This is our third trip to Maui this year! We stay at Kihei Sands Unit A3. When you open the front door your jaw drops. It is a beautiful, clean, classy 1 bedroom 1 bath family room dinning room and kitchen with a beautiful lanai. The bed is extremely comfortable and the condo is furnished with everything you need. Even a hair dryer!!! Your condo front door is less than 200 feet from the 8 mile long Sugar Beach. Sunsets at night are breathtaking. You are close to all beaches, cafes, fine dining, shops, downtown Kihei and the best Shave Ice!! The manager Connie on the property is so kind and helpful. The grounds are always clean and meticulously maintained. Parking is easy as they have a lot big enough fur all guests! I highly recommend staying in Unit A3, it is my home away from home. Mahalo to the owners for sharing with all of us.

This cozy little unit had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and close to everything. It's in the perfect location. It also sits on the most beautiful beach. It feels more secluded since it's a smaller condo complex. Much more enjoyable than a huge resort. We loved grilling on the community patio. The grills were always clean and ready to go. I 100% recommend a stay at this beautiful condo. Oh and the plants all around the grounds are stunning. You will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo was clean, convenient, and cozy. It’s situated on the most beautiful beach. At times it was like having our own private beach. Didn’t have to fight the crowds. Loved that we could walk a few places. When we did drive, I felt the condo was in a convenient location. We were content most of time time to just sit at the pool and play on the beach. Connie, the property manager, went above and beyond for us. She is such an asset for Kihei Sands. We would definitely stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation at Kihei Sands! The property is beautifully maintained and right on the beach which was amazing. We spent a huge amount of time at the patio area and ate most of our meals out there. We plan to go back again in the future and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

A3 was the perfect place for our destination elopement. The condo was so cozy and Kihei is a quiet place with a ton to do with just a short drive. Sugar Beach gave us a special, non crowded area to go when we had some down time and the people that hang on the patio were all so incredibly friendly. The condo itself stayed so cool we barely needed the air on and it was nice to have the ocean breeze coming through the patio door. Next time we go to Maui we will definitely be staying in the same spot!

We stayed in the Kihei Sands Beachfront Condos for our honeymoon. This was actually our second stay here after a family trip in 2018. When it came to picking a place for our honeymoon we knew we wanted to return. These condos are just a lovely hidden gem. They’re stocked with everything you need to have a beautiful vacation. Furthermore, their location right on sugar beach is perfect. We spent some incredible days reading in the gorgeous lounge chairs, BBQing dinner, and snorkelling with turtles in the great reef right off the condo! We hope to be back soon!

Kihei Sands was located in a great spot that was 5 or 10 minutes from everything you may need. The property was quaint and tidy with just a few steps putting you on the beach. Overall the property is in a great location with great beach access. We stayed on two different Condos during our stay and found some differences in amenities such as the first Condo had a hard stiff bed, the second was more congenial to people with back problems. The first Condo had slightly dirty floors, the second was immaculate. Connie and Lisa were outstanding and very responsive even late at night...:)

We stayed in the A3 condo for a week with our 7 year old daughter and it was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean and very well stocked. We cooked most of the week and saved a bunch of money not going out. The pool looked beautiful but we did not use it because the beach is so amazing! We walked down several times a day to enjoy the amazing weather and gentle waves. The staff was great and very responsive, even sending a forgotten item to us after we left. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone and will certainly return!
