Kaanapali Shores 725 is a spacious 2B / 2B condo that sleeps up to 6 guests. It is fully equipped with everything you will need.to relax in comfort while gazing over the azure blue Pacific Ocean. With a fabulous view of the dramatic sea cliffs on the island of Molokai, you're sure to return time and time again.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Kaanapali Shores Resort is under spalling construction until around June 2024. We would like to advise you that there could be construction noise during your stay. We are not sure how much disruption will occur. You may experience construction noise, one day it can be loud and on other days it can be quiet.

Aston Kaanapali Shores is a 3-star, AAA-rated 10-acre oceanfront resort located on the famous North Kaanapali Beach. A large open-air lobby greets you when you arrive at the resort along with the smell of fresh flowers from the beautiful tropical grounds. BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. We really loved our location, not in the center of the Whalers Village action but easy access to get there quickly. Enjoyed the two pools and private beach area as well as the friendly staff.

Great location ocean front property Resort has so much potential Condo management was excellent very clear in directions how to enter condo and leave The condo was very nice only one suggestion that would make it even better get rid of the carpet and extend the flooring that the hall way has and it would become a Beautiful condo ,

Condo was just as pictured! Great location. It worked out great for a family of four. Close to the pools and beach access. Birds are a bit noisy, but not a nuisance. Only thing that was missing for us was a full length mirror. Beds were a bit soft for us, but that's a personal preference. Carpet was a little dingy, but I've seen much worse in rentals! We've stayed in many rentals. Every one has pros and cons. Cons were pretty minor here and it worked out well for our family (kids 10 and 5). We would stay again. *for those booking during the construction... It is very close, literally the building next door. It wasn't too noisy for us and we came back to the condo in the afternoons. Some days were louder than others, but not a deal breaker.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Kaanapali. The unit was very well located not only within resort but also in Maui. The view from the room was of the pools and lush landscaping to the ocean. At dusk, the birds fly down to the lush gardens from the rooftop which is quite a show. The unit itself was nicely laid out with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit. The beds were comfortable and the black out blinds let you wake up when you want rather than when the sun tells you to wake up. We were able to use 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs during our stay which were fantastic along with an ice chest. We also enjoyed the shuffle board and pickle ball courts for a late afternoon game. I would highly recommend this unit and resort for your next Maui stay.

The unit had a nice layout and nice view of the ocean. The property is a solid three star location and a great value for Maui. The resort attracts families with young kids and teenagers, and the staff and other guests were friendly. The resort and unit need an overall update and refresh. The resort common areas are very dated, and the work out room had several leaks with garage buckets catching the drips during our stay, which illustrates the property needs some maintenance. The unit does have some stained carpet, but the beds were comfortable. The host supplied plenty of supplies and all the appliances worked well. And we were able to enjoy a full day each day as the birds are so loud they wake you up at 6 am. :) The second bedroom is also on the hallway and is loud, so pack ear plugs. We did not mind - we treated it as if we were in NYC at Times Square - those hotels supply earplugs. We went to Walgreens and purchased some. Again, the price on the unit is a great value for Maui, so we adjusted and enjoyed our visit!

This condo matches all the photos and the view from the balcony was even more beautiful than the photos. The balcony had a gorgeous view of the gardens, the waterfall, the lit large pool AND the ocean. Truly a wonderful place to stay with all the amenities you would want.

This was our families 1st vacation to Maui. We were traveling with 2 teenage boys. The 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our needs. It was beautiful and the location to everything was perfect. You could see the ocean from the lanai. The in room washer and dryer were so convenient. I would definitely use this property again. Thanks for a great stay!

It was not clean and the online photos are not an accurate view of what the property actually is. We arrived to a text that the main bedroom shower was broken and would be repaired by the next day at 10:00 am. The following day the shower was not repaired by noon. Instead I was told the part was on order. The plumber left dirty foot prints in the bath tub. I contacted the rental company and finally received a notification that the shower would be repaired sometime that day. It was repaired that evening. More than 24 hours after our arrival. There is not a complete set of pots and pans. Some of the existing pots, pans and dishes were dirty. The cleaning staff does check everything. The top edge of the counters in the kitchen and bath hadn't been wiped off in a while. There is a picture nail hole in the wall in the main bathroom. There is paint missing around the mirror in the second bathroom. There is a broken door handle in the main bedroom closet. There are holes in the balcony chaise lounge. There is water damage around the tub/shower in the main bathroom. The place needs a lot of work. The baseboards are chipped. Paint does not cover everything. The towels and bedding were clean. I could not rent this place to a visitor if I owned it or managed it.

The property was amazing. 2 pools, and the ocean with views of Lahaina roads and Lanai from the Lanai. The kids liked the light up garden pool at night. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and pool toys with plenty of space. There were other amenities including pickle ball, tennis and shuffleboard. Great restaurants, food trucks, and a grocery across the street from the property.

Master shower does not turn on. Had to use other bathroom. Peeling paint, dirty carpeting, poor lighting. No place to store luggage prior to check-in. And, long line for coffee in the morning.

Everything was good except the master bathtub faucet didn’t turn on and off easily, needs repair and the carpets were a bit dirty. I loved the property and views!!!
