Just a 1/4 mile up the road from the world renowned Kahekili Beach Park (aka Airport Beach) in Kaanapali, this condo has an upstairs AND a downstairs lanai with unobstructed views from Lanai to Molokai. Located on the front row in highly desirable Kaanapali Plantation, the condo backs up to the 13th Tee of the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course. Air Conditioning upstairs and downstairs installed in 2019. Full access to pool, tennis, shuffleboard and clubhouse in the complex. Electric grill on lanai.

The downstairs open floor plan includes an upgraded kitchen, gorgeous Koa wood dining table with ample seating plus bar stools at kitchen bar, 50" flat screen smart TV and a half bath with full sized washer and dryer. Upstairs the primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, 40" smart TV, large ensuite bath and large private lanai. The guest bedroom offers a view of the West Maui Mountains and has a queen bed, 30" TV with Roku and a queen sleeper sofa. The sofa portion of the room can be separated with a room divider offering a 3rd sleeping space if needed.

With only 3 other units sharing the same parking lot, and in the very front row of the Kaanapali Plantation complex, this condo offers the max in privacy and convenience. Guests have access to the pool, tennis courts and shuffleboard.

Maximum of 4 adults plus 2 children, with some exceptions considered for families with young adult children. The condo is the most comfortable accommodating 4 guests. The condo is not considered childproof for young children. We give discounts for extended stays (28 days+) as well as a Kamaaina rate for Hawaiian residents.

We have been flexible with Covid-19 issues and will work with guests if they need to re-book or cancel.
