My mother and I had a vacation of a lifetime this month and the condo was a huge part of what made our stay so magical. My husband and I have stayed here before and we have always been happy with our experience. The condo is beautiful, outfitted perfectly with everything you might need. The views are unparalleled. The property is quiet, peaceful, so well located for anyone wanting to take whale tours out of Ma'alaea. We would always highly recommend Lauloa to friends and family!

Great centrally located condo between Kihei and Kaanapali. Has huge lanai with great waterview in Maalaea harbor. Large 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with split ductless hvac system and multiple fans to keep you cool and comfortable. Had plenty of towels for condo as well as beach towels and supplies. Kitchen was well equipped also. Great pool area with two bbq… Huge downside to trip was the complete tragedy and devastation that happen In Lahaina. Absolutely terrible for the residents and locals that live there and lost everything…

The RAID was helpful as insects seemed pervasive-someone delivered it while we were out and about. We love Lauloa condos and will definitely come back next year! We had a wonderful stay at Lauloa. Location, amenities, and comfort of the property are all top-notch. The unit is beautifully equipped and furnished with comfortable furniture inside and on the lanai. Each room is individually air-conditioned for personal comfort, but we really did not use it much because of the wonderful breezes.
We loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops.
But most of all the views are phenomenal! We were mesmerized watching the whales which we spotted multiple times each day.
This is truly our Hawaiian 'Happy Place' and we have already made reservations for a return visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Lauloa. Location, amenities, and comfort of the property are all top-notch. The unit is beautifully equipped and furnished with comfortable furniture inside and on the lanai. Each room is individually air-conditioned for personal comfort, but we really did not use it much because of the wonderful breezes.

This beautiful condo checked all our boxes! Check in was prompt with immediate responses from Sandra and the managing team to any question we had. Here’s what we loved: comfortable furniture with room for all four adults, kitchen had everything we needed and then some, separate air conditioners for living room and both bedrooms plus ceiling fans. Bathrooms had plenty of towels along with good water pressure. Enough TP, paper towels, clothes detergent to get us started. We never needed to buy dish soap or dishwasher detergent.
The balcony was a perfect place to view the sunrises over Mt Haleakala and the almost constant whale activity- bring a good set of binoculars to add to your viewing pleasure!
We greatly appreciated the complimentary use of beach chairs, towels and coolers as well. It was an easy 0.5 mile walk to a beautiful beach that you can walk for miles on. The Pacific Whale Foundation is situated at the harbor as well as a general store and a couple of restaurants- all very walkable. So easy to take a sunset cruise ( Trilogy) and whale watch right from there instead of driving to Lahaina. Also, several golf courses 15-30 minutes away.

If you’re looking for a place with a great view of the ocean and centrally located, this is a great place to stay. The place was clean and ready for us when we got there. Loved that this unit has A/C. It was pretty warm there so it definitely came in handy. The place was fully stocked with dishes except a little short on the silverware. It would have been nice to have some plastic wine glasses to take down to the pool. Some minor cons were the guest bedroom has very poor lighting and so does the guest bathroom. Not enough storage in the master bedroom to unpack clothes. We were there for 2 weeks and did not like having to live out of a suitcase. A small dresser would be nice and more space in the closet instead of so many linens. The rugs in the house need to be nonslip on the bottom. Quite a few times we slipped on these. Luckily no one was hurt. The master bedroom doors need to be on some kind of track because they rattle when you have the back and/or front doors open. There are 2 doors in the entry way, not sure the purpose of this. You get such a nice breeze when the door is open it would be nice to have a screen door. Overall a very nice place.

This place was hands down the best!!!! The view… I can’t even describe how beautiful the view truly is! You must see for yourself. We had everything we needed!!!! Having a washer and dryer Is a huge plus! The location is ideal! It is in the center of everything!!! The sunrise’s were so beautiful each morning they just became better and better! This is truly a hidden gem!!!! I can’t recommend this place enough. When We come back we’re definitely staying in 207!!! Sandra was always available when we had questions or needed assistance. There are plenty of towels and she even had more delivered when we were there (hint they are in the bathroom in the towel closet). Again can’t recommend this place enough.

Nice but had these issues, bedroom door was of track, poorly light entrance. When we entered property we found less than half a roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms. Kitchen had only a half of a roll of paper towels. When we asked for more we were told that we had to purchase them, this to me was a inadequate response.

The property and location are gorgeous. We woke up every morning and had breakfast on the lanai, watching the turtles and whales from our own little piece of paradise. The bedrooms and bathrooms are big enough for two couples. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make meals in, including utensils to grill out at the pool. The property owners provide you with everything you need from wifi, ac, to checking in and out. Communication was seamless would stay here again.

This is my 8th or 9th stay at Lau Loa - I love it here - but I noticed that it is starting to become run down a bit. The property is older but I would still go back. The unit had everything it is just tired and now with no onsite manager it is a bit as though you are on your own with no sense of security.

We loved this condo. The first day we arrived we saw turtles right off of the balcony. They are here everyday and are so much fun to watch. The beds are comfy and the a/c was nice although most of the day the breeze from the sliding doors is enough to keep cool. The view from the bedroom is so amazing! Great place to stay would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The lanai was absolutely wonderful and the views were excellent from the unit as well as lanai. The balcony is sitting right above the ocean. It was so relaxing and we enjoyed watching the giant turtles and manta-rays swim in the waters below us and the surfers on the waves out just a bit. We also enjoyed doing a sunset cruise out of the local harbor within walking distance. There are several excellent restaurants close by. The condo is incredibley well equipped. It was a magical experience and we would definitely consider coming back.

This place was GREAT! My family and I enjoyed it very much. The man who was responsible to look out for the property was very good. He cleaned and moped the lobby area that leads to the pool daily. He cleaned the grills everyday as well... kept the place looking top shape. Truly appreciated that.
Stairs by the pool area that lead to the beach for snorkeling was real fun. Only 1 TV in the unit. Well air-conditioned unit.
The unit was comfortable, plenty of items for fun in the beach available. The kitchen only had the main essentials (cups, plates, utensils, paper towels, dish soap, cleaning products) but not the right pans for cooking unfortunately nor seasonings.
The washer/dryer was a plus. Came in handy for our stay.

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with Sandra was great. Sandra responded promptly to any questions we had prior and during our stay. The view is amazing and the location is great. We went as a family and it was exactly what we needed. It was a quick drive to the airport area (around 15 minutes) where you could find all the national stores and groceries if you needed then a 15-25 minute drive to other tourist areas. The views on the drives were stunning and had scenic lookouts which we would not have gotten if we just stayed in a hotel. For us, we liked that this place was a little remote yet a close drive to everywhere on the island. It was nice to come back after a long day of activities and take a dip into the pool then enjoy the view and drinks on the lanai once the baby was in bed. We got to see some sea turtles in the evening as well! We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Maui. There is nothing like laying in bed and going to bed and waking up to the sounds and view of the ocean. I didn't want to leave!

We have stayed in this building many times, in several different units. The view is amazing but so are all of them in this building. This condo was not the cleanest. I swept and cleaned several things myself. They have a sign letting you know that they deep clean for covid. No way, not even close. I killed bugs on the counters every day and yes, I am aware that in Hawaii you cannot have food anywhere and take the trash out every day. I did that and I still killed alot of bugs on the counter and a few cockroaches in bedroom. There was a squished cockroach on wall from previous renter that I washed off myself. I dropped something and went to retrieve it under the couch and I immediately had to grab the broom. There was a disgusting amount of dirt and hair under there. There was wet towels still in the washer from I am assuming the cleaner. When you are charged such a large cleaning fee I would think that the unit should actually be cleaned. There was also no dresser, only a wire rack in closet which also shared blankets. For 10 days we kept our clothes in our suitcases which was a slight inconvenience.

This is my second trip staying in this complex. Great central location, quiet except for the beautiful sound of the ocean. The condo was well stocked, clean, the master bedroom bed was way too soft for me. I rated 4 stars for cleanliness because there was lots of hair on the floor and a big clump of matted hair under the bath mat in the master bathroom. Otherwise, it was very clean and comfortable.

We loved this condo and would absolutely stay here again! The condo was well equipped with everything we needed including beach towels. My favorite part was that the master bedroom was on the back (ocean side) of the unit so I could sleep with the doors open and hear the waves all night. We could see whales and turtles from the lanai, the views were amazing, and the way the building was situated it blocked the wind so the lanai was always a perfect temperature.

Well located Maui 2 BR, 2 bath condo within 50 feet of the ocean. Excellent and prompt communication from owner and property manager. Second floor unit enjoys superior water view with onsite parking and elevator. Cable TV, quick WiFi and fully furnished kitchen and washer and dryer. Would definately stay again.

Condo was clean, furniture and decor nice, kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Lanai is right on the water and protected from the wind which is nice. There are a few restaurants and a small shopping area, as well as a nice beach all within walking distance. Location is an easy drive to Kihei and good for exploring other areas of the island. Loved our stay and would stay here again.
