Sad the beach is gone in front of the property (that's how the ocean works) but the view never disappoints. Just WOW!!!! I love this property. Second time staying here. Clean, comfortable and just forces you to relax. Highly recommend!!

For a couple or family of 3 this place is really nice with a beautiful view! The unit was Very clean and in a good location. The only thing I would like to see is some carpet runners, which would help with tracking around sand. If you go to the beach, there is no way to get all the sand off you and with pure tile floors there are no places to wipe your feet beside the entry mat. Besides that, we really liked the place

The condo we rented was great, exactly like the photos. The rooms were spotless, the box of toiletries and kitchen cleaners was such a bonus, great supply of everything we needed for a week. The condo itself was very roomy although we really spent most of our time on the balcony overlooking the ocean and the steady stream of green turtles swimming by. The little beach at the end of the property was great, especially when a green turtle came ashore. The pool was at the end of the parking lot, so no view, but it was clean and great for a relaxing dip after a busy day. Bathrooms were roomy and clean. Beds were very comfortable although the twin beds seemed very small for adults. I would definitely return.

Aloha - our family had a great stay on Maui and enjoyed the condo. It was very comfortable using the A/C or letting the trade winds blow in off the water. Literally 20 feet from the ocean, the views are amazing and would expect epic times during the winter (whale migration).
I rated 5 stars across the board even though it's not perfect. When considering the cost/value, it's definitely a 5 star place. You'll need to drive to the beach and you won't be spending time at the pool, but the place is very nicely updated with all you would need from an accommodations perspective. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and loved congregating on the deck in the evenings.
Overall, I would definitely recommend the location. Easy access, easy parking, listen to the waves all day long, beautiful views and very comfortable inside. I would definitely consider a return, particularly in the winter.

Great quiet location off the road just north of the busyness of Kaanapali. Within 30 feet of the ocean and at night we would leave the lanai doors open and be lulled to sleep by the sound of the crashing waves. Amazing sunset views directly from the lanai looking towards Molokai and Lanai. Peter and Michelle were awesome!

We loved sitting out on the deck of the condo watching the water and the sea turtles. It was a great place to unwind at the end of a day of site seeing. The condo is close to a lot of amenities, some within walking distance. We loved Miss Arepa, which was less a half mile away. We also enjoyed the Kapalua Trail which was about a 10 minute drive north of the condo. We didn't do a ton of cooking, but the things we used in the kitchen were good quality and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this condo and would happily stay there again. As an end unit, it was quiet and a great viewing point to the beach.

Lokelani A104 was a perfect space for my vacation. The condo was perfectly appointed with anything I needed to spend a quiet week on Maui. The large sliding glass doors really opened up the living space. The bed was really comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and the property was very quiet. Sitting outside watching the sunsets and the pod of spinner dolphins cruising by, listening to the waves, snorkeling from the beach, and watching the turtles haul out for their naps were highlights of the visit for me. Pros: million dollar view, good space for a family of 4. We didn’t test the pull out sofa, if it’s a must for you - I wouldn’t trust it (see cons), nice pool, dedicated parking, partnership with excursions, generous “starter” supplies, chairs & umbrella (look in closet off kitchen), beds were comfortable enough, washer/dryer, double sliders, mini splits for AC.
Cons: so ridiculously outdated the furniture smelled like stinky kids tennis shoes, not comfy to relax at all, out dated kitchen, dining and baths that were clean but looked old, we didn’t feel at-home, patio furniture needs updating, straps on one chair were broke and side table is broke. The owners do NOT care to get referrals/repeat business. It’s so gross, I didn’t want to sit on the furnature.
By comparison we are repeat customers (5 times) at a condo in Florida that requires their owners keep somewhat updated furnishings. This place - I’m guessing is decorated from the 90s. It screams Bamboo Company - not in a Hawaiian vibe way. I get the expense but at some point as a host you show your motive & this owner only cares about bookings.
The small beach is the neighbor condo it wasn’t a big deal to walk next door, but a call out. You also need to bring your own furniture with you to the beach OR lawn - the basement condo’s own the Chase loungers & we’re not nice about my daughter & I asking to use- we were told to get our own (which were on the 3rd floor balcony) so we grabbed the beach chairs instead.

From the moment you walk into the unit you can see the blue waters and it sets the tone for the perfect Maui vacation. You will see turtles (lots of turtles) whales in the distance and lots of fish if you snorkel just steps from your door. Great sunsets every evening and we made sure to leave the sliders open every night to enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Great location, easy communication and perfect setting.
If you’re on the fence about where to stay - pick this place.

We absolutely lived on the balcony when we were there. We brought food in and ate meals there! Best views of whales. Saw a seal come to the beach and watched several sea turtles. Very clean and comfortable.

We saw whales and seat turtles every morning and evening from the balconies, a sting ray while snorkeling on the water off the beach and turtles walking up into the beach adjacent to the condo!!! This was a magical experience for us.

Excellent location relative to stores and beaches. Right on the water - just a lawn and wall separated us from the surf so we could enjoy the sights and sounds.
House had everything we needed to cook, and everything needed for a day at the beach (chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, pool noodle, and beach towels).
Plenty of room to sit and relax on the balconies, or living room, and around the dining room table.
Beds were very comfortable.
A/C units all worked as expected.
Parking spot was close to the stairs.
Excellent communication with the management company when we had a question.
We’ve stayed in a lot of condos and homes and while this one wasn’t fancy, it was perfect for a week in Maui. We would happily return here.

The views are stunning. From the ground floor lanai, you have unobstructed views of Molokai and Lanai, as the waves splashed against the sea wall. There was nothing better than just stepping out of the unit and enjoying the gentle breezes, as whales frolicked right before your eyes, while turtles basked on the sandy beach next door.
The unit was clean and well stocked with basic vacation necessities. An added bonus, was not having to climb any stairs at the end of a long day, or lugging up suitcases. We even interacted with some permanent residents, they were very pleasant and welcoming. This is certainly a friendly place.
All in all, it was an unforgettable stay in a unforgettable unit. Ray is certainly on his game and made it a very smooth occupancy. We certainly look forward to staying here again.

Great view of the ocean. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries, food truck pod, and northern tip of a Kaanapali boardwalk. Saw whales and turtles from our lanai. Got a monk seal visit at the small beach next door. Quiet for light sleepers, away from the road. Plenty of space for two. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen worked well. We even used the rice cooker and popcorn popper. We didn't need the AC; ceiling fans and open windows/doors was enough that week. The bedroom was usually cooler than the living room at night. Lots of little touches that helped make the stay more enjoyable: plenty of storage containers, doors can be held open with a magnet, the sliding door to the lanai can be held slightly open for air flow but still prevent entry, nice beach chairs, modern appliances, etc. Couple ideas to make it even better: add the ability to hold the shower head lower, add a non-stick pan.

We have stayed at Lokelani a number of times. The location is both beautiful and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We especially enjoyed watching whales from the balcony. Bree and Herb are always available and helpful if guests need anything. There was no BBQ spatula in our condo. I notified Herb, and he supplied one in a few hours. Great stay as always.

Lokelani is a hidden diamond...the condo is beautiful, and you're so close ( ON) to the water that you can smell the ocean breeze. The beach had maybe 6 people there at most. The Sea Turtles are always sunning themselves and the water is 78 degrees....we have stayed here twice and are so impressed that we are looking at buying a unit ourselves.
Dollies & Miso Phat Sushi are within walking distance, as are many other shops, restaurants & grocery stores.
Peter & Michelle are gracious hosts and answer any & all questions in a very timely manner.
Honestly, this trip and the location are absolutely perfect!

I was a bit reluctant before checking in based on the mixed reviews. Once I opened the front door and saw the incredible view, all reluctance left. The condo is dated, but that in no way detracts from the pure enjoyment of the lanais, seeing turtles and whales daily, sleeping to the sound of the surf all night and the private beach for fun in the surf. I would stay here again.

Any closer, you’d be wet really describes it all. Enjoyed a wonderful week of fun in Maui and relaxing on the lanai. Saw whales and turtles off the lanai every day. Comfortable condo. Good bed and shower. Nice friendly neighbors. We had friends staying in a Kaanapali condo over to enjoy sunset and they were amazed at the location. There isnt a fancy resort but a wonderful relaxing place with easy parking.

We absolutely loved it here! The sunset was beautiful and being during the height of whale season, we saw so many right from or condo! We even saw turtles in the beach. This was the perfect, private, quaint place, close to restaurants, food trucks, and beaches. Very responsive... We had issues night one with the wrong wifi info and they texted us immediately. So easy to work with! Definitely recommend!
