We loved staying here! It was the perfect mix of close access to the beach (5 min drive to public parking) but also a quiet retreat secluded from the normal hustle and bustle of the big resorts. It was the perfect spot to bring our own food, cook, eat all together, and was the perfect set up for infants 8mo-14mo. Pack and play, high chairs, a spacious main floor all made for a safe, comfy space for our babies! The AC window units are on a 4 hour timer, so we did sometimes wake up hot, but it kicked in as soon as we turned it back on and we appreciated the energy efficiency.

We are a family of 6 from PA with 4 kids ages 9-13 so we always prefer a house/condo vs a hotel. This couldn't have been more perfect! We all had room to spread out, the beds were super comfortable and the location couldn't have been better! It was great being within walking distance to the beaches, several hotels, and Whaler's Village. The view are exactly as shown in the photos and we were lucky enough to spot many whales during our stay. We also rented a car and parking was super easy! We highly recommend!!! Epic was a fantastic host, and the home was exactly as advertised. Our family loved the location. It’s perched just up the hill from an abundance of activities, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet away from the resort crowds.The house itself was incredibly spacious, giving our large family and grandchildren plenty of room to relax and spend time together comfortably. One of the highlights was the beautiful ocean views, about a mile away, which added a serene and scenic touch to our stay.Overall, a wonderful place for a family getaway that we’d happily stay at again!

The property was beautiful and as described in the listing. Having a view of the ocean was a bonus! Our contact during the stay, Herb was very responsive and on top of any issues we had during our stay. The house was well stocked with cooking supplies, dishwater, kitchen appliances, toiletries and beach supplies. We also had two parking passes which was a great help for our bigger family that needed two cars. The only comment I would make is we would have appreciated if the place had been cleaned a little more tediously (this could be based of personal preference) - the master bathtub still had a lot of mildew streaks and stains, same with some of the toilets. The only reason I bring that up is because you’re paying an hefty cleaning fee, so would expect the place to be super clean. Also having a handheld vacuum for guests to use throughout the stay to suck up any sand tracked in from outside would be nice! Overall, a superb stay, our family enjoyed our time & we would definitely rent again!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property 11/10-11/17. The condo is spacious and easily accommodated 5 adults. It’s in a great location, and the view of the ocean from the second floor balcony was lovely. During morning breakfast, we were thrilled to see a large rainbow over the water! From the moment we walked into the condo I knew I made the right choice. This place didn't have that many reviews so I was nervous but that was all gone once we walked around the condo. The pictures are accurate and up to date. My favorite part of the condo was the lanai. I spent every morning having breakfast out there and every evening winding down watching the sunset, perfect location for the sunsets. It was so comfortable outside we never used the fans on the lanai. Speaking of being comfortable, the AC was fantastic which is very important to me. Bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were very nice. No problems finding parking, the parking lot was only a few steps away from the front door. The actual location was only minutes away from the ocean. Safeway grocery store is close by. I would like to add that I have always stayed where I dealt with an individual instead of a rental company but the one time I had to reach out for an issue the rental company was very fast to respond and asked how soon would it be convenient for them to address the issue. They asked if it was ok to show up if no one was present and I told them that would be fine. They didn't assume, they asked first. Wifi was great, I watched shows on the lanai using my ipad and had no problems with the connection. The next time we visit Maui this will be the first place I look at. Everyone in our family still talks about how nice this place was.

Fantastic unit with a fabulous location. Super clean, incredibly spacious, well-equipped unit provided everything we needed for our vacation. Kitchen had all items needed to comfortably cook, central living/dining area was perfect, and we greatly appreciated ability to wash clothes on-site. This is one of the few times where the photos accurately described what is inside and outside the property. We were pleasantly surprised upon entry with the cleanliness and amenities that the inside of the condo offered. The kitchen was up-to-date. There were plenty of cooking utensils, plenty of items needed to prepare and keep meals while on vacation. The dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer and dryer worked perfectly. The method for entering and exiting the unit was perfect. Also, a key code on a coded lock, so you didn’t have to worry about keys or fiddling with keys in a lock box either. The AC worked perfectly. It was even better that it was an end unit, so you could open the windows and get the nice ocean breeze throughout the condo, not even really needing air conditioning. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were plenty, and everything functioned well in both bathrooms. parking was never an issue, even with no assigned parking spaces. The swimming pool was clean, and welcoming. I loved the quiet, relaxing peacefulness of the area. I never heard anyone or anyone’s music while we were there. Sarah and Michael were more than accommodating, and I would gladly go to their place again if we go back to Maui.

We truthfully can claim that we gained some level of experience with condos and other vacation rentals in the past. This one is certainly outstanding and one of the best we had the pleasure to spend our vacation. Clean, fully equipped (beyond our expectation and experience) and with a view on the ocean and neighbouring islands you will never forget. It simply makes your day, when you watch out during breakfast on this scenery. Sarah and Michael have been very responsive and always willing to help wherever possible. A pleasure to arrange the stay with them. Location is great, quiet and close to the Kaanapali beaches and resorts, Napili and Kapalua. Stayed at KPL 8 and it did not disappoint. Lizards and creatures outside unit but not inside. Clean and quiet unit, good appliances, spacious and beautiful view. Hot water runs out quick if all 6 occupants shower one after the other so be aware. Parking easy and close and management team were quick to respond to my questions. Would stay here again.
