Great location. Several palmetto bugs in kitchen even though we kept all the food in the refrigerator. Ceiling above shower was broken so showed pipe through wall. Smelled musty when we checked in - probably should remove carpet. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals!

Jim and Linda’s place was just incredible! I was afraid the ground level would not be the best for ocean views, but I sure was wrong! We saw whales, dolphins, and turtles all from our lanai. The convenience of being ground level with kids and with my dad along was perfect! Literally steps to the beach, the pool, and the poolside restaurant. The unit had everything we needed, including kids toys, beach chairs, backpack cooler, binoculars (which we used a lot!), stocked kitchen, etc. We fell asleep to the sounds of the ocean every night. The hosts were gracious and allowed a late check out as well since our flight was not leaving until late. Book this room! Mahalo to Jim and Linda! We hope to be back!

Our stay here was wonderful. Kelly made everything super easy for us. The apartment was super clean, AC super cold, great peakabo view of the ocean. She left a nice welcome package with snacks and some drinks in the fridge was so nice! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The closet had all the stuff needed for the beach which we used to watch the sunset. The pictures shown are accurate.The Kaanapali Shore property was surprisingly nice, had 2 nice pools, one by the ocean and another pretty big one. Lots of parking, and small shops on property. The restaurant there had good food with great french fries! and a nice bar. I overheard people talking about playing pickleball on the property too which they were happy about.When we come to Maui we usually stay in Kihei, but decided to try Kaanapali. We were happy we made the change. The vibe in Kaanapali was way different, more laid back. We were very happy with our stay here at this property and with Kelly and would stay here again. Luxurious place, the view amazing and the host was very thoughtful and responsive. We expected to be wowed, but this was above and beyond. Watch whales nearly every morning from the deck , the host having provided binoculars made it even better. Beach towels (big ones), beach chairs ( Tommy Bahama quality) and even umbrellas to keep us from burning. Very thoughtful down to a bag of Hawaiian blend coffee. Oh and a HUGE TV for watching movies at the end of a busy day. That and a quick walk to food trucks , Pineapple Robot bar ( great Karaoke) five minute walk away. We watched the sunset each night on the swimable beach - a magical place to stay.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Good bed and the washer and dryer worked very well. There was a representative from My Perfect Stays there to make sure we got into our condo OK, even though our flights were delayed and we were about 2 1/2 hours late. There was one issue that had I known about I wouldn’t have chosen this rental. The Hawaiian weather is so mild this time of year that you can have the doors and windows open day and night. The lanai door needs replaced. It is very difficult to open and makes a deafening screeching noise when closing it. This really impacted our use of the lanai and was very disappointing to me since the ocean view was a huge factor in choosing this unit. Also, the window in the bedroom was hard to open and a hassle to close . My Perfect Stays sent someone to address this for us and hopefully will get the door and window repaired, whatever that takes. Maybe these two things wouldn’t matter too much to someone else but they would have been a deal breaker for me, had I known .

We recently stayed at this condo in Maui and had a mixed experience. The unit was very clean, and the view off the lanai was absolutely beautiful—truly the best part of the condo.However, the condo itself felt quite dated and is in need of several minor upgrades, especially considering the price point. There was no light on the lanai, which made it impossible to enjoy meals or spend time out there after dark. The refrigerator doors couldn't open fully because they hit the counter, and the silverware had to be kept on the counter due to the lack of a suitable drawer. The kitchen also had only one plug, tucked back in a corner, making it very difficult to use appliances like the blender and toaster.On the positive side, Vacasa was great to work with and kept us well-informed leading up to our trip.Overall, we loved the view and the location, but the condo would really benefit from some thoughtful updates.

The resort was great, the pools were awesome and the beach is wavy but swimmabl even with 2 yound kids. The location of the suite is a mi ute walk from the pool which was awesome and I loved being on the ground floor while our baby napped we would sit out there. Now for the consistency, the sofa bed is incredibly uncomfortable, you can literally feel all the springs, I had back and neck pain the whole trip the whole time. I would suggest changing that sofa bed asap. Also a beach wagon would have been really useful for going to the beach. Also a mop. We had the toilet back up on day one and they sent maintenance pretty quickly so that was nice.

My family stayed for a week at this property. Although communication with the property management company was good and they were prompt in responding, the overall condition of the condo was disappointing. The listing over emphasized the quality of the condo. There was a glass closet door missing from the second bedroom, another one wasn't on the track properly. The main bathroom had stains in the bathtub, the shower curtain was stained and appeared dirty. In the master bathroom the shower curtain was stained. The fridge was missing a cover to one of the drawers. Several of the dishes and cutlery were not clean, however, had been put away. You could open the window in the master bedroom, however it was difficult to do, to hear the waves, but the windows were very dirty and hard to look out. The couch had several stains on the cushions and really needs a deep clean. The patio furniture seemed very old and in need of replacing. My kids enjoyed the pool, and we did watch the sunset from the beach a couple of nights. We had just come from another condo in Maui, and compared to that one, this one fell short for us.

Carpeting and furniture are disgusting. Bed has a foam piece placed over the mattress and is not comfortable. Host only communicates via VRBO when there are issues. The view is beautiful, and the kitchen has been updated but I wouldn’t stay in this unit again.

This is the perfect place to stay! 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with washer and dryer makes a week-long stay in Maui a breeze. A 30-second stroll to the beach makes coffee and sunsets on the beach easy. The two swimming pools and two hot tubs are a bonus. The beautiful resort grounds, cute shops attached to the resort, nearby (walkable) grocery store and restaurants, and very friendly resort staff are so nice. I highly recommend this unit. It is on the first floor, so no wait time for elevators, and we were never bothered by upstairs neighbors. The patio is lovely and provides shade and the sound of the ocean all day long!

Very nice property and in a great location. The property is nice--pools, tiki huts, lobbies and restaurant all nice. Great beach front made it easy to enjoy ocean days. Easy walk for groceries, restaurants and to the food trucks, as well as easy access to the beachwalk. The condo was perfect: clean, spacious, stocked with some essentials to get started, beach chairs/umbrellas, and very easy to access. Host gave great, clear instructions, so getting in and parking was easy. Would definitely stay here again and with this hosting property.

We had a great stay in KS725! Perfect for 2 couples. Plenty of towels, additional fans were great at bedtime (we like moving air, and the AC seemed to have a regulator that kept it at 74F even when set it lower) I appreciated the property manager checking in to see if we needed anything. They were attentive and easy to reach before and during our stay. It was nice to have a large rolling cooler, and we wished there was a smaller one too. We made heavy use of the coffee maker and kitchen, cooking breakfast and dinner in the unit. The BBQ's for KS are in an inconvenient space (by the tennis courts in the front of the resort and parking garage), not the fault of the owners. We did use them as well, and hope KS will consider putting them in the courtyard/pool area like the other resorts. Parking was easy, just paid for a week pass. The market across the street was convenient, as was the Food Truck Park across the street. There is also a GREAT little dive bar/coffee shop with live music in the strip shopping center across the street that we wish we had discovered earlier! FUN! The Mai Tai's at the bar in the on-site restaurant are VERY yummy, and they will add a Lilikoi Foam if you ask - A MUST! Great location and we will definitely return to THIS unit. Sliding glass doors to the lawn/beach area were extremely hard to open indicating the tracks had not been cleaned for some time. Master bathroom sink would back-up, indicating drain needs to be cleaned out. Towel rack in master bath coming out of the wall. Air vents on the doors containing air conditioning unit/storage room were full of solid dust/debris that my wife had to vacuum (I had to empty the full canister before she could do this). Oh yes, killed 3 cockroaches the first day in the kitchen area. Needless to say, if this ground unit did not have great access to the beach, pool area, I would not have rented unit.

We stayed in this room for 2 nights following a 7-night stay in a different room at the same resort. This room has an incredible view and is relatively private. You can hear the surf which is really nice. The unit does not face the direction of the sunset but has beautiful views to the north and west.The unit itself is roomy for 2 people. Some previous reviews complained about the furnishings, but they are typical for the resort and was clean and comfortable. The only comment is the kitchen configuration is a little wonky. No issue cooking but an odd shape leaving some of the counter space unusable.There were no bugs, just friendly birds visiting us on the balcony.The resort itself provides a great location on a sandy beach, two pools (one geared for kids/families and one by the bar/restaurant geared for adults. There are daily activities, pickleball and tennis courts and BBQs. Grocery store across the street for the smaller items you don’t by at Costco.I would definitely come back and stay in this unit againMahalo
