WOW!!! Just WOW!!! It's difficult to know exactly what a place you are renting online is going to look like. The pictures are accurate, but do not do this condo justice. The communication and checkin process were all great. But when we walked into the condo we were extremely impressed! The views of the ocean from each room were amazing. The balcony gives you 180 degree views, and it is the closest room on the floor to the beach/water. You feel like you are on the water. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all very nice. Great location. I can't think of anything negative. We had a great time and highly recommend this place to anyone!

The condo was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The view was wonderful. We sat outside on the lanai each morning for coffee and each evening for wine. The beach directly in front of the complex is small but we did swim in the ocean a couple of times. The pool is small but nice for cooling off with a drink from the bar. We would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was the beach area in front of the resort was a little small, but you could easily visit other beaches in the area. Overall, this was a great condo with a great view (especially for sunsets)!

The condo is exactly as described in the pictures and videos. I have to say that the mattresses were so comfortable I asked the rental company for the brand so we could buy them for our home. The beachfront location is absolutely perfect. We went snorkeling right outside our balcony and saw so many fish and even sea turtles. Kaanapali Shores had so much to do for my family and children; from the pool, spa, corn hole, pickleball, tennis courts, beach rentals, restaurant, and even a food/souvenir market in the building. We had a minor issue in the condo and Hawaii Life was quick to respond and so helpful. I would absolutely rent with them again with zero hesitation.

The kitchen is well stocked and everything worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and pillows. The wrap around balcony was amazing to sit out and watch the waves and have some quiet time and coffee. You could hear the ocean clearly from the fifth floor. The property managers were easy to work with and answered questions quickly. We use the provided beach chairs and beach towels, which was super convenient. The complex is nice. The staff is friendly. We always found parking easily in the lot. Everything is so close. 15 minutes to the best snorkeling, 15 minutes to the best boogie boarding, 15 minutes to Lahaina… Maui is awesome and this is a great property. And one last time, you can’t beat the views! They are even better than the picture show!!

The parking was easy. Attendants friendly. The food at the on-site restaurant was excellent. There is a food truck park right next door. A jazz restaurant across the street w good breakfast as well. Slappy cakes is also awesome and across the street as well as a wonderful grocery store called “The times”. Can’t say enough good about this condo, the view and the location.

This property has an unbeatable view (seriously, unbeatable) and the property management is exceptionally responsive and thoughtful. There are numerous personal touches throughout the unit (i.e. binoculars so that you can get a good view of the whale show right out front) and think of pretty much everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The building itself is old, and some things are kind of unavoidable (old plumbing, lower water pressure, etc.) but overall I would recommend this place for future guests.

There are no words to describe the condo. It was absolutely perfect in every ways. The beds were comfortable, the location was perfect, the views of the ocean are unreal. My family consisted of myself, my husband and two young boys (7 and 9 years old) along with my parents. My parents stayed in hawaii several times and said that they have never stayed anyplace remotely as nice as this condo. Both of my boys insisted that this was the best vacation ever. The hosts were amazing from the moment we made reservations through checkout. I inquired about ordering air mattress to be delivered since my boys did not like sharing beds and without hesitation the host ordered the air mattress at no additional cost and had it available for our use. The kitchen was fully stocked with all bakewares, dishes, utensils, etc. The handy beach cart was also available along with multitude beach gears. The host thought everything in making the trip amazing. We all felt comfortable with the size and location. We would definitely book this place next time we return.

One of the most beautiful condos we’ve ever stayed in. The view alone from the lanai was breathtaking! The condo sits so close to the ocean with an incredible view of 2 other islands off in the distance. The lanai is so spacious with lots of comfortable seating options. To be honest we spent more time outside on the lanai than in the condo even though the inside of the condo was gorgeous. Everything was brand new and well appointed from the beautiful furniture and furnishings to the entire kitchen equipment and accessories. The condo is located at the end of the hallway on the 5th floor which gives you lots of privacy. The condo smelled wonderful, was extremely clean and well stocked with the essentials. The small black make up towels in the bathrooms were such a nice touch! The large closet as you enter the condo was stocked with all of the beach gear you could want or need. The condo is extremely spacious.
The location allowed for easy access to groceries, restaurants and food trucks across the street The beach in front of the condo was small but convenient. We drove to Whalers Village on several occasions for the beach, shopping and oceanfront restaurants.
We would absolutely return to this condo and highly recommend it to everyone! You will not be disappointed!

We loved our stay in Maui. This home is so well stocked and so comfortable. It had everything we needed for the beach - towels, nice chairs, a wagon. It also had everything we needed in the kitchen! We’d definitely recommend this location to friends and family. It’s close to the Ka’anapali beach trail, where we enjoyed morning walks. The beach is a little rocky - so maybe bring water shoes. Also - no need to stop at Walmart, there’s a nice grocery store across the street. Overall great place! Hope we make it back someday.

We had an excellent and relaxing stay with our three teenage daughter's. The condo was just as described and the views from the wrap around balcony were incredible. It was so handy having umbrellas, beach chairs, towels and bags available for our use. We had one issue with the coffee maker and a new one was delivered quickly so that we didn't have any caffeine withdrawals ha! Check in and out couldn't have been easier. Definitely worth the stay! Thank you!

Extremely clean and well equipped condo with a huge lanai. We watched mom and baby whales from the lanai for hours. A huge sea turtle and seal even came up on the beach below during our stay. Condo is very quiet with great resort amenities. Loved that the condo had binoculars and a cart for carrying groceries from the car to th unit.We will be back.

The views from the balcony are 180 degrees of ocean view with whales coming so close! Location is just right, 10 min to Northern beaches, 5 min to Kaanapali beach and restaurants, 15 min to Lahaina downtown. The local beach doesn’t connect to Kaanapali beach, so a short drive is required. The hotel staff is super helpful and very friendly. The amenities are great as well. The hotel restaurant is delicious, nothing fancy, but food is great. The apartment is in great shape, it does need some fixes here and there, but didn’t bother us at all. We received a nice welcome gift of chocolates and cookies, very nice; and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were very good quality, thank you to the owners (I forgot mine, it was very nice surprise to find those in the bathroom). All in all, it was an outstanding stay and experience! We absolutely will come back next time! Mahalo!
