I don't even know where to start, this place was just perfect. Beautiful view from the lanai, HVAC provides complete comfort, wifi is strong and stable, plenty of seating both inside and outside the condo, beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were roomy and great water pressure, and condo is stocked with enough dry goods essentials to get you through a few days until you can get to the store. (I have the Safeway app, so I had our groceries and dry goods delivered.) Location could not be better. Easy walk to Whaler's Village outdoor shopping mall, numerous snorkel/day-cruise pick-ups, and Black Rock Beach. Amazing snorkeling at BRB, but we also saw marine life while snorkeling at the beach right outside the condo. The beach area outside the condo resort was never crowded. This was also the easiest VRBO check-out process I've ever experienced in my 10+ years of using Homeaway, VRBO, etc. Owners were very responsive to every question I had from the moment I requested to book the property. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My family and I had a terrific stay here. Whether we were out exploring Maui or hanging at the beach/pool we loved ending each day playing cards on the balcony with the spectacular view. It’s a trip we will never forget and a property we would definitely return to.

The condo was even better than advertised! Perfect space for 5 adults and 1 toddler. The large balcony had stunning views of the ocean. The location was awesome. We took walks every morning on the beach walk in front of the complex. The grills were perfect for evenings in. I highly recommend this unit!

My husband and I went to Maui with our 18 year old son. We had an amazing vacation. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed. You can see the Westin luau from the balcony and wonderful sunsets. Hope to be able to stay here again. It was amazing!!

The accommodations were comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed like being at home. The only issue we had was with owners of another unit that were very rude and were very abusive & aggressive and foul mouthed to my daughter & her husband in front of their small children over parking that wasn’t even theirs. According to some of the staff we spoke with they are well known for this and I believe being forced out. Besides them we had a very good stay.

This was perfect for our group of 6. Immaculately maintained, kitchen had all we needed and then some, beautiful view from the lanai. Whole condo was even better than the pictures and location provided just short walk to Black Rock snorkeling and also shops and restaurants. Only thing wrong was our stay was just too short; we want to return!

First time staying at the Alii and unit 193 was perfect for our family. Great views with a superb location. Alii has an excellent pool and extremely convenient grilling set-up which we used often. The Alii turned out to be a special place with an amazing beach and our entire family had a great time.

This property checked all the boxes. Perfect size for us and our adult children. Very clean unit with everything we needed. We had a problem with the washing machine not draining and the owners had someone in to fix it the same day. Great location right on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this newly remodeled and spacious condo in Kaanapali Beach. The view was perfect for morning whale watching and the beach in front of the property could not have been better for sunning and enjoying the calm clear water. It was an easy walk to Whaler's Village and a short drive to Lahaina. Our hosts were very communicative and check-out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The location is prefect. You have all you need in the condo. You can walk either way down the beach walk for a cocktail and a snack at a variety of resorts. There are wonderful grill masters to grill your dinner for you. The bedding is very comfortable. You can't go wrong with this condo!

Amazing location, friendly property management and great indoor decorations. Only two things we noticed. First, the washing machine and drying machine are bit dirty to use right away. Second, the kitchen sink has pipe leaking issue, which has been leaking at least for half a year. We managed to fixed temporarily that but suggest you guys send people there to take a look.

I was hesitant booking a condo on VRBO but everything about this experience was great. The communication with the owners was so informative prior to our visit. I knew exactly what to do and what to expect. The condo was beautiful, clean, and well equipped. The view from the lanai was spectacular. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location and the unit itself. College age kids thought the area was fun. Close to a mini shopping area with restaurants and casual eateries. I enjoyed the long, paved beach walk. The beach walk was shaded in the morning which I liked. Sunsets were great. You get great views of the water from the unit and the amenities within the unit were great.

Beautiful newly remodeled condo in a fantastic location, with stunning views of the ocean, amazing sunsets and Molokai. Just steps away from the beach, shops (Whaler's Village) and numerous restaurants. The condo is spacious and comfortable with all the amenities of home. We enjoyed the complimentary grill master services who cooked up our steaks and seafood to perfection!
Katie was great to work with and her property met and exceeded all expectations. We loved the location and condo and Kaanapali Alii so much, would definitely book this again for our next Maui vacation.

The unit was everything and more than expected. The view from the lanai and bedrooms is spectacular just like you see in the photo. The Westin next door has a nightly luau show that you can watch from the lanai for free! The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. Lots of lounge chairs around the pool and not nearly as crowded as you see at the hotels nearby. Unfortunately there is a very real and serious problem with the beach erosion. During our stay there was no beach from the Westin on the north side all the way down to the Hyatt to the south. Several palm trees fell in the ocean during our stay and the beach walk was closed in front of the Alii and parts of the Marriott. I really hope there is a plan in place and it can be enacted asap.

This condo is in a fantastic location, literally steps away from many shops and restaurants and right on a beautiful stretch of beach with wonderful sunset views. The pictures definitely don’t do it justice. Our family of 5 (including 3 adult-ish) children found it very spacious and comfortable. It is true that the kitchen needs a non-stick frying pan. I’m sure that could be added. We spent more time on the beach than at the pool and never had trouble getting a chair. We loved the location so much, we would definitely come back.

If you are reading this review to decide whether to book this condo, just book it! The remodel is absolutely gorgeous, the 3 bed, 2 bath setup is perfect. The primary bedroom and bath setup is ideal with a door between the bedroom and bathroom so when one person wakes up at the crack of dawn it won’t wake the other. The view is spectacular overlooking Molokai and Black Rock. Overlooking the Westin Luau will save you hundreds of dollars since you get a free show. The Alii location is amazing with a 5 minute walk to some of the best restaurants on Kaanapali and a 10-15 min walk to Black Rock for great snorkeling and cliff jumping. The Alii amenities are great with towel service and beach chair service. We will definitely book this condo again next time we come to Maui. Can’t wait!!!

This rental exceeded our expectations. It fit 5 adults and 1 baby comfortably. The views were amazing. You have a pool for the young children to dip in and are steps away from the beach and some snorkeling by Black Rock. We saw turtles and plenty of fish. Snorkel tours leave right off the beach and the town is a 2 min drive away for some night life. All of my questions were answered promptly by Katie. My family is already planning on booking again.

Our 3rd visit to this amazing condo building, first time in unit 193. Extended family including grandparents and kids with lots to do for everything. The location is unbelievable with excellent beach, easy walk to shops and short drive for whale watching and other fun excursions. Also close access to bike rides on the North Shore which are amazing! The condo itself is spacious with lots of room and well equipped for extended stays. This particular unit is blessed with a nightly performance at the neighbouring luau, which was a lot of fun the first time but is a little bit noisy around dinner time. Thankfully the gorgeous views towards black rock during the rest of the day more than make up for it.

Beautiful condo! We could watch the Hulu show at the neighboring property from the lanai. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen could use a nonstick fry pan. The automatic blinds in the dining area and living room did not work and the screens in the patio doors were broken which wasn’t an issue for us, but should be repaired.

Loved everything about this condo! It is impeccably clean, well stocked, great location, and very comfortable. Our group of 5 adults had an amazing time!
The condo is bright and open with plenty of space for everyone. The beds and furniture are all very comfortable. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the lanai watching the birds flit about and the whales breach or listening to the music from the dinner luaus at the property next door. It was like being serenaded every night!
The location is fantastic. Whaler’s Village is an easy walk for morning coffee and iced tea at Island Vintage Coffee or picking up sunscreen at ABC. Whaler’s Village also has several nice
restaurants as well as a few casual but better than fast food options downstairs. There are also great stores for shopping and picking up souvenirs or sandals that don’t hurt your feet! Front Street in Old Lahaina is a quick and easy drive south as is the Napili farmer’s market, the Honoapiilani food trucks, the Fish Market Maui, and multiple grocery stores to the north. Pretty much everything you could possibly need is either within walking distance or an easy 10-15 minute drive.
The grounds, pool, and beach areas are clean and beautiful with lots of chairs available. It’s a great area for boogie boards, surfing, and snorkeling or launch points for whale watching excursions.
We absolutely loved staying here and will do it all again- hopefully soon! Aloha and so much mahalo!

We were pleasantly surprised to find everything accurate about this apartment . it is spacious , everything you need in the kitchen is available. Large balcony is high enough to observe whales and orcas jumping in the water easily We will definitely return to this place in the near future assuming that the price remains within reasonable range.

I can't say enough about this wonderful condo! Our family of 5 adults were so comfortable. The view from the spacious lanai was great. Location was perfect . . . right on Kaanapali beach, Whaler's Village a few minutes away for shopping and lots of restaurants, 10 minute drive to Front Street/downtown Lahaina. The bedroom set up was very comfortable with lots of options for sleeping (no need for an uncomfortable pull out couches here.) Kitchen was well stocked. I was happy to have the ability to wash clothes and towels with our own private washer/dryer. There were a few boogie boards, beach toys, and beach chairs in the condo, and the resort offers free beach chairs as well. We were able to rent a cabana and a few umbrellas one day as well; you do this the day before at the pool cabana and I would recommend getting there first thing in the morning to secure a spot for the next day. In the future, if we are able to return to Maui I would probably book the same condo . . . I didn't want to leave!!! Thank you to Katie and Brittney for a perfect stay.

The views were amazing and everything was just as described. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was so great to have things like beach toys, boogie boards and sand chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with all appliances you need. Only thing I would suggest would be to bring spices (no salt/pepper or anything) we loved the beach and the pool ares. The hot tubs were nice and hot! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a fantastic time our condo at the Alii was excellent. We have stayed here before but never in this unit. It was clean, updated with big screen TV's and a well stocked kitchen.
I would stay here again in a minute. It was busy in Kaanapali our week so we used the BBQ area and cooked in several times. The Alii makes everything very easy. The managers were very easy to work with and responsive to all our messages. Thank you !

We absolutely loved staying here! The view was second to none. How fabulous to begin and end each day seeing the beach, ocean and islands. The condo was extremely spacious for our family of 6. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was nicely appointed and THE BEST shower I have had in a long time (California has drought protection on shower heads to conserve water lol). The location was ideal so we could walk to Whalers Village and exercise along the beach pathway. We enjoyed the pool when the beach got too windy. Pool towel cards come with the place so you could trade in for fresh towels as needed. We would DEFINITELY stay here again and highly recommend it! Owners were very nice and responded quickly to inquiries.
