Cute and clean condo unit. The most comfortable king bed ever! The kitchen has every possible thing you might need for cooking and also had a supply of some cooking basics and a largeSpice rack. Easy walk to pool and patio area where tenants gather and enjoy the ocean front property. Very nice people!

We were at Kihei Sands for a month. My children and grandchildren joined me. As always we enjoyed walking and playing on the beach. B4 was very suitable for our family. I appreciated the solid wood coffee table and desks that were perfect and safe for children to use, plus lots of drawers for storage. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy and we made good use of the beach chairs. I enjoyed the afternoon shade on the Lanai and the great view. The location of Kihei Sands is the best. Right on the ocean, within walking distance of ABC, bake shop and farmer's market, and in a quieter area.

We had a wonderful week at Ellen’s condo. She was so welcoming and informative throughout our stay. Great location for beach walks and going to Sugar Beach Bake shop for Malasadas and the Kihei Farmers Market to get smoothies and fresh fruit. Whales were fun to watch from the lawn area. Be aware that Kihei Sands is in a low spot and flooded while we were there. If bad weather is forecast take it seriously. Ellen was incredibly helpful and swiftly dispatched her A-Team to clean up the water that seeped in. S. Kihei Road was closed due to mud and debris. A very rare occurrence. It just added to our Maui adventure! Would definitely come again but different time of year.

This is my absolute favorite place to stay on Maui. I would like to boast further, but I may not be able to secure a place to stay in the future ;)Spend a few days or more. If you're looking for the "big resort" experience, then you should absolutely do that. If you are looking for a quiet, warm, more intimate property this might be the place for you. We loved this condo. It has a premium view of the ocean and beach. We loved sitting on the deck in the mornings and evening, and the close access to the beach is amazing.The condo itself is fantastic. It had all the amenities (and more!) that we needed. Kitchen was terrific and all furniture was comfy and cozy. We also liked being in north Kihei. Very central to other areas on the island. We would come back to this condo in a heartbeat!

This 1 bedroom condo was actually steps away from the beach. Nice little patio to enjoy morning coffee with my sweetheart. The property was beautiful and welcoming. All outdoor shared space: patio, umbrellas, sun chairs, bbq, pool were perfect. Lots of friendly vibes. This unit had everything we needed. We loved our walks on the beach and close proximity to shopping, snorkeling and great restaurants. A hidden gem.

The condo was very clean and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The property is gorgeous and meticulously maintained with beautiful plants. There are plenty floaties and noodles for the pool, which the kids loved. The patio has plenty shade under the umbrellas and is where we spent every evening watching the sunsets - and saw plenty whales during the day. We're already planning our next trip!

Quiet newly-renovated condo just outside Kihei. Host Kelly was kind, generous and very well-organized. She reached out prior to our arrival offering complimentary early check-in and was quick to respond when I had a question. She even put together a welcome basket for us that included snacks and a onesie, as I had mentioned to her that we had an infant at home.The unit is clean, quiet and has all the amenities a couple would require for a short stay. Plenty of bath and beach towels and the kitchen was very well-equipped. A short walk through the outdoor “hallway” takes you past the other units to the beach. There is a patio area with tables, bbqs, lounge chairs, and a pool. They put coffee out each morning and there are beach toys and sunscreen for guests to use. The beach itself is quiet and absolutely beautiful, we went to beaches all over the island and there was no better place to swim than right in front of the condo. I would strongly recommend a car, as the downtown area is several minutes away by driving. However, a general store and outdoor market can be accessed by walking along the beach. There is notable road noise from this unit as it is just off a fairly busy road and right off the parking lot. This didn’t bother us as the beach itself was very quiet, and it was about the only downside of the location. Overall I would absolutely recommend this condo to any couple wanting to stay in a less busy area of Maui while being able to easily access a beautiful beach

Had a great stay. The unit was efficiently and pleasantly laid out. No real view but the patio that is shared was lovely and people really engaged and had fun with their new neighbors. There is beautiful tropical foliage and cute geckos along the walkway. Long nice beach, other than that drive to great activities like snorkelying, boating and upcountry. It was rather windy most days, with tradewinds off the harbor.

I stayed in unit B9 with a friend and to say we loved it would be an understatement. My friend was so impressed with the kitchen ( especially the knives?!?) and we both appreciated the view, the sound of the waves and great aircon. The location was quieter than Kihei but easily accessible to restaurants and stores. The parking spaces are super tight so we went with a small rental car and were glad we did. I hope I am blessed to come back one day.

This condo is in a wonderful location and is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Couple minor issues, couch in unit was broken and needs to be replaced. There was also an individual who seemed to be monitoring the coffee and recycling bins on the patio. We were unexpectedly lectured on not using these bins. Other than that our second stay there was perfect and look forward to coming back!

Our family has stayed there for 4 days, the rooms are clean the views are pretty, you could see a slice of beach and sea as photos given. It is walking to beach distance. There are some swimming boards for kids too. The washer and dryer is in a public area and the parking lot is tight for people from the south:-). Overall all these are manageable. We had a great time there.

Mere steps to a secluded sandy beach and ocean swimming, paddle boarding, snorkeling, etc. Close jaunt to/from the airport and local shopping and restaurants. Owners and guests mingle over coffee in the morning and in the swimming pool in the afternoon. Condo is fully furnished and on-site staff is always available!

Ellen was so great, answering all my questions. Her suite was outfitted with almost everything we needed. Comfy bed. Perfect kitchen. The location is one patio back from the pool which was perfect - close enough with still providing privacy- front suites have people in front of them often. Seating around the pool and in the common BBQ area always available. Beach was perfect. Very quiet. Perfect for a nice and relaxing, quiet vacation.
I had read reviews about the beach being windy but we didn’t find that at all.

This unit was fantastic. Like all the Kihei Sands units, it's super close to my favorite beach, and we could spend the day relaxing, on the beach, at the patio/pool, or in the condo. Just outside of Kihei, everything is nice and close. The unit was great, and had a very good view of the ocean. The unit was clean, modern, and very comfortable.

While the kitchen looked different than the photos (it and the bathrooms were very small), the pros FAR outweighed the cons. The location and views were amazing. Literally steps from the pool and beach (and laundry room). Uncrowded beach, great swimming, friendly staff, comfortable beds, small complex, free coffee every morning. We could go on and on! We had the best time, and will most definitely rent this condo again!
