We'd love staying in this condo. It was very close to all the amenities. It had everything we needed to be able to fix meals there. It was nice having washer and dryer. The beach chairs were great to have when we went down to the beach. Check in was very easy. The food trucks located at the entrance were very good. And there was a pizza place across the street that was incredible. We would definitely stay here again

This room was perfect for our family vacation! Right next to the pool and close access to the beach!! We saw turtles, monk seals and a ton of fish right on the beach at the hotel. My 11 year old son rented a fishing pole from the shop at the hotel and caught a bunch of fish right behind the resort. We had a great time and would totally stay here again!

We had a great week in Hawaii at this condo. This resort is amazing and has everything you will want on your vacation. The condo itself has an awesome kitchen that had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Only downside is that the patio does not get much sun, but you can go to the pool for that!

I had an excellent experience at this rental. The King size bed is extremely comfortable, whole unit was very clean. Nice balcony overlooking the pool area with ocean in the background. Well stocked with amenities, including a few coffee filters and laundry detergent. Coolers and beach chairs as well. Would definitely stay again!

The unit is nice, has a gorgeous view and was very comfortable. The beds were very comfortables! There wasn’t one thing we needed that wasn’t provided. The amenities were very nice, two pools, two hot tubs and a restaurant. Great location and great sunset views. We hope to get this unit again for the same time of year but the a month. It was a beautiful place, I have never been so close to the ocean. You could even hear the ocean sounds with the door closed. The amenities were great and parking was very easy and close to the unit. The only issue was, there were roaches and ants in the place. It was clean but because of it being so close to the ocean I think they have a hard time keeping them away. They had traps there and management was working on it. I feel like I can't give a fair review without mentioning this. We had a good stay otherwise, the insect problem was in the kitchen and I believe if they closed off the trash, it would be fine. I do think at the price point they are charging, they should fix this.

We had a great stay in this condo.the condo had plenty of room for my husband two kids and myself. We did a quick stop to Costco on the way in and it was perfect. We were able to cook a quick breakfast in well equipped kitchen before we headed out to our daily adventure. The pools were nice after a long day at the beach snorkeling or touring another spot. The condo has a beautiful ocean view that we enjoyed frequently. Steps to the beach. Lots of amenities to make your stay pleasant. We also enjoyed their beach chairs which were so handy and helpful! Thank you so much we will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our three kids. It was a fantastic experience from the beginning. The communication from the host was amazing. I really appreciated them reaching out and checking in to make sure everything was okay. The property itself was perfect. Enough room for our family of five , we didn’t feel like we were on top of each-other. Enough space for everyone to sleep. The balcony view was beautiful. It was also extremely convenient that it was just across the street from so many things.. pizza, bbq, shaved ice, the grocery store, food trucks and we even walked down to Slappy cakes a couple days for breakfast which was amazing!! The property managers were very friendly and helpful. Everything was top notch and I couldn’t recommend it enough. We were there over Easter and the property had an Easter egg hunt for the kids which was above and beyond our expectations.

Great stay in a beautiful location. The condos view is not as great as the pics. It’s a partial view overlooking a parking lot. As this is a resort, the checkin process at the reception desk was awful. They treat any of their guests staying in a rental as if they don’t matter. My family was yelled at for taking too long and refused to be given a cart as this was for the resort vacationers only to unload our luggage and groceries from a Costco run. When we asked if they could lend us a cart

We really enjoyed the layout/space of the unit. The unit is just as described and the decor/ambiance of the common areas is even nicer in person. There’s also plenty of towels and the washer/dryer worked just fine. We stay at KS often and with MPP, and this was a great stay.

We arrived late and did not get the room expected. The property managers and the staff at Aston Kaanapali Shores were awesome! What a terrible experience. We arrived late at night, due to flights. Get in late, jet lagged, and find the unit literally crawling with roaches. They were everywhere. In the bed, on the walls, in kitchen cabinets, on the headboard, windows, bathroom, sink. Everywhere. Wife goes to sleep I stay up killing these things that crawl out of hiding places every fifteen minutes. Send a note to property owner the next day, they apologize and say their on site team will contact me. No one contacts me. I get their phone number and text them about the issue, and they tell me they just sprayed for roaches and it’s typical for them to come out of hiding places the next day, but it should be better. Fine. Next day, still roaches. I contact them again, and get the response that this happens on an island and recommend I go out and buy traps to deal with any remaining cockroaches. Despite another note to property owner, there is no response. For the remaining two weeks, no response from the owner. I have been to Maui close to a dozen times, and other tropical islands, I get that bugs are a part of life and you can’t avoid it. This was not that random encounter. We had roaches every day. Infestation. Roaches in the oven clock the entire trip which was so gross. So disappointing that there was no response from the owner. And that their way of dealing with this is to tell the renter to go buy insect traps. Horrific. I would not recommend anyone stay here, or with any property of the owner.

The most notable feature of the condo by far are the stunning views where we enjoyed whales jumping, saw multiple rainbows, and soaked in the amazing sunsets. There is a lot of furniture, although we spent most of our time sitting outside on the balcony. The condo is spacious with two full bedrooms with en suites, and a full size kitchen with all the utensils needed to make meals. There is also a BBQ outside by the pools for folks who want to grill. The location is fabulous with the walking path toward the South and the Whalers Village a short drive away (or 40 min walk if you are so inclined!). We loved staying here and hope to be back again soon. Thank you!

This was a perfect location. It was right next to beautiful beaches, the snorkel rental, restaurants, grocery store, and the best cinnamon rolls at papi’s Ohana. The unit itself met our needs and had a beautiful view of the ocean and hotel garden area. We even loved the sound of the birds that were so loud as they gathered in the trees below every sunrise and sunset. The unit desperately needs either a deep carpet clean or replacement of carpet.

We love staying at Kaanapali Shores. We've stayed here several times and we understand that every unit is different but this unit could have been better. It's at a perfect location with great amenities for families. What was disappointing this time around was that the condo had a full kitchen but no cookware to cook with :( For a week vacation, sometimes you just want to cook to eat in.

Everything needed was available – from boogie boards to tools!Large fridge, plenty of towels, loved being able to wash and dry personal laundry with supplies included. Walking distance to several beaches, food trucks in evening, groceries, lovely new bakery, 2 on site pools, ball courts, shops… owners have supplied EVERYTHING and decor/organization of condo is exceptionally well done!! We had family members in 2 other condos in same building who were very very envious of ours!! Would definitely come back!

We had a great trip to Maui. The condo had everything we needed for our 13 day stay. King bed is comfortable, with a good mattress. Bathroom is dated but everything works well. It was missing a cooler to pack for the beach, but management brought a new one over the next day. Condo also has beach chairs which we used when we visited some other beaches in the area. The 2 Pools here are nice and clean with a lot of lounge chairs also each pool area has a clean hot tub. There is a restaurant on site, with a walk up bar from the outside. There is a food truck park right beside the resort, and other places to eat within walking distance. Overall we had a nice stay.

This would be a 5 overall but the inside of the unit has very dated furnishings. Very adequate but needs refurbishing to 2025. The bathroom was remodeled but they did not remove the old t bar ceilings, The bedroom curtains are shabby and the bedroom window needs weatherizing. The window might as well be open for any outside noise, waves are nice to hear but it was like the window was open. Kitchen needs remodel from 1980s. Furniture is very tired. Overall it was a nice clean unit but in my option needs significant updating. Lastly some directions on best parking would have been nice, We entered in the main entrance and the first trip from the car to the unit was a shlep but there is a parking area and elevator that are fairly close to the unit and that was not in the instructions.

The location was a short drive to Whalers Village and Lahaina. You can’t beat waking up to the ocean literally being just outside your lanai!

The oversized Lanai was awesome.Condo was actually much larger than we anticipated which was a nice surprise.It was ground floor but you could still see a bit of the ocean from the Lanai. Ground floor was a huge plus for the kids coming and going to the beach/pool.Would stay here again for sure.
