We just returned from spending 6 nights at this wonderful condo in Kihei. Working with Trish was seamless. The condo was recently renovated and provided all the needed items to make our stay enjoyable i.e. well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, a cooler, and a pickle ball court oceanside. Kihei popular beaches are just a short car ride. PAIA Fish Market restaurant as well as the Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Ululani's Shave Ice ROCK! We highly recommend this unit!! Wayne & family from CA

This was a great location and a wonderful host. The condo was as promised with great supplies amenities (i.e. beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, cooler) basically all the stuff needed to enjoy the beach that you likely can’t bring with you when you travel here.
The location to everything on the island is perfect. Not too busy but close enough to restaurants, beaches, amenities.
Trisha was extremely communicative and followed up consistently. She was available when we had questions and provided all info well in time for our arrival.
It is an older unit but we were very comfortable and it in no way hindered our enjoyment of our vacation. We felt very at home and the view out the lanai was perfect. The unit was quiet with a bit of road noise but that was easily drowned out by running the fan units as we slept.
I would highly recommend this unit for families as the pool and beach access are terrific.

This was a perfect condo for our family of 4! It was clean, comfortable and had lots of amenities. The air conditioning was a plus as well. The grounds were lovely and the pool area, with the outdoor kitchen, was a fun place to hang out. The property location was ideal, as it was central to many of the sites we visited on the island. It was very laid back, quiet, and didn't feel overcrowded. The staff in the office and around the grounds were friendly. Check in and out was super easy. We definitely hope to come back again some day!

My son, his wife and their 2 small children were very comfortable in the nicely furnished condo. The kitchen included all the items you might want for doing your own cooking. After a busy day, they enjoyed the sunsets from the lanai. Luana Kai is a lovely, smaller resort.

We loved the pool area with grills, hot tub , sauna, and complete kitchen set up. My son and granddaughter and I spent several evenings grilling out at the large pool area.

My family and I loved the location and views provided by this unit. We had a great time. We enjoy the beaches in Kihei and it was centrally located for us to hit many of our favorite beaches. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very quiet. The floors were, however, quite dirty from the moment we arrived, the furniture is dated and not too comfortable, and much of the beach equipment was broken. Overall, we would be back because of location.

It looked nicer in the pictures, living room furniture crowded. Didnt use the tv except to view our vacation photos, worked fine
Beds comfortable, bathrooms ok. I understand there is always a problem with sand plugging up the bath tub & shower drains. Overall it was as advertised.

Trisha was a great host- very responsive and had good suggestions on things to do in the area. While the unit is a little dated, the condo was as pictured in the listing. Twin beds in the bedroom were nice for the two kids, but the bed frames were fairly loud / squeaky. It was nice to have the beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach umbrella to use. A few other fun items that might be nice to include are pickle ball paddles, and a golf putter/balls. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this location! We thoroughly enjoyed the condo pool area, taking walks on the beach, and sitting on the lanai enjoying the view. Great location in Kihei!! Communication with the property manager was a breeze and she was extremely responsive and warm which was greatly appreciated. Check in and check out was seamless. The condo itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, although it is dated and needs some upgrades. If you’re a light sleeper, be prepared for outside noise (people and loud birds) and daylight early in the morning. Beds were ok, not great. A/C and ceiling fans were wonderful and kept the place very comfortable day and night. Plenty of towels, dishes, and cooking equipment! Overall, it was a great stay, I would just recommend the owners investing in some better amenities and conveniences.

Communication with the owner was terrific and for the popular things to do, we felt staying in Kihei was terrific. Complex has nice pool/hot tub area with a number of grills to use. And if you are in to pickleball, there are 8 courts about 50 feet from the water. Amazing views while playing.

The location is excellent. and best of all I wasn't given a list of chores that must be completed before I checked out. i.e strip the beds, wash the towels etc etc. It was a vacation and felt like it. I would definitely stay again and recommend this condo.

Beds were comfortable, and it was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. Trisha was always responsive and we felt was very genuine in wanting us to enjoy her place and have a great time.

This was a good jumping off point for all things Kihei, especially the beaches to the South. Lots of close food trucks and resturants. Closer to airport than West Maui. The host was helpful through booking and during the stay. We enjoyed it.

It was our first time in Maui and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. First, the condo is close to everything, extremely easy to get to all the nice places, the view is gorgeous and the condo has the perfect size for us 4. The host was incredible from reservation to check out. She was very attentive, easy to reach and gave us THE BEST tips on where to go - with a very high energetic toddler. It was amazing. My family and I had a great stay in this condo! The unit contained everything that we needed and lots of space for myself and our 2 teenage kids! Having the AC and the fans made our nights comfortable. All appliances also made our stay convenient.
The pool and hot tub are very well maintained and the landscaping was beautiful. We BBQ'd every day by the pool while enjoying the ocean views.
Trisha was friendly and easy to communicate with.

My friend and I had a great stay here. The unit had everything we needed to cook simple meals and prepare for daily adventure. It's further back from the shore which keeps the balcony sheltered from the breeze, but you still have a good view Maalaea Bay.
The grounds, pool and hot tub are very well maintained, and neighbors were friendly. It's a quiet family-friendly complex. Parking a big rental van filled with windsurfing gear was easy and no one bothered with it. You probably won't want to walk to shops or restaurants from this location, but catching a Lyft/Uber home one night was no problem.

Great views from the lanai the property is very clean and well kept. Great off street parking with easy walking access to the beach and centrally located to explore the island. We loved the beech accessories provided (towels chairs boogie boards cooler) we watched whales from the deck while enjoying morning coffee the view was great and closer then it appears in the pictures. Communication with host was exceptional I will recommend this property to all my family and friends. Thanks for a great stay! If you are booking do yourself a favor and add a couple days to your trip there is so much to do and see on Maui that a week isn’t enough!

We enjoyed our stay in the unit, which was tidy and well stocked with towels and beach equipment. We made regular use of the facility’s shuffleboard court, hot tub, pool and grills. We also took advantage of the unit’s proximity to the beach with daily visits, especially for the sunsets. The unit’s AC units were also an added bonus. Thanks for your hospitality!

Great location, so close to so many things. Furniture could use some updating. Sofa bed is unusable. Nice view from Lanai...great view of the ocean.
