HAWAII PRE-TRAVEL TESTING PROGRAM FOR COVID-19
Hawaii has reopened to visitors! Arriving mainland passengers are no longer subject to Hawaii's 14-day quarantine for arriving passengers if each passenger provides on arrival a negative test result for COVID-19 taken within 72 hours of departure for the state from an approved testing partner. United, American, Hawaiian, Alaska, and other airlines are also offering testing to many of their mainland passengers. For further details and requirements of the pretravel testing program please see the Safe Traveler Program for the State of Hawaii at travel.hawaii.gov.
We have also continued a greatly relaxed refund policy. Guests making reservations should familiarize themselves of the requirements of the pre-testing program MORE THAN 14 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL ON MAUI. At any time up to 14 days before their arrival, guests who determine that they will not be able to comply with the requirements of the program can reschedule their visit or request a full refund. Within 14 days of arrival on Maui, guests may reschedule, or refunds may be requested when a member of the party tests positive for COVID, or travel restrictions are reimposed, which would prevent them from traveling to Maui.

The Whaler on Ka'anapali Beach is a world class oceanfront condominium resort located in the heart of world-famous Ka'anapali Resort directly on Ka'anapali Beach. The Whaler offers all the activities and amenities of Maui's premier vacation destination.
Available year round and just steps from the beach, our beautiful air conditioned studio was completely remodeled just a few years ago and is luxuriously decorated for your Hawaii getaway. Our unit number 265 is located on the second floor of the sunny south side of Tower II, and features a modern tropical décor with carved mahogany furniture, coordinating accent furniture, and tropical prints and artwork. Our unit features a deluxe king bed, high definition flat screen TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, and free broadband and wireless Internet access. Our condo also features a room safe to safely store all your valuables. The dining area features a glass table with seating for four. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and custom maple cabinets; a dishwasher, range and oven, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker. We provide a coffee maker, blender, and all the equipment needed during your dream vacation. Also included in the unit are an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and all linens and towels. The Whaler on Kaapanali Beach is a full service condominium resort with a 24-hour front desk, full concierge service, and bell service. It features an oceanfront heated swimming pool where towel service is provided at no charge. The Whaler also has newly renovated spa, resurfaced tennis courts, a Nautilus gym, sauna, salon, and business center. The property is located just across the street from the world famous Kaanapali golf course.
The Whaler has recently completed a major face lift designed to enhance its status as a world-class condominium resort. Improvements include remodeling the lobby, common hallway areas, and oceanfront swimming pool; expanding the spa, modernizing the gym, completely redesigning and installing new landscaping, and redesigning the underground parking garage.
Low season rates from $225 per night, high seasons are higher. Within 30 days of arrival, last minute discounts may be offered for last minute arrivals or to fill gaps between other reservations; check with owner for discounts. The Whaler charges a Resort Services Fee of $25 per day collected at the resort, which includes underground parking, beach towels and chairs at the beach, use of gym, and all resort amenities.
