We went for our honeymoon and it was perfect. Super clean, cozy and had everything. Our favorite was the beautiful view of the water! This spot is also a great location because it is right in the middle of everything! Also recommend walking down the street to Sugar Beach.

The apartment is great. The kitchen has everything you could ask for. The location is good. Not a lot of beach area but Sugar beach is not far away. The checkin process is simple. Gail responded very quick to any questions. The bed is comfortable. I would recommand the apartment.

This condo is exactly as it is portrayed online. The views are fantastic and everything we needed was provided, from kitchen to beach chairs, towels and coolers. Loved the quieter area, within walking distance to the Marina with a general store and several restaurants and shops, as well as close to sugar beach, which was great to walk on everyday. Saw whales everyday from the balcony, even provided binoculars for great viewing. Turtles came up to the beach several nights when we were there, also. Great vacation!

Beautiful views and amazing whale and turtle activity. The condo was comfortable. We were lulled to sleep each night by the wave sounds from our balcony. We slept with the sliding balcony door open. I would say this property is better suited to 2 guests. We had our daughter (26) with us for 5 days and it got a little crowded.

The condo was really nice and was recently renovated. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, lacking nothing. The view was incredible. Location was great midway between Lahaina and Kihei.
The owners were so easy to work with and made the arrangements very easy.

It was updated, lovely decor, loaded with useful kitchen appliances and gadgets. Quiet, so close to the ocean, turtles right at the small but private beach, good pool and hot tub, lots of lawn chairs. Good communication with owners.

The condo was in a good central location with this being our first time visiting Maui, although being in the center of the island it's also not close to anything either, meaning you'll have to drive 20+ min to and from Lahaina, Wailea, etc. We picked a favorite side during this trip, so in the future we'd plan to stay on that particular side of the island and everything it's in proximity to as opposed to in the middle / equally far from everything. This is obviously no fault of the condo / host, just something to keep in mind if you plan on spending more time on one side of the island vs another.
Check-in had a slight hiccup due to the fact that the host does not upload check-in instructions in the dedicated part of the app for check-in instructions, but instead puts that info in a message sent two weeks prior to check-in. If you're looking for it there or attempt to contact the property manager for it you won't find it in either location as the property manager is not given that info either. The host was prompt in responding with the info when we weren't able to find it initially.
It was awesome having access to a cooler, snorkel gear, umbrella, etc. at the condo as we did not have to buy or rent these items during our stay on Maui. The biggest negative of the unit and the main reason we wouldn't stay there again is the fact that the A/C is powered by a timer that runs for a maximum of 4 hours at a time, meaning regardless of whether you go to bed early or stay up late any given night, at some point in the middle of the night you'll wake up hot and may not be able to fall back asleep, going about your next day on vacation sleep-deprived as we both had to. I can understand A/C safeguards so that someone doesn't just turn the A/C on and let it run for a week straight, however, as an adult and someone who has paid for use of the condo, it felt like the host did not trust you not to use the A/C in a responsible manner. For comparison, the other place we stayed at during this trip would only run when your key card was inserted, allowing you to sleep cool throughout the night but safeguarding from the A/C being run when you aren't in the unit. Not sure if this would be feasible for the host or not, but the current set up is inefficient and I doubt we would've stayed there had we known prior to booking.
That being said, the condo was very clean, had a great view, and Buzz in the lobby was very helpful with recommendations for our stay.

Great experience.....close to Kahului, Kihei, and Lahaina. For a beachfront experience just a little away from the crowds, this is definitely the place. Small private beach with turtles in the evenings was amazing. Condo well furnished. Great communications with Gail and Steve. Would stay again for sure. This small row of condo units in Maalaea seems to be a hidden treasure. Wish it was just a little closer to restaurants/food, but then again, we chose to stay away from the hustle of Lahaina! Its clear the condo and the grounds are well maintained.

The view from the deck is amazing! The condo had everything we needed- including a cooler and ice packs which was a nice surprise as we used them during our days touring the island. The condo was nicely deco without being cluttered. We would definitely stay there again.

First rental using Vrbo and I was a little skeptical that the pictures for the rental would live up to our actual visit. I was very impressed! The pictures were exactly like provided online. The owners communicated very well about preparations for our visit, check-in details, and what was required for check-out. Hated that our visit was not longer. My wife and I did not want to leave. I would DEFINITELY return to this location. If you want a quiet getaway not far from al the Maui known locations, this is the place. Peaceful and amazing views!

We really enjoyed the condo. The view was amazing, and it felt like home for our week stay. When they say stocked cabinet, they mean stocked cabinet. I bought some of my own spices and didn't even need them. Everything was clean and well taken care of and we appreciated the beach chairs/umbrella and snorkel gear. The lanai view is AMAZING. We spent so much time there watching the turtles bob their heads in the water and could walk to a few restaurants/stores. I would happily stay here again and I hope we get to in a couple of years. My husband and I had a great week staying at this location. We loved that the condo is located in a less busy, quiet area, but it is just a short drive to most all of the popular locations. We enjoyed relaxing on Sugar Beach which is within walking distance. The view from the lanai is beautiful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more. We hope to stay here again in the future.

The condo was well kept, had a beautiful view (we saw turtles in the water from our lanai each day), and was conveniently located to nearly everywhere we went on the island--most places were just a 15-20 minute drive. The sleeper sofa was also very comfortable.
Our host was very communicative and provided additional resources/recommendations in a guest binder. We took their recommendation for the Road to Hana tour app and would highly recommend it!

The condo is well equipped and has everything you need for a perfect vacation but the view from the lanai is the best we ever had. We enjoyed it so much having our morning coffee on the lanai and see all the whales and turtles. Gail was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Check in was easy as well, parking is just in front of the complex. Hope that we could come back again some day

Easily one of the best condos we've stayed in in Hawaii. The view and contents of the condo as advertised. Everything you could ever need and more and everything in great condition.
Location is perfectly in the middle of the island to go, east, west or north.
It was non stop whales off our of our lanai all day everyday. Daily turtle watching as well! Even saw flying fish on numerous occasions and the birds serenading every morning will be missed!
The building itself is clean and tidy and building staff were always friendly and helpful.
Hosts of this condo replied quickly and were informative and helpful in answering any questions.
Can't wait until next year!

This was certainly in the top 3 of all of the places I’ve stayed in my many years of world travel. This condo was absolutely gorgeous! The views from the lanai were breathtaking. Gail was a fabulous host, exceeding all expectations and extremely accommodating.
