What a perfect place to call home for 10 days. The condo was superbly appointed and the decor very cozy. Outside the beach was stunning and the location perfect for exploring north and south. We were lucky to have a mid size car, as parking was a bit tight. The office staff, Connie and Patrick were very formative and sunsets by the pool were exceptional. Thank you!

We rented a condo at Keihei Sands on recommendation froma college friend. We were not disappointed. The property is small and the people are friendly. Many guests are repeat visitors, some for many years. Our unit was comfortable but could use a little refresh. The location is great. Wonderful beach, nice pool and patio area. Patrick and Connie were great. Our last few days were during a big storm and they kept us informed and safe. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be helpful to draw out moisture.We would definitely recommend Kihei Sands.

Maui low came in nothing you can do about that but good thing you had the barrier to put up I feel staying here is like going to parents place you just though of everything nice units, nice setup, everything has been thought out. No complaints good luck with the restoration process. One funny thing is someone put food in our fridge from Blaines fridge we had a good lauch about that as I was eating his salami and cheese. Otherwise it did really suck not being able to visit beaches, attractions etc but that is out of your power. Again best of luck on the restoration process.

My family (spouse, 2 teenagers) had an amazing time at Kīhei Sands. It’s a really great spot. The condo (B10) was super clean and comfortable. The access to the ocean was just steps away. It’s a pretty chill section of the bay so the water is great for little kids as well. There’s also a swimming pool and a community area with chairs, tables, and a couple grills. It had a really relaxed vibe, just what we needed. This condo also had a nice view of the ocean from the dining room and lanai. We saw humpback whales on multiple occasions and it’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset. This was our second time at Kīhei Sands and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We loved the close proximity to the sandy beach. The beach in front of the condo was far less crowded than the public beach in town. Very relaxing. Easy to find parking. The condo was nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beach chairs and umbrella were also included.

We could not be happier with Kihei Sands Beachfront Condos (B5) Everything was so well laid out. They had everything you could want and need for your stay at the beach - from beach chairs and towels to a curling iron and hair dryer! The place was very clean and so comfortable. The beach is perfect, soft sand and no rocks/reef near swimming. We were in Maui at a very unfortunate time weather wise (rain and cold for almost our whole trip) we would have been devastated if we had been trapped in a hotel room. It was so great to have such a nice place, and at least we got to enjoy the beach/pool on the last couple days. Kihei is the best spot on the Island weather-wise. When everywhere else was still raining it was dry, and I guess that how it usually goes. It is also very central. We could easily drive up Lahaina or down to Wailea or across to Pa'ia. We can't wait to come again!

A solid four stars. The host could not have been more accommodating or prompt with her replies to my questions, a pleasure to work with and gave us a late check out, which was much appreciated. Wonderful to work with in every way! The condo was nice but had a weird smell. It did air out eventually. The couch was pretty nasty and needs to be replaced, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had some condiments and basic supplies including a bottle of wine! The grounds were kept in excellent shape. Super easy access to a really nice beach that was excellent for walking and watching the sunset. Not too crowded either.

Loved how quiet and not crowded the beach is in front of the property. The community patio and pool was very nice. Was a bit surprised by how close the property is to a very busy road, but we did have the very last unit closest to the parking lot. Only complaint with the condo was that the king size bed on the first floor made noise any time you moved. Doesn't make the noise when you sit on the edge. But when you lay down and roll over, or your partner does, everyone knows it.

She picked up groceries for us and stocked up our condo before we arrived since all of the grocery store would closed for Christmas! We thought that was pretty top-notch service! The condo was lovely and we really got some quality relaxation in over the holiday! Thank you again. We will definitely be back.

Condo is as described and photographed, directly over the pool and with great views of the ocean and beach. The area is a bit of a drive from restaurants and shops, but centrally located for access to all parts of the island. The kitchen is well-stocked and they provide adequate accessories for a beach day, including umbrella, chairs, cooler, towels, etc. The upstairs bedroom is NOT private as it is open to the living room and kitchen areas below, so might not be suitable for all guests.

We just loved this condo. It was very comfortable and had all the things that we needed for our stay. The staff are amazing. The condo is just how it looks on the website. Very clean. We would definitely recommend this condo to everyone. The only thing we felt it needed, and it's really minor, and that is a cheap stick style vacuum cleaner. Although, there were Swiffer mops, a vacuum cleaner would have been helpful. Also, there were people there smoking on the patio area, we felt it would be helpful to put up no smoking signs just so people would be aware. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay. We will certainly come back to this one.
