CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Kaanapali Shores Resort is under spalling construction until around June 2024. We would like to advise you that there could be construction noise during your stay. We are not sure how much disruption will occur. You may experience construction noise, one day it can be loud and on other days it can be quiet.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Everything you need to cook is there for your convenience. Also there were chairs and ice chest for the beach. Absolutely gorgeous views of the garden and pool. 2 bathrooms were great, and loved that there were washclothes for makeup. I would definitely come back. There was just one problem, but not a deal breaker, ther freezer was hard to get into. The icemaker was good to have though. Beautiful property and pools and beaches. The food trucks by the resort was awesome. There is a grocery store right across the street for your convenience.

Stayed here for four nights in June. Condo was just as expected. Beds were comfortable and although we didn't utilize the cooking amenities it is fully stocked with anything you might need. The only thing that I would note is that coffee was not provided. I just went down to the sundries shop on the property and bought a bag of coffee. No problem. There are beach chairs and a cooler for you to take to the beach which was useful. Also it was so nice to have a washer and dryer so that everything was clean and washed when we went home. Location is close to so much also. Property management company was quick to respond if there was any issue.

We really enjoyed staying at Kaanapali Shores. The unit was clean and well stocked. We had access to the pools and beach which was great for snorkelling. Very close to restaurants, grocery stores and a number of food truck close by. We could also walk to the different resorts on Kaanapali beach via the beach boardwalk which was nice. Loved the location and access to all the different ammenities. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the property very much our accommodations were clean and looked like the photos. It was well stocked minus no salt and a little lean on toilet paper. The grounds were nice and well maintained. There was supposed to be an adult only pool however it was filled with kids When mentioned to staff the refused to help and said it was an everyone pool. We went to the restaurant on site once and found it just ok a over priced. Nice central area for groceries and supplies. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible. 10 am check out is a too early Enjoyed our trip and would recommend however we would probably try elsewhere next time.

We spent a wonderful week at this property with our 3 teenage children. The condo was lovely and everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to prepare large breakfasts before heading to the pool or quiet beach, only a few steps away. We enjoyed watching the whales in the morning from our lanai as well as sunsets in the evening. The grocery store across the street was convenient to grab staples and drinks, we also enjoyed the food trucks parked next store. The property itself was very clean, close parking, and very friendly staff. We will definitely be back again!

Clean, roomy condo. Nice view of ocean and pools. Condo has a stocked kitchen, comfy beds, beach towels, chairs and cooler. Condo complex has nice maintained pools, hot tubs, convenient store, spa, souvenir shop, pickleball courts, BBQs, tennis, coffee shop and equipment rental (snorkel, biggie board, etc). Across the street is a great grocery store, food carts, restaurant with great breakfast.
