The view is beautiful! Getting ready with the ocean as a backdrop was incredible. Plenty of items for the beach (chairs, boogy boards and umbrella)! Beds and pull out sofa were comfy. Towels didn't have a funky smell. Beach/pool towels provided. Some normal wear and tear throughout the house, but the value for what we got was worth it. Overall we would definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay that we cannot wait to come back to the same exact unit. Perfect right in the middle of the building with breathtaking view, especially the privacy from the master bedroom. This property was clean, and the host was great with communication. We had an amazing time, located just between Kapalua Bay and great snorkeling and Kaanapli, and an incredible beach experience. The property is on a great neighborhood alongside some unique places like Papi's Ohana, where you can get cinnamon rolls that are orth the wait on the long lines.Overall great experience. The private beach outside the property is not very usable and is very small and non-existent at high tide. We didn't see any turtles come up on the beach, but they are wild and so there are never any guarantees. But great beaches and very close, so that was no issue for us. Overall a great experience, and the price was very good for what you get.

Our kids really enjoyed swimming in the pool as a nice break from the beach. Accessing the beach in front of the property is done by using the stairs on the right side of the seawall. If the tide is high it can be a little tricky, but once you get in, the snorkeling is really really good over on the point on the right.

My wife and I have been vacationing at Lokelani for the past 20 years and just love staying there. This year was no exception, had a great time. There were a couple of hiccups like one of the two door keys were given didn’t work, the sliding screen door would not stay on its track, and the sun shade on the lanai would not go down. Other than that we had a wonderful time and look forward to our next visit.

A beautiful condo with an amazing view! The sunsets every night were beautiful! We watched turtles right along the breakwall every day. The beach is very convenient for a swim or snorkel. The condo itself was clean and comfortable!

C-201 Condo worked out perfectly for us! The place was so cute, right on the water and having the two Lanais was awesome. We spent many days and nights admiring the ocean from them. The two twin beds were great. Opening the master bedroom sliding door to hear the ocean as I’m waking up was incredible. The AC was so nice to have, especially after a long day in the sun. The appliances in the kitchen were a little dated but they all worked and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals for my family which was so nice!!! The entire complex was quiet and clean. The pool was small, but nice for the kids to take a dip. Having access to the water right outside was amazing. We saw so many turtles in the water. The communication was great throughout the process. We had zero issues and would absolutely recommend! If we ever make it back to Maui, I would stay there again.

The location is incredible, the views are amazing, overall a great experience. Overall the place is pretty clean, it is in need of a deep cleaning. Several electrical outlets downstairs do not work, we had to plug all of our devices in upstairs, and some of those would just shut off. The downstairs bathroom shower door does not open or close easily, the entire bottom track moves. My teenage daughter got stuck in the shower one night. The upstairs bathroom sink does not drain, it takes several minutes to completely drain. Like I said, an overall great experience, the place just needs a little love and attention to make it better.

Beautiful view of both Molokai and Lanai from patio. Clean and comfortable condo, and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with all we needed. Short walking distance to beach other than the small one on the property, and the ABC store. Beautiful sunsets.

The condo was beautiful in every way! Comfy and cozy. Steps from the water with totally uninstructed view of the water. We were blessed with many Hawaiian Green Turtles, daily, rainbows and fabulous sunsets. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed. The location fit out need in every way. What a great location for a home base to explore Maui! Everything you need to feel at home. A fully equipped kitchen with all utensils you can imagine to prep quick meals. Proximity to stores and restaurants. Walk out of the patio and if you take too many steps you are in the water! Turtles snacking on the algae by the shore and very cool snorkeling a hundred yards out. I’d definitely rent it again!!!

Our trip was absolutely amazing. I watched whales every morning at 6am from our patio. The condo was clean and had every single thingbwe needed. We did even go swimming in front of the condo during low tide. Its a nice quiet place. Close to pretty much everything.Sea turtles every evening right in the front of the condo. It was so perfect. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Whatever food we didn't use we gave to neighbors and grounds keeper. And left stuff like detergent for next guest. Wonderful system i didnt feel like things were wasted. On the island across from the condo (never could figure out what island that is) we had rainbows almost every morning. Was just perfect for my husband and I. Oo and so nice having our own parking spot we never had to worry about parking. Cant wait to go back!

We stayed in A102 for a week late March and one word encapsulates the experience - transcendent. Waking up and falling asleep to the sound of waves cresting on the beach, with golden sunsets, mountains over the horizon, whales breaching the water and turtles on the beach. The rental condo was perfect for our first time in Maui, had all the amenities, kitchen, and even washer and dryer. It’s also just north of the busier tourist resort area, so welcome respite from the drive to Hana, Haleakala, or other parts of Maui. We look forward to visit again, Mahalo!

Pros:
- Great location, out of the tourist chaos but walkable to nearby stores and restaurants
- Lovely views on the two lanais for whale watching (seasonal)
- Nice layout with comfortable beds
- A/C worked well
- Lots of towels to use
- Access to beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, and a sun umbrella was a lovely bonus!
Cons:
- Many kitchen utensils need to be replaced/upgraded (broken can opener, melted nylon spatulas, etc.)
- Need more than two dishwasher pods for a family of four staying five nights
- Mold started to appear on some of the walls by the end of our stay (but we get it, it's the tropics!)

We have stayed at this property one other time a few years ago. The condo itself is very clean with amazing views. You cannot and will not beat the views. The outside of this unit is well kept, but dated. Our only complaint is the wasps that fly around ( but didn't bother us). The pool and grounds are VERY well kept and nobody was ever at the pool! Not sure the local residents enjoy visitors with kids, but we had a blast! There were a few tiny ants, but other than that, NO critters, which is hard to find!! The whales and turtles were abundant. Having two lanai's offer sun and shade and different views, which is a rare gem! This condo also offers A/C which is always Nice!! It is stocked with towels, and enough soap/detergent to get you started. There are also beach chairs and boogie boards in the utility closet! You can't beat the price, location and views of this condo.

The view from the condo was amazing and ease of getting to the beach area was great. There isn't very much beach in that area. We had to leave the area to go for a lengthy walk on the beach. But that exchange for the great view and being that close to the ocean wasn't a bad trade off. Seeing the turtle come up to the beach daily was cool to be able to see one that up close. The noise level was great. It was very quiet and peaceful.Location was good to be able to drive to restaurants or walk to several places if you wanted to. There were plenty of towels, beach towels for each person and the kitchen was stocked very well. There wasn't one thing that I needed that was not already in the kitchen. We left a frother so hopefully everyone else to enjoy their morning coffee. It was helpful to find out the coffee maker was a drip unit. The freezer did not have an icemaker and our family is all about the ice so we had to stay on top of that. The people we would run into on the property we're friendly as well as the property next-door.

I love it. They’re just sitting on the couch listening to the ocean. There’s no other ocean that sounds like Maui. I don’t know if it’s the coral the way it is or what it is, but I’m not a big upset about the weather. That’s just the way it was the people that came to stay with me and we’re not happy about the weather and the power outage but it’s OK. It’s my place. I had a good time. I do want to tell you that we could not lock the left side door so we left the stick in the whole time. I wasn’t sure if you knew that or not other than that. Everything was perfect. Thank you for the new coffee grinder. It was super thanks for everything we enjoyed our day.
