Amazing stay at Kīhei Sands! Such a cute condo, convenient to everything, but still a laid back area. When we come back, we will definitely book here. Highly recommend and host was super communicative and responds pretty quickly. We really didn’t have to message them though while there because they had everything we needed in that condo. Great stay at Elen's place! Very clean and updated inside, a very nice property! Not a huge space but has everything you need for 2. Would definitely stay again if I had the opportunity! Host was very helpful with local information and was able to give us a late checkout since it wasn't booked immediately after our stay, which was so nice to be able to enjoy the beach and still shower and have a nice dinner before our redeye flight home! Location is central and great for convenient exploration of the island. Easy drives to Lahaina and Wailea and centrally located to get to and from the airport, groceries and tons of restaurant options locally in Kihei. Pool and patio are nice, and a great walking and swimming beach right off the patio. Tons to do in the area! Thanks for a great stay!

Loved the location. Condo was very nice. Pool area was nice, some construction was ongoing to repair flood damage, but pool was open. Nice lounge chairs with umbrella's. Great amenities, coffee by the pool in the morning, good beach chairs and can get additional from the office.

Our stay was amazing. The grounds are lovely We had 3 condos close by each other. We had space for family privacy,but close enough to fill like we were in one large house. We loved Kihei Sands. It is small enough that you don't fill overcrowded with other guests, but big enough that you have all of the amenities. They provided beach chairs, ice chest, umbrellas, and beach towels. We didn't have to buy or rent anything extra. The common space next to the ocean and beach access was lovely. Small pool if you are not an ocean person. Barbecue area, tables and chair and plenty of lounges. Although we didn't have much interaction with staff, they were friendly and there when we needed them. Very accommodating. The kitchens were well stocked. Our family would diffently come back for another stay.

Loved this property, it was exactly as described! I will definitely be back here and recommend it to others. Very clean, felt like home to me. Property was gorgeous and right on the beach. The balcony has a view of ocean and I saw other reviews complaining about the angle of the view, but the images posted for the property make it very clear that it is a side of building with a slim view. But it is still a view and you can eat out on patio. Or if you want full view, just walk a few steps to the property's shared patio, there are many tables. No complaints at all!!

The condo was exactly as advertised! Everything was clean and beautiful. Everything one could want was there in the condo (beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, full kitchen essentials). We enjoyed the area—the beach was basically empty but we were only a short drive to restaurants and shopping. The courtyard/hall was filled with beautiful flowers and plants. The patio/pool area was very comfortable. 100% recommend! I would definitely stay there again.

It was nice amd clean and you could walk right out to the beach. They was redping some construction from mud slide which was not their fault. It would had been little nicer without but guys doing constriction was trying be quiet, but took up some parking spaces, but again just temporaly amd was out their control. She had a lot things to offer that she thought of for her guest in the kitchen and other things for beach. We did not get use the things for beach their due to a lot of activities planned, but another time would be great!. Everyone staying there in eacb of the units was very nice as well. Thank You!

We had a great stay at Elen's beautiful Condo. The grounds were very well kept, right on the beach. We love this location because it's not too crowded, and walking distance to a cute little sandwich shop, the best shave ice shop, bakery and farmers market. The condo was conveniently stocked with everything we needed for our trip and very clean. We had great communication throughout the entire process. I also really appreciated the quiet and privacy you don't quite get at larger resorts.

What a perfect place to call home for 10 days. The condo was superbly appointed and the decor very cozy. Outside the beach was stunning and the location perfect for exploring north and south. We were lucky to have a mid size car, as parking was a bit tight. The office staff, Connie and Patrick were very formative and sunsets by the pool were exceptional. Thank you!

We rented a condo at Keihei Sands on recommendation froma college friend. We were not disappointed. The property is small and the people are friendly. Many guests are repeat visitors, some for many years. Our unit was comfortable but could use a little refresh. The location is great. Wonderful beach, nice pool and patio area. Patrick and Connie were great. Our last few days were during a big storm and they kept us informed and safe. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be helpful to draw out moisture.We would definitely recommend Kihei Sands.

Maui low came in nothing you can do about that but good thing you had the barrier to put up I feel staying here is like going to parents place you just though of everything nice units, nice setup, everything has been thought out. No complaints good luck with the restoration process. One funny thing is someone put food in our fridge from Blaines fridge we had a good lauch about that as I was eating his salami and cheese. Otherwise it did really suck not being able to visit beaches, attractions etc but that is out of your power. Again best of luck on the restoration process.

My family (spouse, 2 teenagers) had an amazing time at Kīhei Sands. It’s a really great spot. The condo (B10) was super clean and comfortable. The access to the ocean was just steps away. It’s a pretty chill section of the bay so the water is great for little kids as well. There’s also a swimming pool and a community area with chairs, tables, and a couple grills. It had a really relaxed vibe, just what we needed. This condo also had a nice view of the ocean from the dining room and lanai. We saw humpback whales on multiple occasions and it’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset. This was our second time at Kīhei Sands and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We loved the close proximity to the sandy beach. The beach in front of the condo was far less crowded than the public beach in town. Very relaxing. Easy to find parking. The condo was nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beach chairs and umbrella were also included.

We could not be happier with Kihei Sands Beachfront Condos (B5) Everything was so well laid out. They had everything you could want and need for your stay at the beach - from beach chairs and towels to a curling iron and hair dryer! The place was very clean and so comfortable. The beach is perfect, soft sand and no rocks/reef near swimming. We were in Maui at a very unfortunate time weather wise (rain and cold for almost our whole trip) we would have been devastated if we had been trapped in a hotel room. It was so great to have such a nice place, and at least we got to enjoy the beach/pool on the last couple days. Kihei is the best spot on the Island weather-wise. When everywhere else was still raining it was dry, and I guess that how it usually goes. It is also very central. We could easily drive up Lahaina or down to Wailea or across to Pa'ia. We can't wait to come again!

A solid four stars. The host could not have been more accommodating or prompt with her replies to my questions, a pleasure to work with and gave us a late check out, which was much appreciated. Wonderful to work with in every way! The condo was nice but had a weird smell. It did air out eventually. The couch was pretty nasty and needs to be replaced, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had some condiments and basic supplies including a bottle of wine! The grounds were kept in excellent shape. Super easy access to a really nice beach that was excellent for walking and watching the sunset. Not too crowded either.

Loved how quiet and not crowded the beach is in front of the property. The community patio and pool was very nice. Was a bit surprised by how close the property is to a very busy road, but we did have the very last unit closest to the parking lot. Only complaint with the condo was that the king size bed on the first floor made noise any time you moved. Doesn't make the noise when you sit on the edge. But when you lay down and roll over, or your partner does, everyone knows it.

We’ve stayed at Keihi Sands before but this time went with a different unit. Our host was exceptional! We arrived on Maui Christmas Day and our host was so generous. She picked up groceries for us and stocked up our condo before we arrived since all of the grocery store would closed for Christmas! We thought that was pretty top-notch service! The condo was lovely and we really got some quality relaxation in over the holiday! Thank you again. We will definitely be back.

Condo is as described and photographed, directly over the pool and with great views of the ocean and beach. The area is a bit of a drive from restaurants and shops, but centrally located for access to all parts of the island. The kitchen is well-stocked and they provide adequate accessories for a beach day, including umbrella, chairs, cooler, towels, etc. The upstairs bedroom is NOT private as it is open to the living room and kitchen areas below, so might not be suitable for all guests.

Great location. Quaint little unit, loved the lanai and quick access to the beach and pool. The complex is quiet with small family units or other couples. We walked forever along the beach each morning… to Malaga, saw turtles really close to shore.
