Our stay was fantastic. Immaculately clean. Property was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. There is also plenty of beach and snorkel equipment. The only thing we bought were our own snorkels. The property and location is perfect. So easy to dash to the shops and restaurants at Whaler’s village and catch the sunset cruise with Sea Maui. Sometimes the service dock of Whaler’s Village was a bit loud but it was not an issue for us at all. Great views of mountains and the ocean. Enjoy sunrise and sunset from the lanai. I hope to visit again!

Property exceeded our expectations. Very clean, comfortable, well maintained and had every amenity that could be desired. Great having laundry in unit with soap and dryer sheets provided. Kitchen was large and new with dishes, pans, cooking utensils and even some condiments provided. The view from the large balcony with table and chairs and lounge chairs was spectacular of the ocean and golf courses. The host provided additional beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, pool floats and even snorkeling gear We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the resort which provided towels, umbrellas and chairs. They provided lounges and chairs for beach use located right in front. My husband and I slept in the 1 separate bedroom with lovely linen on the very comfortable king bed and my sister in the living area on the very comfortable Murphy bed. There were pull out beds in the 2 couches but we did not use them. We all loved our stay and highly recommend the property and hope to return soon.

This studio is beautifully decorated and well-appointed with comfortable furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and appliances. The walk-in closet was a delight with enough clothes hangers to stay for a month! Unfortunately, we could not connect to the internet during the final 2 days of our stay. Also, our key cards stopped working the day before we left and we had to go to the front desk to get them re-programmed.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location. Great view of the ocean from the large balconey. We loved how close the beach is, how close Whaler's Village is, the ease of parking. There are two full bathrooms! The bed is very comfortable. There is a back storage room with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, pool floats, etc. that other guests have left behind. The condo grounds are beautiful. The registration desk employees were very friendly.

Our third time we have stayed in this condo. We love the location on Kaanapali Beach and where this unit is located in The Whaler. We love hanging out on the beach and this unit is just steps away. We also enjoy relaxing on the amazing lanai. Everything we need to have a great vacation experience is right there. I love that the unit has beach chairs and an umbrella . Ross and Lori have always been great to work with. Our time at their condo was extremely relaxing.

A beautifully maintained property.Check-in, parking, unloading, and check-out is a breeze! You are in walking distance of several restaurants. The unit has high-end linens and appliances. The view is gorgeous. Beach access is about a 3 minute walk across immaculately kept grounds.

Our 2nd to last day, our access cards quit working, so i had to spend time getting them fixed. Also, didnt realise there was We would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay yet again at The Whaler’s Resort. This was our first time staying in this unit and for the most part it is as advertised. Many updates are apparent and make for a comfortable stay. We had no major issues however there was some leftover trash in the unit when we checked in but it was not a deal breaker for us. Although many updates look great the tubs are pretty work and have just open drains. There was also quite a bit of dirt on the ceiling fan grill in the bath as well as some frayed carpet (albeit new) near one of the sliding doors. Lastly, he hot water takes forever to hit the showers and when it does it’s just lukewarm. Again, not a deal breaker for us, but with the prices you pay at this property we’ve seen more attention to the details.

Great property, Renter BEWARE. First, the Whaler Property is great! Great location, amongst all the big hotels, many restaurants and shopping. Will stay at the Whaler again! Now for the beware: the unit itself is nice. That said, at the whaler, Tower two, odd number rooms face the whaler shopping center. So when you step outside, you are greeted by the views in the picture AND by very loud industrial HVAC fans that drown out any ocean waves. This really killed the experience of sitting outside and enjoying the view and was super disappointing. Pick tower 1 to be safe, and even number units that face the courtyard.

Overall, the property was beautiful. The updates were fabulous and the location simply cannot be beat. However, upon arrival, we did discover several roaches within the property hiding in and among the dishes. We only found one singular additional roach beyond that first night, but it obviously left an unsettling feeling about the property at large. Hard to feel completely comfortable with that knowledge. We brought it up to the property managers/owners who, more or less, shrugged it off. Quote: "Please let us know if this would be an issue so that we could report this to property maintenance." If you have roaches, it's an issue. I shouldn't need to explain that. Going on, we ran into an issue when we ran out of toilet paper. When this was brought, we were instructed to go purchase our own. Seemed odd and a bit cold from the property management team. The management company who runs this unit, Vacation-Maui.com, is simply a company I would not recommend. The stay was wonderous, save for them.

This place is incredible! Look no further, book Julie's place - you will not regret it. It was very well stocked - we didn't find that we were without anything while staying there! We loved being able to walk over to Whaler's Village and grab coffee/breakfast and or dinner if we didn't feel like cooking. It is one block over and so lively - with music, shops and fun restaurants. The oversized lanai had the most lovely view of the beach and the mountains. We didn't need the snorkels that were at the condo (we brought our own), but we appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided for us. The beach towel exchange was great also - loved not having to mess with wet towels when we were done at the beach. This, by far has been our favorite vacation home to stay at.The location was great for us as we did a lot of 1/2 day and full day trips. Tons of restaurants, great beaches nearby. Julie also gave us a pretty detailed check in email with grocery shopping recommendations, tips on getting to Lahaina, local recommendations, etc. We are looking forward to coming back next summer and hope that her place is available when we do! This place is tropical GEM!!! Thank you!

Wonderful location (right on the beach and very close to Whaler’s village), stunning views of the ocean, large deck, very spacious rooms, and a great kitchen! It was very clean and modern, and the hosts were so wonderful and responsive while answering our questions! They even left us a very thoughtful welcome gift! This was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon! We will hopefully be back in the future! 10/10 would recommend!

This is the perfect condo for us. It is on the 10th floor of The Whaler. Tower two. Near the elevators, and washers and dryers. Great view of black rock which was the main reason we booked this one. You can't beat the location. Perfect spot on Kaanapali Beach! Walking distance to everything you need! Will definitely book again! The owner Jim was great. He answered all the questions. Condo had tons of extras like chairs, umbrellas, boards, and snorkel gear with fins that saved us from renting.

Whalers resort was a perfect location for a family of four. With two teens, the condo was spacious with two good size bathrooms, and a perfectly stocked kitchen. Everyone had their own comfortable bed to sleep on. The patio was perfect for Ocean view. Being able to use the car was a huge plus we were able to drive to Wailea, Kapalua, and Pai’a. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Check in easy with the front desk. Kitchen is fine but we like to have a non stick pan which they didn’t have. So we went to target and bought one. Left it for people to use. That was just our preference. But other than that we had ice packets and Tupperware etc. plenty of kitchen stuff. Also would be nice to have some plastic glasses for using on patio. But overall good. Bed so comfortable and plenty of linens. Nice that beach chairs are provided too. We’ve stayed twice at the condo and would stay again. Love the view and location.

We had a beautiful stay. Check in was easy , parking easy. The apartment was lovely , comfortable and clean. Gorgeous balcony, beautiful view. The pool wasn’t very big and was packed whilst we were there, so we didn’t use it , but the sparkling ocean is right on the doorstep and that’s where we swam every day.
