Our family came for a family wedding. The property had everything we could think of all the way down to dryer sheets and laundry soap. All the amenities were perfect. The location to the beach, which we were right on, was perfect. The location to all the different parts of the island for comparitive drive times, perfect. For us, it was a beautiful place to be.

Have always stayed in Kaanapali - but things had to be a little different this year. This place in Kihei was very nice - beautiful view of the ocean from the patio. Pictures make the unit look a little larger than it actually is - but overall a great new place to stay😊

AMAZING PROPERTY! Perfect place for a small group. It was just my Wife and I, but could have comfortably had room for 4 to 6 people. Check in and out was so easy. And literally, steps from a phenomenal beach. Our stay was for 6 Days. Couldn't have asked for more. Would stay again and again...

From start to finish, this was a remarkable stay.
The space was beach and comfy and focus on the guest’s experience. Every detail felt like Amanda (Beau) prepared the space for her friends/family.
There were boogie boards and snorkel gear for our older kids. There was a cooler (& ice pack in the freezer), beach chairs.
In the kitchen, the pans were in excellent condition, the silverware was sturdy, the knives were sharp, and there’s ice in the freezer.
Communication was outstanding.

Family feel condo complex. Nice shared area by the ocean. Met some lovely people. The condo description was accurate… very clean and updated. Amanda was great to work with! We would come back. Gained pounds at the incredible local bake shop just minutes away.

Checking in was a breeze. The home is well equipped and furnished. Plenty of fresh towels provided. Great Quality type cooking spices available… lacking simple condiments like ketchup. The vent hood area under the microwave can use some good scrubbing.
View is not bad, you can hear the ocean at night. Wish the view of the ocean was a lot more visible than what the picture shows.
The beds are comfy; rooms are spacious with plenty of closet space.
The condo has a larger group of retiree. So it is quiet 90% of time and relaxing - if that is what your group prefers. 5 minutes Beach Walking distance to the best Hawaiian ice and pies in Maui. Location is great!!
Check out: after completing the entire to do list- we feel that the cleaning fees should be lessen or maybe charge only half of the listed price.
By the way; we had a 4 persons sedan and parking is super tight. Backing your car into parking space is best.

We had an amazing vacation. The condo was so clean and beautiful. The best we ever rented. Comfy bed, well equipped. I love that it's right on a beautiful beach and the water is so calm. Pool and ground very clean and well maintained. Closed to shopping centers yet tucked away in a quiet spot. Will definitely come back!!

This place is such a gem! The place is literally steps away from the beach and chairs/boogie boards are provided. It can certainly be a place for you and special someone or more of a family-oriented style. The place was overall great! All 3 tvs are smart tvs with all the streaming apps you usually watch. Check-in was a breeze! Lastly, Amanda has been super helpful and available for the whole process. Thank you for the amazing place and memories! I would definitely come back again.

The location is nice, centrally located. The property was very well decorated and remodeled. The few challenges we had were parking is tight, the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors opening and closing their doors. It seemed like there would be a better view by the listing pics from this unit but there was only a view from the balcony. It was a nice view tho...The facility was well-appointed, lots of extras...chairs, coolers, boogie boards etc... and again this remodeled unit was very pretty but the shared space was a bit small for four adults. However My daughter and her fiance stayed upstairs in the loft, and we stayed downstairs and the bedrooms were very well appointed, with super comfortable beds, but if you're like me and you need extra pillows you can stop at the Walmart by the airport and grab a couple.. The showers are beautiful, and again the upgrades and remodel were nice.. The owner was wonderful, the on site property manager was nice and the place was very well decorated.

My friend and I were seeking a low-key beachfront condo in a relatively central location to access Maui by car. We struck gold with Amanda's place!
One of the most well furnished & appointed places for the price point when looking online, we were even more impressed upon arrival. It's extremely efficient in terms of spacial use, without forgoing anything you need.
Supremely thoughtful and organized kitchen (special thanks to the cleaners/caretakers for keeping it so!) with everything required to blend, cook, eat. Two communal BBQs by the pool to boot. Indoor dining with china/glassware or outdoor with the hardy plasticware, they've clearly lived there and thought it through! Including beach towels, chairs, cooler, bags, etc
The quaint property is under 30 units, with a small pool and plenty of loungers and umbrella tables
Sugar Beach is a sandy, swimmable haven out front, with relatively few people and fairly calm waters. At low tide we were doing 5mi round trip beach runs up to Ma'alaea near the aquarium.
Amanda was a pleasure to communicate with, and we hope to return!

Smaller complex but that came with the benefits of not seeing a ton of people! Clean property, well appointed and no frills. Small pool for littles if you have them; big commercial grills for the daily catch if you’re a fisher person; and just steps from Sugar Beach sunsets! Didn’t matter that our unit was back in the complex - we could still see and hear the ocean…. Mahalo Amanda!

We enjoyed everything about our trip. This condo was perfect for the 4 of us and we loved being right on the beach. The beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards were awesome and used every day! If you're looking to surf, this beach was a little flat but located close to other great beaches. Parking was a bit of a challenge late at night but we were grateful for having rented a small car. Would definitely stay here again!

The BEST beach, all sand, no rocks, no debris, compared to Kaanapali, Lahaina, and South Kihei. B3 is an awesome unit with enough provided to fulfill any vacationers' needs, plus a few extras. Parking was tight, small vehicles are ideal. The complex offered free coffee and tea beachside each morning. We will be coming back again and again.

We felt right at home during our stay in the condo AND loved walking out to the beach for sunrises, sunsets and just plain sun! Great location…short drive north to the airport and Paia, west to Lahaina and south to Wailea-Makena. The do-it-all Safeway (groceries/beer/wine/liquor) is just down the street. Great restaurants nearby as well! Thank you Amanda for sharing your condo with us!!

We rented 2 condos for our daughter's wedding and this one was by far the better prepared and stocked for guests. Also, the property owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We really felt at home.

I wish there was a way to give this place 6 stars. My wife and I love Maui and this trip, we came for our 10 year anniversary. The pictures don't do this property justice. Not only are you steps away from the beach, but the view from the lanai is also even more incredible than the picture on the webpage. When I say steps away from the beach, the best way I can describe it is this, you can make it to the beach faster than you can get to your car in the parking lot. The host is amazing. From initial communication prior to booking, before and during the trip, she was so helpful, so informative and so personable. She gave us an extensive list of places to check out, restaurants, and activities in nearby Kihei. The unit had everything needed in the kitchen, a very cold fridge, TVs everywhere, comfortable beds, zen bathrooms, and VERY COLD AC. For the beach, boogie boards, beach chairs, and cooler packs for your cooler. My wife and I had the best time we ever had in Hawaii and staying at this property was the icing on the cake. We would definitely return again and are so grateful to stay. Mahalo

Mere steps from the beach, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, this condo was perfect for our first Maui vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, tools, and appliances. Conveniently located for food and entertainment yet quiet and peaceful. Amanda was always quick to answer questions and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Everything was great; clean, beds very comfortable, great location. Being able to walk to the beach in a minute, pool was small but clean and so nice. Free coffee on the patio every morning while you watch the waves! Had a bit of trouble with the TV and WIFI but two really nice people came over quickly and it was fixed. Our college student really needed it! Would definitely rent this place again.

This was such a wonderful location for our family - - attending a wedding only 2 buildings over. The pool was refreshing, the beach was good for boogie boarding, and the condo decor was beautiful. It was nice having a full kitchen and fridge / freezer with ice, beach towels and a cooler to use, and the little deck was awesome being able to see the water. The property manager was amazing...she gave us helpful tips and communicated well with us when we had questions. Thanks so much!!
