We can truly attest that this is the perfect property if you are looking for a beautiful view, long quiet walks on the beach, and a comfortable and friendly environment! The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed for a day at the beach (towels, cooler, ice packs, beach chairs). We had no issues requiring the onsite manager but he was always around to have a friendly chat with. The owner was also friendly and available at a moments notice which eased our minds for a worry free vacation. The information and pictures online are accurate and we highly recommend this property!!

Michael our host went above and beyond considering the weather conditions that we experienced. He helped us reach the condo with road closures due to flooding and even assisted with getting our luggage into the condo. The condo was more than well equipped with everything we needed for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Despite the bad weather, we were able to still enjoy some long walks along the beach. We would recommend staying here and wish those that follow, have better weather than we did.

The view was great but unfortunately we were there during the epic storm and we lost power for 48 hours Internet for 5 days and the pool was closed for about 10 days but the complex manager was awesome and got things cleaned up as quickly as possible all in all our stay was good just the weather took it tole

Wonderfully located & well appointed. A tender time to be there after the heavy storms which did much damage. The property weathered well and the citizens are resilient! Lara is an excellent communicator bar none!The only drawback is the road noise. Recommend white noise for sleeping if you enjoy sleeping in.

The ocean view was GRAND. Gloria is very easy to work with. Checking in and out is snap! We did end up in the middle of the Kona Storm, Gloria made sure we were okay and kept the communication wide open!!!!

Location and value can’t be beat! Michael was a great host- even wanted us to text around midnight when we arrived to be sure we got in ok. The 2 bed / 2 bath is a great value and we utilized the couch sleeper for my third kiddo. They loved the pool although it seemed to not be heated (felt colder than the ocean while we were there). The lawn area is great for relaxing and catching sunset shots. Loved the outdoor shower in the common area for after beach walks and we used it to hose off our snorkel gear when we got home. The Kona storm of March 2026 started a few days into our stay. Be aware if you visit during rainy season that the condo group may block off parking exits to prevent floodwaters and mud from coming in. We parked off site our last night to ensure we’d be able to leave for our flight. If you require an elevator this may be something you need to keep in mind, as the elevator was turned off and blocked off to prevent flooding. Totally understandable why they do it and it didn’t change our opinion on the stay at all. We can’t wait to come back again!

Porch has limited ocean view and overlooks parking lot toward pool. Great view of mountains from porch. Worked well for 2 adults with each having own bathroom. Owner very organized and communicates very well. This part of Maui central so allows good day trips in all directions.

We were unable to get in for the first night because the door code didn't work. So, things happen during travel. The question isn't was everything perfect: it's what do people do when there's a problem? VRBO stepped up and helped us get settled for the night. Our hostess was mortified and pulled out all the stops. We had a wonderful stay because the people involved took responsibility and made things right. That's class.

We loved our stay at this condo! It’s beautifully remodeled and well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was very nice to have the clean laundry room services with multiple machines on our floor. We washed clothes during our 10 day stay and took our clothes home clean. It was very convenient to have the complimentary parking right across from the elevator. We also appreciated the two bathrooms and extra refrigerator. The ice machine produced a lot of ice cubes, which is not very common in Hawaii.We enjoyed the awesome ocean view from the balcony and also from window of the high dining table.The beach is just north of Sugar Beach. Offering miles of amazing beaches to enjoy long walks, as well as the complimentary Tommy Bahama beach chairs and Bougie boards, It’s conveniently close to the main part of Kīhie’s restaurants and stores, but far enough away from the many people. Our host.Josh was a very good communicator and prompt with his replies. We really appreciated the reasonable charge for a late check out, as our plane wasn’t departing until 10pm. Amazing location- the condo is right on the beach- enjoyed walking the long stretch during sunset/sunrise. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we could’ve needed including laundry detergent. Bed was comfy, ac unit quiet. Unit was quiet ( except for weekend nights- right next to a wedding venue). Communication with property management was excellent. Would love to stay here again.

The view from the balcony was nice, ocean from the side. The bed was great and it was the best stocked kitchen in a VRBO that we have ever had. Kristen was terrific and very responsive. For us the apartment was a little dark, and the was quite a bit of road noise. But the building is on the beach and the ocean sounds were excellent.

This is the second time staying in this building, different unit. It doesn’t disappoint. If you’re looking for the night life, this is not the place. Very low key, directly on the beach. We rent a car and get to all the “hot” spots while enjoying a peaceful place to stay, usually asleep by 8pm.

What a great condo! Our first thought was how the space looked exactly the same as it did online, which is not always the case. Very clean, and stocked with thoughtful amenities. We really enjoyed the ocean view and direct access to the beach. We had to contact the owners for a small request, and they were super responsive (and prompt). Close to groceries, restaurants, and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend!

Such a cozy place to stay and relax. For someone traveling on their own, it was perfect. My trip was so busy with hikes, swims, golf, meeting with family, abd every night I got to come home and sleep in their gigantic comfy bed, wake up to my own kitchen for breakfast, and have moments of reflection on the patio listening to the rushing wind.The place was extremely clean upon arrival, but not sterile like a hotel. It was home away from home in every sense. If you wanted to swim in the ocean, easy access, if you wanted a dip in the pool, barely used, if you wanted to grill some goodness and mingle, right there.All in all I just have to say I feel so blessed I landed on the perfect spot for my stay and completely recommend this place for one or two people. Such a great deal for such a great spot.
