This is our second year here and like the first, everything was awesome. Communicating with the host was easy and they were quick to respond. Storing surfboards was easy and surfing out front was fun for everyone. We walked to whaler’s village everyday and it was an easy walk to Black Rock to snorkel with the turtles (go early in the day). We had the best time at Regan’s Condo. No frills but 100% described in her listing. We spent every sunrise on the Lanai and every breakfast and lunch was provided in the well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding, bathroom towels etc. we would definitely stay again. We had a grandmother with our family of 5 that included 3 kids ages 14, 12 & 10. Regan’s communication was the best we have had through VRBO. Stay here! You won’t regret it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your facility. The staff was terrific, especially Nate and Lambo. The area was furnished with all of the necessities. We enjoyed the 5 minute walk to the beach and the l0 minute walk to the Whaler's Village. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. If we ever return to Maui, this is tops on our list! We had a wonderful stay at Regan’s condo. The property is as photographed, beachfront access and walking distance to Whaler’s village. The kitchen was well stocked. There were also sand toys, beach umbrellas, and chairs available for use. Regan was very communicative and helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. We would definitely stay again!

We had a blast. We have been to this property multiple times and love it for the access to the beach, pool and atmosphere. First time staying with our twin toddlers- the host was responsive and helped me figure out renting pack and plays (though we ended up just flying with our own). The unit itself is aging a bit but still functional and did not matter to us since all the fun is outside the unit!The jets in the master bath tub had mildew/ not cleaned well so we did not bathe the toddlers in that room (on the cleaning crew NOT the host) and its an older style so they can be tricky to clean. Would stay again!

This is our favorite place to stay in Maui and along Kaanapali Beach. If you’re looking for a relaxing spot that’s not as hectic as the big resorts, this is the perfect choice. It’s an easy walk to Whalers Village, the beach is incredible with surfable waves, and the pool is fantastic. We can’t wait to come back!

It was a awesome. It was clean and the view was breathtaking. Codo itself was set up nice and very high class. Beds were very comfortable. Only slight complaint was the noise that comes from the Westin. The trainer guy sets up right outside and and booms techno music from 7 to 10 AM. Also the Westin had meetings and you can hear the people using the microphones like they are in the room. It is set up so no one at their hotel can hear it, just the Alii. Kind of rude of them. On the other hand we got to get a wonderful view of several luaus. All that being said this was the best condo I have every stayed at.

The master bedroom smelled really bad, like strong mildew smell. They had a lady come look at it and said she’d send an engineer to look at cooling system but no one ever came to check anything. The smell was so bad we slept on the couch a few nights. Would not recommend this unit to anyone.

Unit was as listed with stunning view of beach and sunset. 2nd bedroom with seperate beds worked great for our teenagers. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking evenings.We stayed for 12 days and what we paid was not advertised as having no cleaning service nor was there a vacuum available. For what we paid we should have had some form of cleaning or restocking services.

Everyone has their own opinion as to what is considered clean. For us, our initial impression was the condo was not clean, at least in our minds. Hair and finger prints everywhere from the tubs to the bathroom walls. Bedding was stained and musty smelling as well as the towels. We did throw the towels and some bedding in the wash while we were there to help out. That said, the condo was well equipped for the cost of the week, especially compared to other condos in the building. Yes it is dated but it was well equipped and we expected it to have the dated charm of 1980’s Hawaii. The safe in the unit was also of vintage 1980 and it required a quarter to use it ….which actually jammed the safe and we could not get the key out. Luckily we did not have anything in it as we did not trust it just by how old it was.The condo owner/host, Regan, was fantastic to deal with. She was mortified when we contacted her upon our arrival with our concerns. She did what she could from afar for us and we did appreciate her prompt communication with us. She even tried to get a new digital safe for us to use but it would not have arrived in time. She did give us a little refund which was not necessary but appreciated. She also followed up with her cleaner and then circled back to us to let us know. Either way, our vacation was still fantastic and I am satisfied the owner will take care of these concerns for her future guests.

Great location, beachfront. Beautiful garden and pool, no problem with deck chairs. Nice welcoming owner - I appreciate free late checkout. Cons - service area around the corner (linen,trash) which wasn’t disturbing though. Overall, we had awesome experience.

Picture perfect beach front condo that made our family vacation into a life long memory! The condo looks directly at the ocean and palm tree lined beach. Wonderful amenities at the property and in close walking proximity to Whalers Village for shopping and Black Rock for snorkeling with fish and sea turtles. Surf lessons directly by the condo was amazing for the kids and allowed the parent to watch from the condo.

I had some concerns about noise with a first floor unit but it was not an issue at all. The unit was well insulated from sound. It was very convenient to the pool, beach, and parking. There was an issue with a clogged drain the first night but it was taken care of the next morning with excellent communication throughout the process.

The condo was as specified. It was on the ground floor, a very convenient location for coming and going. Yes the view could be said its the parking lot but we didn't care - you aren't in the room much and there is a lot of vegetation around the cool and comfortable lanai so you don't really see the cars. The condo had everything we needed, umbrellas, chairs, boogie board, cooler. It was just like the posted pictures. BBQ area and pool was great to use as well but does get a bit crowded. Close to everything!

If I cold give it a 100 stars I would. This is the 1st time using VRBO and couldn't be happier with the host and property. Check-in at the main office was super easy and we entered the condo. Just our style. It felt like your aunts house, cozy, inviting, comfortable. Weren't afraid to kick off shoes and jump on the sofa. Full sized kitchen which made it perfect for morning breakfasts. saved lots of with being able to eat in. Had a patio looking out at the gorgeous mountains. Also a bin with boogey boards, umbrellas, chairs in case u wanted to take them to the beaches. The property is like a resort with 2 swimming pools, 2 jacuzzis and several grills. They even had a father/son duo grill for you if u wanted to chill. Great, great family environment. Location and actual condo could not be better. The host was the best. Easy to communicate with. Wanted us to relax and didn't have a problem when we had the whole family (7 total) over for breakfast. The host could not have been sweeter and kind. This condo and property will be our go-to for now on. not one negative thing to say about any of it.
