Check in/out was quick and easy. Room was spotless and kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. There was a public bus stop close by and we were a short walk to the beach.

This is a lovely, quiet home and we enjoyed our stay very much. The home has been beautifully updated. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, dinnerware & glassware. Beds comfortable in the 2 large bedrooms. Thank you for all the extra towels and bedding. New large front load washing machine and clothes dryer. The owner has noticed in the description that the 3rd bedroom does not have a useable clothes closet and does not have air conditioning vents. We needed to keep the 2nd bedroom and bathroom doors open to try to cool the 3rd bedroom. It wasn’t much of a problem but guests need to know and read the description. There is a problem with the bed in the 3rd bedroom and I sent an email to Linda in the management office. We treated this home like our own and would love to rent this unit again. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Thank you.

If you're looking for affordability while still getting an authentic Maui experience and access to all that west Maui has to offer, this is it. The property and condo are well-maintained. Access to surrounding locations is easy. On site amenities (pools, gym, cabana) aren't flashy but are still clean and enjoyable. Staff were approachable and helpful. Price point for us was outstanding. We will stay here again and will recommend it to our friends.

The unit was clean and nicely renovated. It had plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. 10 minute walk to the beach, or a short golf cart ride, where they have towels and beach chairs, so no need to haul them yourself. The location of the unit within the complex is not great though, it is nestled between buildings, there is no view. And even with the big windows it is somewhat dark.

The ocean view was superb, and we loved the spaciousness of the lanai. We loved our trip. The unit could use some updating. My wife says, at the very least, install safety bars in the bath/shower b/c that spa tub is difficult to climb in and out of. The spa tub, all the tile, and ALL the fixtures need a thorough scrubbing b/c mold and rust have set in. Please improve the lighting in the dressing area. Leave a toilet brush and cleaner for guests to use. Fix the drawers in the stand-alone dresser in the studio area. Please get rid of those pesky ants in the kitchen: we were cautious about food but that didn't stop them searching. As always, we had a wonderful time staying at the Maui Eldorado, with its fine location, beautiful grounds, and amenities.

I was a little hesitant to book a studio apartment as we usually get something bigger, but this place was practically perfect in every way. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and if we were home during the day or early evening, we’re out on the lanai. this is a great location for us as it is close to Wheeler Village lots of different restaurants and even grocery stores. We really loved that there is a trolley that stops right in front of the lobby and in 10 minutes you’re at other hotels with restaurants or the Wheeler Village. Everything was clean, the kitchen had everything you need. What really impressed me about the kitchen was that for storage, they had glass storage containers with lids, which I have never seen in a rental before. Something we did not expect but that we really enjoyed was a neighboring hotel had music in the evening and it felt like we were listening in on a private concert.

First let me start by saying we have stayed at the Maui Eldorado several times, never with Maui Westside and have always loved this property. It’s close to the beach, has great pools, friendly staff, a private beach cabana stocked with chairs and towels. Upon arriving we were able to get into the unit a little early which was super convenient and we appreciated after a long travel day. The layout was Perfect for what we were needing (4 adults and a 3 year old).Now the bad….the floors were filthy. We didn’t wear shoes in the unit and my son’s feet were black within minutes of being in the unit, the bathroom had used razors upon arrival and one day our AC went out. While they were quick to respond we didn’t have Ac for 24 hours and it was uncomfortable. Also BEWARE the bathroom floors are slippery. There are NO bath mats! My 3 year old slipped out and hit a tile ledge requiring a 911 call, ER visit and a few staples to the back of the head. This is a huge liability and very dangerous! This situation could’ve been a lot worse! (See photos)When I reached out about these concerns, all I got was a “sorry”. We felt some form of compensation should’ve been offered besides a discount for future stays which we had already received in our email. There are SO many other properties at Maui Eldorado and we’ve already booked our next stay. But will never stay with this company again! Overall stay at Maui Eldorado as the property itself is great! But steer clear of Maui Westside Property

The unit was clean and spacious. We enjoyed cooking many of our meals, both in the unit and at the BBQ area by the pool. Having our own laundry in the unit was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for all the activities we like to do.

This was perfect for walking to almost all the things we wanted to do this time on the island. the 2br 2ba was perfect for our family of 5. Kitchen was nice, had everything we needed. The bbq area at the condo complex is great and seems very new, 4 setups so you never have to wait. Its a great view from the patio which we enjoyed every morning and the beach is a 5-10min quick walk away. Overall very happy with the property and they even included a beach wagon, portable cooler, two chairs and 4 boogie boards which was really great.

We had a fabulous time during our stay, and really appreciated all the beach supplies we had on hand at this rental. The snorkeling at Black Rock was amazing, and we could either walk or take the free trolley to/from. The resort staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool and hot tub were nice added perks.
