Great Trip to Kihei. Property's proximity to the highway and getting anywhere in the island was great. Beach chairs & cooler were great for both the pool & exploring our beach & other beaches. Place itself was comfortable and on the end, which was convenient. Property grounds were beautiful. We'd stay here again if we come back to Maui.

Perfect location. 200 steps from the beach. This beach has sea turtles in the morning and afternoon.Also a short beach walk to the whale sanctuary. Amazing sunsets from the lanai. We have stayed here before and hope to again.

Nice clean condo with amazing views from the lanai. There was some construction in the entrance, which is understandable after the recent storm, but a little heads up would have been appreciated. Suggest providing more towels, beach essentials etc. Coffee machine did not work the first day, until I found a workaround. Having said that, overall, still very happy with the stay!

Loved the view and the location. I would have appreciated a heads up about the road work right in front of the property entrance due to the recent floods, there were also road closures so there were several detours in place. The apartment itself was nice, the furniture was okay, the kitchen was fully equipped. The AC was nice to have but the one in the bedroom is noisy. The apartment itself could have used a better mop and vacuuming as well as a wipe down of the outdoor furniture. Overall I would probably pick somewhere else to stay next time, but I did enjoy the convenience and price point.

This was a lovely place for us to stay! The landscaping and view from our lanai was just beautiful and the rooms were clean and attractive. We weren’t there much because we were so busy but it was a good location for us, 14 min from the harbor where we went on a sunset cruise and a snorkeling trip. We were close to the food trucks and the beach where we took walks, and played pickleball too (paddles and balls provided!). The place was well stocked with beach umbrella, beach chairs, a cooler and straw mats for the beach. The upstairs bedroom/bathroom are open to the downstairs, just to keep that in mind. We used the a/c very sparingly but felt comfortable with the ample fans available. Construction on S. Kīhei just in front of the unit made entering/exiting a little challenging but hopefully that’s over soon. We were very pleased with this place and felt it was perfect for our needs.

We had such a lovely time staying on this property. It was clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and view was beautiful. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the beach which is walking distance. My only suggestion I have is providing extra bath towels. The rental had 4 towels only and we were 5 people.

The location and view was spectacular. Everything we needed as a family of 4 plus more! The pool and pickleball courts were awesome! We loved being able to walk the beach and see turtles and watch the sunset from the balcony. A/C was great and the whole space was comfortable! This condo was perfect for our family! We had 2 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of space. The condo was immaculate and fully stocked with anything you could need. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed. Jean was a wonderful host and has stocked this condo so thoughtfully. We loved the beach supplies which included boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and mats. We were grateful for the large beach towels and coolers to pack our picnic lunches. The beds were very comfortable and the AC & fans kept the condo nice and cool. The ocean view from the lanai is wonderful! We loved sitting out on the lanai and watching the sunset while we ate dinner. The resort is beautiful and relaxing. Our kids loved the pool and we used one of the BBQs to cook dinner one evening. Parking was easy and right by the stairs up to the condo. We had a wonderful Spring Break in Maui and having this incredible condo to come back to each day was perfect!

We had a pretty nice day, considering all the flooding a week before we came. They cleaned up the parking lot and made sure we had what we needed. We did end up moving halfway through our stay to a different location. They were very accommodating and helpful getting us moved somewhere that was quieter, less construction, and no chickens.

Was the perfect stay for our family! Family of 7 adults. There was plenty of sleeping space and room to hang out. Kitchen is fully stocked and there are lots of extras that were nice to have. (Coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, pool floats, games, water shoes, beach toys and so much more!). Decor is top notch and hosts were responsive and super helpful. Perfect location and very close to great restaurants and shopping. Pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen were a great addition. Having the van was great and it was so convenient. The day before our arrival Kihei flooded, governor declared an emergency. Roads were closed, washed out, mud everywhere! We felt it was not safe, services not available. We reached out to property manager but was denied ANY refund for our 3 nights nor offer for days to reschedule. As vistors we did not want to add to the burden of a community digging out and the lack of services. Common sense of customer service and safety would be to refund or at least find alternative days.

We had a wonderful trip and in a large part it was due to the condo that we stayed in. We were traveling as 3 families together and this condo was comfortable for all of us, with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, the large kitchen, eating area and living room. As a group, we enjoyed the back patio together in the morning and the evening, it was all so comfortable and the view was gorgous. Everything about this condo was perfect for us. The grounds have a putting green, a large pool, 5 BBQs, a sauna, and an outdoor kitchen area with seating and tables for eating. Additoinally there are tennis and pickleball courts available just beyod the pools and before the beach. The beach was just outside of the grassy grounds. It’s a nice little, calm beach with ripply waves that our toddler grandson loved! Beyond everything the condo and grounds offered, we also had access to a Honda Odyssey van that was included in our rental (big plus for the cost!). The owners, Leo and Yolanda were wonderful to work with. The communication was responsive and they were very helpful. When the Kona Low hit, Kihei St in front us was flooded and filled with mud to the point of not being able to drive out. Leo picked us up on Sunday morning to get us to the airport and we seriously cannot thank him enough for his help and true consideration of us. With this all said, I would definitely recommend this condo for rental.

The condo is in the perfect location for beautiful sunsets in the evening and whale watching during the day in season. You do have to listen to the pickleball courts in the morning that are very busy but that did not bother us at all. The view is breathtaking! The pool area with hot tub was very clean and comfortable to hang out at with several gas grills to use and a whole kitchen available there to get as culinary as you want poolside!Very convenient to shopping, food trucks, excursions. Kihei is the perfect base to explore Maui from.
