The condo was exactly as listed! Communication with David was excellent. The parking garage is tight, we rented a Jeep Wrangler and was fine to get in and out. The building itself was quiet. Never heard neighbors or movement in the building. Just peaceful and relaxing. By far the nicest stretch of beach we’ve stayed on. It does get a little rocky as you walk out into the ocean. So either wear water shoes or watch where you’re walking. The water is generally clear enough to see to the bottom. Chairs and towels and a cooler were right there waiting for us. So convenient. Nice full kitchen and stocked with pans and dishes so we ate in usually for breakfast and lunch. The refrigerator makes ice and has filtered water. So nice to not have to buy water bottles. Stunning views. AC and fans were perfect and it did not take long to cool off at all. Totally clean, had no issues. Also, there was a good amount of things like toilet paper and garbage bags. We bought them at Safeway because most places leave you one or two. This was nicely stocked and so we left our full unopened things there. Now let me tell you- the bed is AMAZING. Whether you’ve traveled 20 hours to get here, hiked the Pipiwai Trail, or spent a day on the beach, this bed is gonna make your day! We’ve stayed plenty of places where the bed was less than ideal. But this mattress will get you a good night sleep for sure! Overall it was a nice, quiet, clean and safe location. Will definitely be back to stay again.

Loved staying here! Right on the beach, perfect location. The condo had everything we needed and more! Including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear and more! Tim was kind and accommodating, even allowing us to add an extra night last minute. The place was clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent view from top floor compact condo that has clothes washer-dryer, very comfortable bed, small kitchen, and new appliances. Relatively secluded and well-maintained quiet grounds. Enjoyed the use of good quality lounge chairs for laying out in sun next to beach. Lovely sandy beach good for swimming but not much to see snorkeling. Spectacular sunsets from lanai, morning coffee and meals on lanai also wonderful.

Our condo was just perfect! The views from the lanai were spectacular and afforded plenty of privacy. The place was clean and well equipped including beach chairs and coolers. The bed was super comfy. Although it was quite windy during the afternoons our lanai was protected from the wind. You really can’t beat this location if you’re looking for a private get away. The location is north of the busy area of Kihei but an easy drive to the action if you’re looking for it. You’re right on the beach with a pool and bbq area. You really cannot beat the view!!! We will be back!

This place was just lovely! My husband and I spent 9 days here and it was perfect for the two of us. It is a quiet area, which we really appreciated, but centrally located to get anywhere on the island easily. The condo was clean, bed was very comfortable, unit is very quiet (top floor is a plus), stocked with anll the necessary kitchen items and we really appreciated the sweet welcome basket. The view is amazing and we enjoyed a lot of time out on the lanai. A farmers market, shave ice stand and bakery are a quick walk down the beach and we frequented them throughout the week. We would definitely stay here again - recommend the location. (Prompt and thorough communication from owners as well)

This property was amazing. The pictures of the place and the view from the lanai are spot on. The parking is right out front by the elevator so easy access. We loved sitting on the lanai and having breakfast and just relaxing in the afternoons. A few of our favorite things was walking on the beach every day, watching the beautiful sunsets and listening to the waves at night. We will definitely come back.

This unit is very cozy. It is very clean & matches the photos listed. The balcony is on the north side of the building and has a great view of the ocean. You are also looking at grass & trees and not another building. Location is very convenient if you are exploring other parts of the island as it is centrally located. Also just a short drive to many restaurants in the Kihei area. Host is very easy to contact.

We had a great stay, very relaxing location at the end of the condo row! Sugar Beach is amazing, clean and never full of people. There are fantastic canoe rentals next door that provide you with a great history of the island. Downtown restaurants are a 10min drive which isn’t too bad. The condo is not the newest and could stand for some internal upgrades but it worked for us and appeared clean. I would stay here again w/o question.

We are kayakers and enjoyed trying an authentic Maui activity where we learned, not only to paddle, but some chants and local history. An unexpected highlight of our visit to Maui!

The views were excellent! The Tupperware, the dishes, and washer/ dryer in the apartment were great! Everything else, not so much. The walls, window rails, fans, shower, the couches, were all dirty and dingy. In need of some love and deep cleaning. The ice dispenser in the fridge is all moldy, we realized because black flakes were falling from there. Thankful we had a roof over our head and somewhere to sleep and go to the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend this condo.

If you need a centrally located place to stay on Maui without paying resort prices, this is a great option. After a few nights in Wailea, my wife and I stayed here for two nights so that we were near the harbor that our Molokini Crater boat tour departed from (7min away) and so we had quicker access to the west side of the island. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and had great views. It even had with several little things that were a big help mid-trip: beach chairs, laundry pods, and kitchen utensils/plates/cups.The host Lydia was very communicative from booking to check out, providing extensive directions and quick responses that made the stay seamless. We have stayed in this building multiple times, and will continue to do so. The grounds are extremely well kept, and you are RIGHT on the water. The central location places you on the far north edge of Kihei, a short 10-15 minute drive from Kahului or Wailea, and about 30 minutes to Lahaina. This unit in particular was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. For only being on the 2nd floor, it has a better than average view of the water - IMO even better than some of the 6th floor units. The parking spot is situated right next to the lanai allowing you to easily see your vehicle, even from inside. The property manager is responsive and pleasant to deal with. I will mention that other units we've stayed in have had a small stock pile of shampoos, conditioners, sunscreens, etc. This one does not, so you will need to pack, or purchase those items once you arrive. From my perspective, there are only two real drawbacks to this building - the pond smell and the traffic noise. If you can live with that, they are a great choice at a reasonable cost.

Great location in a quiet complex. Pictures of the property were exactly as taken. Beach is quiet, clean and it's cool to see the outrigger society go out on the boats in the morning and evening. Can walk a long ways down the beach in both directions. Air conditioning in bedroom and living room. Descent sized pool. Nice welcome gift of coffee and nuts. Only thing that could be improved was the street/cars noise although to put can drown it out with the air or a white noise machine. Highly recommend!
