this was a great location and place to stay. we were there for a month and enjoyed it immensely...the condo was well kept and the hosts were great...we were just a short walk away from the beach and we just relaxed and enjoyed our stay..

Loved the location! The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Initially we had booked a third floor walk up with no AC. However, the host contacted us prior to arriving and offered a bottom floor unit with AC at no extra cost. We took that unit and it was great! There is a beautiful yard outside our patio area and then the beach was easily accessible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the host was great! We did have an AC issue and car issue, however the host had it fixed right away, but both things completely out of anyone's control, but was handled very professionally. The resort has great beach access and the grounds/pool are very well kept.

Great property. The unit is located close to food and small shops. There is ample parking on the property. Very quite complex. The price was good compared to the hotel tourist areas west and south of Kihei. I found this area to be more affordable overall. Check in/out was smooth. Owner/manager readily available and responsive. I wish the property were on a beach that was swimmable, but that was not too much of an issue given the price. The unit is organized and well maintained. Furniture was clean. Kitchen was well kept. On a side note: We rented a car and visited several other beaches. Favorite was baby beach in Paia. Got lucky with parking on the west end of the beach. Very calm beach. Clear water. Good for snorkling. Great for families. Especially if you have kids. Our first visit to Maui and We loved all of it!

Property was as described. Easy after hour check-in/check-out with easily followed directions. Clean and neat room, pool and hot tub were clean. Some minor previous water damage on master bedroom ceiling but not terrible. All communications with the host were answered in a timely manner. Overall great experience and would stay on the property again.

This place was a gem! Out first time in Hawaii and Kihei was perfect. Central location to attractions and food, but far enough off the mainstream to feel a sense of calm. The ocean views were amazing and the place was clean. Our host Leslie was responsive and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Added bonus you could see the pickleball court and a grassy field from the balcony, for added entertainment and people-watching!

Loved the location of this condo! Centrally located and close to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful Ocean Front view with a walkable sand beach. Pickleball and tennis courts for those that are interested. Located in a nice complex with amenities available for our use.The unit showed a bit of wear but for the location and price it was more than fine. The only downside was that the floors were not cleaned very well and it immediately left our bare feet very dirty within the first hour of arrival.All in all we would stay in this location again!

The location was great for our family as we traveled around Maui exploring the island. We had everything that we needed: access to washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, hair dryers, comfy beds, beach chairs and umbrella...you name it, we had it available to us. We will definitely come and stay again.

Host was always responsive, which was awesome. Rooms were clean and the pool and hot tub were nice. Beach was nice to look at from the Condo, but not very swimmable, very rocky and has a drop off. The pickleball courts were a plus for us, but you should know that the courts behind the condo, are public courts. They are ALWAYS packed. Overall it was a great location, with a lot of local eateries and things to do, very close.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation apartment. The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the furnishings were comfortable, and all amenities worked perfectly.The location was excellent—close to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping, while still being quiet and relaxing. This unit was perfect for us and our granddaughter. It had everything we needed and more. Even a fully stocked spice rack. Beach umbrellas and beach chairs were handy. The view was amazing. It is a short walk to the fish pond where we could see turtles several times in the early morning. There is no elevator, but it was no problem for us. Unit was very clean and updated. Pool and hot tub were very nice after a long day. Gas grills were also very nice with all the utensils needed. We would stay here again for sure.

We started off the stay with wonderful communication from our host. They made sure we knew what to do and where to go when we checked in. The condo was really nice. The downstairs bathroom was the nicest, but we enjoyed both. We loved waking up in the loft hearing the birds and waking to the natural light. We had a view of the pool, ocean and pickleball courts. It was fun to watch all the players in the morning! It was a nice kept property. Found everything and more for what we needed in the room. Highly recommended to people. I’ve already sent the listing to a few people interested in Maui.

Upon arrival, I noticed that the unit wasn’t super clean. There were smudge/hand prints on the tv and slider, bugs in the dishwasher, bugs in the upstairs bedroom (all week - perhaps a screen tear somewhere that needs to be addressed) and hair/mold in the bathroom. It is definitely in need of a deep clean, especially in the upper loft/ceilings. Additionally, the couch is ripped up and could use some care. On our 2nd day there was a plumbing issue. The toilet upstairs backed up and there was water pouring into the downstairs bathroom. It took many calls and quite a bit of waiting to finally get a response that no one would come out that night. They gave us a smaller unit that could only hold 3 of the 4 of us, leaving one without plumbing for the night. I had to ask for cleaning (there was inches of toilet water everywhere after all), which was provided eventually. It was indicated by the property manager I would receive some type of compensation, however after days of trying to call/email, I have been fully ghosted. On the positive, the beach gear provided was super helpful and the 2nd bedroom was great. Kitchen was fully stocked with all needed supplies (although several pans were dirty and we had to clean).

We were pleased with the timeliness of the hosts’ responses to our questions via the VRBO app and texting. The space was just right for the 8 of us. Feedback to help the hosts: The initial entry code wasn’t working but the host provided a code that worked. While we were grateful for the available van, it was very dirty inside and out. We let the host know but we eventually put it through a car wash and self-vacuumed it on our 2nd day because we couldn’t stand it. Also, it broke down and we ended up replacing the battery which thankfully the hosts reimbursed us for. However, it worked for a little bit and started giving an error again. We decided to rent a car because we had more activities to drive to. Floors were so dirty that our socks got filthy quick. Also, thick dust was found especially on the 2nd floor, including the bathroom’s toilet and bathtub. Also fingerprints were found on the ceiling. Kitchen faucet was flimsy. The fridge’s ice maker wasn’t working initially-it was clogged with thick ice. So we ended up defrosting it to fix it-thankfully it started working. Lanai was very dirty with thick dust and dried patches of mud, including on the couches and stools. We ended up cleaning it, including washing the covers of the couches because we wanted to freely hang out there. The main bathroom had bug larvae everyday and then a couple of nights there were bugs flying around which we mostly killed. We get that there will be bugs but it was daily.

Overall a good experience but some negatives:Pros:Host was great. Very friendly and accommodating.The location is good and centrally located to wherever you want to go.Condo and grounds are nice and family friendly.The host provided great recommendations on restaurants and things to do Cons:The place is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. Floors were filthy and everything was very dusty.The beach on property was not usable. Water was brown and sand was full of rocks. Obviously not in the hosts control, but we flew 5k miles for the Hawaiian beaches and paid a premium for a beachfront property yet still had to travel 15 minutes to the beach daily so the beach pictures seemed misleading. Not sure if it was due to recent weather or not but definitely altered our experience.

Our family loved the view the most. Pickle Balls starts early if you’re into that. The condo was very bright and clean. No AC in condo but fans keep is bearable. Pool was great with lots of lounge chairs, and BBQs.

The view from our lanai was the beautiful pool and surrounding grounds. This is a partial ocean view unit, however, the views are beautiful. The unit was right by the stairwell, thus making loading and unloading a breeze. Please note, there are no elevators. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and user-friendly.

Great Trip to Kihei. Property's proximity to the highway and getting anywhere in the island was great. Beach chairs & cooler were great for both the pool & exploring our beach & other beaches. Place itself was comfortable and on the end, which was convenient. Property grounds were beautiful. We'd stay here again if we come back to Maui.

Perfect location. 200 steps from the beach. This beach has sea turtles in the morning and afternoon.Also a short beach walk to the whale sanctuary. Amazing sunsets from the lanai. We have stayed here before and hope to again.

Nice clean condo with amazing views from the lanai. There was some construction in the entrance, which is understandable after the recent storm, but a little heads up would have been appreciated. Suggest providing more towels, beach essentials etc. Coffee machine did not work the first day, until I found a workaround. Having said that, overall, still very happy with the stay!

Loved the view and the location. I would have appreciated a heads up about the road work right in front of the property entrance due to the recent floods, there were also road closures so there were several detours in place. The apartment itself was nice, the furniture was okay, the kitchen was fully equipped. The AC was nice to have but the one in the bedroom is noisy. The apartment itself could have used a better mop and vacuuming as well as a wipe down of the outdoor furniture. Overall I would probably pick somewhere else to stay next time, but I did enjoy the convenience and price point.
