The views from the Lanai are simply stunning. The house was super clean, well equipped with basically everything you can think of from beach stuff, kitchen utilities and even kids games. The whole family just loved it.Host is super friendly and communicative. Only bad part is that we had to leave :(Highly recommended !

(1 out of 5 Stars)Disgusting Conditions, Shady Management & Roaches EverywhereDo not book this property. We paid a premium price expecting a clean, relaxing Maui condo, and instead, we spent our entire vacation week dealing with a severe cockroach infestation. We found cockroaches crawling all over the kitchen counters, in the bathrooms, in the upper room, and literally in our bedsheets. I have video evidence daily.When we contacted management, the response was completely unacceptable. They tried to completely normalize it, claiming it was "buggy this year" due to rain, and thought that just dropping off a can of bug spray on the counter and leaving a few cheap traps was an acceptable solution for a widespread infestation. Whatever bare minimum effort they made did absolutely nothing.To make matters worse, they flat-out refused to offer a discount or any form of reasonable compensation for forcing us to live in completely unsanitary conditions. Incredibly, they even tried to claim that having insects in the property was covered under the VRBO rental agreement, a completely fabricated clause that does not exist anywhere in the official terms for this property.They seem to think paying top dollar to share your bed and food with roaches is just "normal" and will invent fake policy rules to avoid taking financial responsibility. Save your money and peace of mind, book somewhere else where management actually operates with basic honesty, hygiene, and customer service.

This property’s view and location was amazing. Unfortunately the unit was so outdated… it felt dirty to me. There were lots of knats flying around in the upstairs bedroom and mold in the downstairs bathroom ceiling that was covered up with paint. The owners never communicated the fact that the unit did not have a washer and dryer - which would have been a deal breaker for our family. I don’t think the price is justified. We will not be returning.

Great spot for sure. Can walk to ABC store for the basics and right beside it you can get breakfast with great coffee. Also a little sandwich restaurant within a short walk down the beach.Lots of parking and about 15 - 20 minute drive to lots of shops, restaurants and some great food trucks

This place is all about the view! It’s amazing! The inside is not only not updated, but hasn’t been touched in probably decades. The appearance is so old it does feel dirty. The mattress was also so hard we had to buy a foam topper. We also never received check in info, so when we arrived at 11pm, we had to call VRBO to help us connect with the host since they weren’t answering their phone. That was frustrating as we were very tired. Some attention is needed to this place.

Communication was clear and timely from the beginning, and they were consistently responsive whenever we had questions. During a period of heavy rain, they proactively addressed weather concerns by installing a flood gate, which gave us added peace of mind. They also resolved a minor appliance issue in the unit quickly and efficiently. It was clear they take guest comfort seriously.The location is a major highlight. The property is within easy walking distance of the beach, which made morning and evening walks effortless. There are also a few small shops nearby that were convenient for quick stops. When we needed additional dining or grocery options, the drive into town was less than 10 minutes, making everything easily accessible without feeling crowded or overly busy.The overall facilities were well maintained. The grounds were nicely kept and pleasant to walk through, and the pools were clean and enjoyable. Everything felt orderly and cared for.The unit itself was in good condition. While there is some normal wear on a few pieces of furniture, nothing felt excessive or detracted from the experience. Recommend by a friend to visits annually. Super quiet and calm getaway with backyard-like access to pool and beautiful beach. Very clean and welcoming! Farmers market, bakery, ABC store, and Ululani’s shave ice. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates, silverware, Utensils, coffee maker, etc. toiletries and towels and blankets supplied. Easiest vacation I’ve taken! Malea (property manager) is prompt with replies and very helpful. Easy free parking, too. What a great break from resort living. Book directly through the site to save money other third party booking sites. Easy access to adventures and hikes and other activities. Can’t rave enough about these units!

We've stayed here a few times before and love the quiet atmosphere and location. Everything was close to perfect and we knew what to expect. There are only a few minor areas we would hope improve before our next visit. 1) How about soft plush Down pillows? We were reminded how flat those that were provided were... on a previous stay. 2) Fix the tv downstairs or simplify the double remote system. Not a huge problem cuz that's not why we are in Maui but still, for the price we are paying, yes, we expect the tv to function. The one upstairs works just fine. Overall, We'll probably return but it would be nice if the prices would drop for repeat visitors.

The unit was neat, clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained, and provided a relaxing and quiet environment for our family to reconnect. We thoroughly enjoyed walking along the beach each morning, which was right outside our door. Malea promptly responded to all our questions, and we noticed that the grounds outside the units – the shuffleboard courts, pool area, sidewalks, grills, etc. - were sprayed down and cleaned every day. The unit provided plenty of amenities we weren’t expecting, including a generous supply of extra bath and beach towels, sheets, and blankets, and enough dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, etc. to last past the duration of our stay; the cabinets were stocked with plenty of pots, pans, cups, cooking equipment, a cooler, etc.; and the beds were comfy. We would definitely stay here again!

The show stopper feature of this property is the view! The beach was also amazing. Quiet and prefect for a long walk. The water was generally very nice and calm to swim in too. The grounds of the property were immaculate! The condo itself was not new and overly updated but very clean and well maintained and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the a/c worked! It is the third time we rent the same condo, which is probably the best review in itself. We live in California, we have been to Hawai'i many times, and we have stayed at very nice resorts but this place is hard to beat. The beach is ten steps away and this small private complex with its large balconies and patios all facing the water does not have large pool areas or roads to cross to get to the ocean. You can have dinner on the balcony and enjoy the spectacular sunsets if you don't feel like going to a restaurants, there is enough space. The manager is very responsive and helpful, and the townhouse itself is very nice.

The unit was amazing! It was clean, up-to-date, and felt like home. We didn’t use the air conditioner that much, but when we needed it, we were so glad this unit had it! The view was magnificent and the walk to the beach was maybe a minute long. The walk to the farmers market (wonderful papaya!), ABC Store, bakery, and shaved ice was less than 5 minutes by road and about 8 minutes via the beach. We loved every minute of our stay and will be back!

This condo is more spacious than the pictures show. You can see and hear the ocean from the living room and patio, the furniture is comfortable, the bedrooms have closets and dressers for your belongings. we loved our stay here, the beach was just steps from the patio as was the pool. Parking is easy and it is very easy to get around Maui from here. The town have a lot of restaurants and grocery stores.
