This is our first time in N. Kihei. We typically stay in S. Kihei across from Kamaole II. Sugar beach was much calmer for oue 5 year old this time.

My stay at this apartment in Maui was truly a dream vacation. The oceanfront views were absolutely breathtaking, and watching the sunset from the apartment was a daily highlight. Waking up to the stunning sunrise colors over the ocean was equally beautiful. The apartment itself was incredibly comfortable, cozy, and exceptionally well-equipped. The only minor hiccup was the occasional issue with the water supply, which came and went, causing temporary inconveniences. However, it was a minor blip in an otherwise perfect experience. Thank you for making our dream vacation a reality!

Absolutely love this condo. The ocean views were outstanding, I dare say the best of the 4 places we stayed in the Hawaiian island. A beautiful light breeze filled the rooms and were we very comfortable. Loved how quiet it was and we fell asleep every night listening to the ocean waves. The sunset view from the lanai were far the best sunsets we’ve ever seen. The only thing I would mark the condo do for was the shower which could use some cleaning attention. Other than that it was a perfect place to call home for a few days.
The location was perfect to day trips. For the three tours that pick us up, we were the last ones picked and first ones dropped off due to our location. Everyone else was staying in Wailea. We liked that especially when on the RTH trip and the sunrise tour. We got a little extra sleep those mornings.

A beautiful beach location with an amazing view of the bay. Close to everything you need. Sherry was very helpful when I had questions. The condo came with beach chairs and boogie boards. I think there were some umbrellas tucked away under the main bed too but I didn't use them.

The condo was clean and well kept. However the A/C was insufficient as one bedroom had to be kept open to get any of the cool air as it had none of its own. The power went out for several hours the second day here and the elevator has been out since yesterday and this unit is on the top floor.

This location & views cannot be beat!! We were scoping other condos during our visit, but there wasn’t a single other one we would have rather stayed at! Enjoyed sipping our coffee out on the lanai every morning as the sun rose until it warmed up the beach & pool area enough to go swimming. Loved being steps away from such a nice, quiet beach that hardly ever had more than a handful of people on it. So nice to be able to pop up to the condo to grab more sunscreen, snacks, or drinks. Definitely recommend staying here, we will be returning!! Thanks for helping make a great vacay!

Just about perfect for us!Second visit to Kealia. ONLY sad thing is that the long perfect beach walk is no longer safe feeling due to homeless encampments and their occupants whose dish washing in the ocean is the good part. The negative is that they are a bit frightening to encounter as they seem devoid of law abiding behaviors. Of course one can stay in their room and on the resort property and VERY much enjoy the visible surroundings! For walkers this is a very sad loss. Hopefully Hawaiian authorities will soon clean up the situation.

Unit 604 has a wonderful ocean view and within steps of the ocean and beautiful beach. We have stayed here before and always enjoy our time at Kealia. We had an excellent experience staying at Kihei Resort. Our view was amazing and the pool and ocean are literally steps away. The management was very helpful and nice. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay, this is it. Close to stores, restaurants as well.

This was our second stay at Kealia Resort, and our first in the “Penthouse” condo. As the last resort on the north end of Sugar Beach, the location can’t be beat. Unit 604 is wonderful, lots of space, the trade winds kept it comfortable without AC, and the view from the lanai is second to none. We arrived after the office closed, but we were able to get in, and get access to the covered parking area, without any issues. We will stay here the next time we’re on Maui!

On the north side of Kihei, was the perfect location for everything we did on the island. It’s right on beach - which was never busy- so it was perfect for a quick dip, evening stroll, or lounging and listening to the waves. Ate breakfast on the patio every morning. Although we were right on the beach, we didn’t get more than a slight breeze into the condo. Sometimes is was a bit warm, but overall didn’t mind. (There is an a/c unit but we chose not to use as we preferred the fresh ocean air!). One issue did come up: the clearance to the garage is only 6’ and our jeep was too tall to clear. We did not feel comfortable parking on road. We were able to work with Sherry and trade spots for something on the main floor.

We were lucky to have found this quiet resort at the end of the beach. Easy access from the car which was important for my 88 yr old mom. great views from lanai every morning and evening and we were lucky enough to see frolicking whales offshore. Norma jean at the resort and Sherry at the controls made our vacation unforgettable. we likes it so much we were able to cancel the other place we were gonna stay and add on the last 3 nights in Maui. Room 604 has everything you could want or need for your stay here.thanks for the memories

We had an amazing time. The view was amazing. Condo very clean and equipped with everything we needed. First room has no AC and we were aware. There’s a fan in the closet and if you put it in the hall right outside the door it brings in cool air from the living room and the other room. I do recommend you bring your favorite pillow. The beds are not bad but I’m used to sleep number so I did not sleep great but that is not a complaint. Of course we have the bed we want at home. My favorite pillow would have really helped.

Loved our time at this condo. Location was incredible, just steps from Sugar Beach. Condo was clean, well maintained, and perfect for our family. We had everything we needed. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to make great meals. Beach amenities in the condo and communal ones near the pool were super useful. Definitely looking forward to our next stay at this condo!

The location and the view were excellent. The place needs a little updating and some furnitures were too big for the common area and room, which makes the space feel cluttered. The shower door couldn’t close properly and kept swinging open. I had two little toddlers so it was hard to give them showers having the shower door swing open constantly. The AC in the master didn’t work and was blowing warm air. At night it was fine since we opened the windows and blew fans. However, during early afternoon, it got warm. Overall, the stay was good for the price and the view. The management was quick to respond. It was ocean front so quick acces to the beach.

We really enjoyed this property, it has a view that cannot be beaten, a nice lanai and it is well stocked with everything you need including beach towels and chairs. The location for us was great, you can’t be closer to the beach than this which was what we were looking for. You do need a car to go to shops and restaurants, there are few close by but not a lot. The A/C was not the best but it didn’t bother us as we opened all windows and enjoyed a very nice breeze and the sound of the ocean during our stay. But it gets hot and that could be a problem for some, it was not for us. The size of the property was fine for us (2 adults 1 teen) - it could be a bit crowed for 4 adults. We would recommend this property and if we come back to Maui, we would come back to this property for sure.

We loved this condo! Top floor with plenty of amenities. Central location made it easy to travel all over the island. And the sounds of the crashing waves is just wonderful. We will be staying here again!
The only things missing is:
A cooler
