so the light and fan were on for the duration of our stay - two weeks. After about five days, I found the remote control for the bedroom ceiling fan under the bed. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work at all, so we left the bathroom door open during showers. The owner was polite, accommodating and gave us the number for their host company. The host/ maintenance co. was responsive, and did send people over, but they didn't fix anything. No ceiling fan remote, no bathroom fan repair.

We had a delightful time staying at this beautiful condo. The location is optimum--very convenient to everything we did on Maui. What I particularly liked about the place is that it has wonderful views from both bedrooms--many places only have a good view from the master bedroom. The sunrises were gorgeous from our windows. The apartment has all that you could possibly need for your stay. The owner was very responsive to questions and making sure we were all comfortable. We'd love to return to this spot one day!

The beach was unobstructed and beautiful. We saw sunrises and beautiful sunsets.The place has everything you need to cook and do a lot of relaxing. The bed was comfortable and there was enough towels and shower stuff to use. It was located very central to everything. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to go to Maui. Great hists as well. Great communication.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful view of Maalaea bay. Assigned parking is great not to have worry about looking for a spot when getting in late or during a busy time. Condo was clean and fresh for our stay. We did have a small issue with the front door. Our host was amazing and quick to address our issues. We loved our stay and our hosts. I would absolutely recommend if you are planning a visit to Maui, check this condo out.

Beautiful view from the lanai. This condo is located in a scenic, quiet area. The king bed was comfortable and the shower was fine. Towels in the unit were very nice. We couldn’t swim every day because of some bad weather, but when we did the pool was amazing. This condo is located within walking distance to a harbor and the Pacwhale center and aquarium.

The stay was fine. My issues were with the VRBO person I was trying to deal with. Not only was there a language issue, I had no contact with my hosts because VRBO took four days to respond to my request to fix my email issue and why my booked stays were not showing up under my new email. The only good thing was the helpline person I dealt with did give me the number of the property manager so I could get the check-in info.

The condo complex and location itself was what made the stay worthwhile. Ideal location to explore by foot and driving the southern part of Maui and Lahaina. Easy access to the ocean from the condo complex was amazing. Though would advise future guests to communicate directly via Vrbo with the host as that has the best follow-up (i.e. use vrbo messaging vs any email or phone number provided). Also, the lodging price only includes 1 day of toilet, so be prepared to buy your own if you're staying for longer. (Note: my review would be 3.5 stars if half stars were possible.)

It was a very nice unit. Had all that we needed for a great stay. Loved sitting on the patio and looking out on the water. And walking along the water in the mornings and seeing turtles feeding off the rocks. Beach at the end of the street was a bonus. Kei was great - responsive when we asked questions. Would definitely consider staying here again.

A lovely condo right on the water! The value for this spot is amazing — waking up to a beautiful sunrise on the lanai, direct ocean access, and centrally located to easily drive to popular spots. Steve was very responsive and helpful. The residents of this building are respectful and welcoming. One call-out I wish I knew beforehand is that the AC is a window unit in the living room, and the cool air does not reach the bedroom. It was quite hot sleeping at night, although we did use the extra fan.

Had pullout coach bed was open and nearly impossible to close. Toilet ran all the time. Stains on mattress cover, pillows. TV remote did not work in bedroom. Homeless people right outside driveway, made it uncomfortable. Towels and sheets should be all white and a lighter material. Overall experience was disappointing as owner never replied to my request.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at this gorgeous ocean view condo in Maui. The view alone is reason enough to book! But what made it truly exceptional was how well-equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully managed the space was.The kitchen had everything, from full cookware sets to little extras you don’t realize you need until you’re cooking on vacation. The in-unit washer and dryer were also a game changer, especially with the humid weather and sandy beach clothes/towels.One of our favorite surprises was the well-stocked closet filled with beach gear and snorkeling equipment. From chairs and umbrellas to fins, masks, and even coolers, it was all there. It made beach days easy, and saved us the hassle (and expense) of renting or buying gear. What really stood out, though, was the incredible communication from our host, Tanci. When unexpected tsunami threats hit during our trip, she stayed in close contact, kept us informed with calm, clear guidance, and made sure we felt safe. As a midwesterner by way of CA, I’m only used to tornado and earthquake drills . Tsunami threats are completely out of my element! Her responsiveness and care made all the difference and helped us stay grounded throughout the evacuation.This VRBO is not just a beautiful place to stay, it’s a space where you’ll feel truly taken care of. We’d return in a heartbeat.

This condo works if you just want a place to crash. The location provides easy, central access to most popular destinations. There is a gas station and Starbucks, but the nearby strip mall is not too exciting. It is located in the second windiest small harbor in the world, so it is quite blustery in the grass area seen in the pictures and is not a place that you can relax and hang out. The last tidbit about location is that there is a huge row of cell booster panels facing the house/master bedroom. The kitchen has been remodeled and the bathroom was given a refresh, but it is evident that this place is a rental and needs a bit of TLC to fix up some things. The pullout couch bed was comfortable and it had the things we needed. This is one of the more affordable areas to rent in Maui. The resort areas are 25 minutes north and south of this location.

The place was clean. We really liked the view of ocean. It was nice to sit on the porch and enjoy it I appreciate having a parking spot and the check in process was easy. The fan in the bathroom did not work. Everything else worked though. Location worked out well too.
