This was our first time to Hawaii for our 10 year wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have asked for a better location and property. We almost stayed a little farther back from the beach at a different location but I am SO GLAD we didn’t. The Whaler grounds were beautiful and meticulously kept, the pool and hot tub were great, and having direct access to the beach and places to eat in Whaler’s Village was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was clean, the bed was so comfortable, we slept so well every night listening to the waves crash. Having use of the washer/dryer was nice and it is right across the hall. Underground parking was great as well. The view of the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other was breathtaking. My only suggestion would be to replace one of the tommy bahama chairs, one was great but the other one did not have the strap/buckle to close it so it made it difficult to carry backpack style so once we realized that we only used them once, but the Whaler does provide chairs down by the beach to use so we did that instead. All in all, I wouldn’t for a second hesitate to stay here and I hope that we are able to come back again. Mahalo!

I love this spot I have stayed in quite a few units in the whaler..I love this unit. The view is stellar the layout of the room is perfect.
The view is south and high enough to get a great view.

Communication with the owner was easy and fast. The property was quiet and beautiful easy to access shopping and beach along with some activities. The balcony was great for morning coffee and sunsets.

Will definitely stay here again. Lovely Condominium in a great location on the Kaanapali strip. Walking distance to dining, shopping and activities. Convenient for bus to Lahaina. Beautiful views of the ocean and amazing sunsets.

Husband and I stayed here for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was fantastic. Walking distance to shops & restaurants, beach front and pool - perfection. Everything was just so easy and everyone was so kind. Checking in, parking, use of the property. Resort experience for sure. We used both the beach cabanas and pool cabanas. Beach chairs, pool noodle, cooler, aloe all provided by James. Whaler's Village is next door with lots of shops & food. We also drove 10 mins to old town Lahaina for dinner occasionally. Lovely experience. I can't say enough positive things about our stay.

We had everything we needed and could ask for. Nice ocean view from a beautiful deck with views of the central garden and mountains and golf course. There were two of us and we had all the space we needed. The location is perfect for snorkeling at black rock and enjoying all the wonderful restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was very quiet, nicely decorated and comfortable. However, the staff can make or break business. One woman at the desk was rude and condescending. She was also very unhelpful. Otherwise, we would have rated our stay a 5.

Beautiful place amazing location! wonderful people very welcoming. Had issues with water for showers had to call The desk four times. Maintenance tried to fix it we still had to run the bathroom sink hot water at full blast ,therefore-waste excess water to get enough hot water to take showers . literally we both had three showers that were lukewarm. But again amazing location the hosts were awesome and left a fabulous bottle of wine! The room was absolutely beautiful. The amenities there ,you couldn’t ask for more! I highly recommend it!

The efficiency condo was amazing! The nightly sunsets were stunning. The heated pool on property was warm and clean. The king bed was comfy and there was all the amenities we needed for our two week stay. I would stay again!

Nice unit with plenty of room for two. The unit was very impressive when you first walked in. Kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Great location next to Whaler's Village. A bottle of wine greeted us and a bottle of champagne was delivered for New Year's Eve!
Condo Manager was very responsive and went over and above!
It was very frustrating, however, that we could not get hot water from the bathroom sink or shower! We had to keep the water running FOREVER before we got any hot water. We felt guilty for wasting water. The property manager was informed, however, it appears that this is an ongoing issue.

Overall very nice location and view on 11th floor. Decorated nicely - wood floors too. Love the wall/wall mirror which made it seem much bigger. Nice King Bed.
Some minor annoyances that if remedied, could make it a super place!
-Sliding Door was broken - had to spend time having it fixed.
-TV Cable didn't work - had to spend vacation hours on the phone with Mgmt Company trying to get it working.
-Place woefully lacking in wine glasses - just 1 glass. (2 beaten up disgusting plastic glasses were there but wouldn't want to drink out of them). We had to buy some wine glasses to use.
-One small shampoo and small soap - buy some more! Good thing we brought some from our previous condo.

The welcome note and bottle of wine were a really nice touch! No wall-to-wall carpet gives this unit a really clean feel in this updated interior. Nice views from the 11th floor and overlooking the courtyard!

Great location, great views. Had a little problem with the ac. I left a message and I received a reply right away. It cools but doesn’t get cold. The skillet needs to be replace. Didn’t want to cook but with hotels being 100% and restaurants being 50% you had too. No toys come with the condo. Only had chairs and a cooler. No blow up toys or boards or noodles. My daughter stayed in tower one and she had all sorts of toys come with her room. I prefer something to hang onto in the ocean.

It was even nicer than we expected! Fully equipped for everything you may need (kitchen, for beach, the bathrooms, linens, etc) and super clean. I only wish there was water in the vending machines or somewhere closer to get filtered water. We didn’t have a car so getting filtered/drinking water and healthy groceries became an issue. But other than that, the accommodations, response of maintenance and staff, and the views, and overall environment were outstanding! Loved it and would definitely stay in the same unit and facilities again. But we’d rent a car next time!

It was perfect! Everything in the room worked as it should, and it was very clean! The couch was comfortable and most importantly so was the bed. The bottle of local wine was a great touch, as well as the beach chairs! View is amazing and I would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you!
