Welcome to Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo A11 in sunny South Maui! Condo A11 has a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops. As of May 2022, this condo boasts all new cabinets and new living room, dining room and bedroom furniture, as well as new window coverings. A new Mitsubishi A/C in the main living area keeps the entire condo cool for your comfort, and ceiling fans provide air movement as well. This condo is priced for 2 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 2, up to 4 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child.

Kihei Sands Condominium sits directly on one of Maui’s best beaches, Sugar Beach. From our oceanfront pool and barbecue patio area you can practically touch the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated, and stretching for miles in either direction. How far is it to the beach? Literally around 6 feet! Our Patio and lawn areas are idyllic. Enjoy each morning with fresh brewed coffee and each evening watching a spectacular Sunset while you grill dinner and sip a beverage.

Kihei Sands is a special place full of the Aloha spirit. Our intimate layout provides the perfect location for reunions, group getaways, honeymooners, seniors, families, couples and friends. With 22 units to choose from it’s easy to find the perfect fit for everyone in your group, from number of bedrooms (1, 2 & 3) to bed configurations.

Kihei Sands offers a wonderful alternative to crowded resorts with the intimate nature of our complex offering only 29 units. To promote the health and safety of our guests and staff we have put into practice an enhanced protocol for vacation rental cleanliness: Kihei Sands Superior Clean. Our new cleaning program meets or exceeds CDC recommendations and aligns with guidance from hospitality industry experts. Our goal is to provide even more support and protection than ever before to everyone in the Kihei Sands community.

A short walk down the beach you’ll find several eateries and shops, including a Fresh Produce Market, ABC Store, Bakery, Shave Ice, and a small diner. There are numerous dining and shopping options within a couple miles of Kihei Sands. Our central location makes it easy to access all that Maui has to offer.

We would never stay anywhere other than Kihei Sands because the facilities are well maintained the service superb and it just feels like your home in the tropics. Kihei Sands is a great value in many respects. It is closer to the airport, shopping and dining that the Kaanapali Resort area. The vibe is so much more relaxed in the Kihei area.

My husband and I loved our stay at Kihei Sands. This was our first visit to Maui and we were very happy with the decision to stay in Kihei rather than the resorts of West Maui. We were centrally located to all of the things we wanted to do. Great restraunts and shopping near by. The condo itself was clean and comfortable plenty of room for the 2 us about 50 steps to the sand! The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor grilling space was great place to cook out and socialize with other guests. The only thing we missed was a hot tub and in-room laundry. The coin operated laundry was a little expensive and the hours of operation were not convenient for our schedule, with that being we would absolutely stay here again. Overall it's a great place with a quaint relaxed vibe which we like over a big busy resort.

During the storm, he made sure that all guests were OK, and he stayed through the entire night to help those (like me) whose units flooded during the storm. He deserves a huge amount of praise!

This trip was a bucket list trip for me. Kihei Sands provided a great place to stay. The place was clean, the staff was helpful and it was great that we could just take a few steps and be on the beach.
