We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming condo! It is exactly as the pictures show with beautiful decor and gorgeous view of the lawn, Maalaea Bay and sunsets. The kitchen is well equipped - we had all of our breakfasts and half of our dinners 'at home'. The beach front location is fantastic for morning walks and swimming. The pool is small but well maintained and was never too busy. The king size bed is very comfortable. We stayed 17 nights, so the washer/dryer came in handy! Darla was a fantastic host, easy to communicate with and very accommodating. There was noise from the very busy road, as mentioned in the condo description, but the a/c fan and sound machine made it easy to sleep. We will be back.

For two people it works fine. Decorated nicely, kitchen well set up for cooking, wonderful lanai for watching the sunset and having breakfast. Large bedroom. Extras items for we guests include, beach chairs, ice chest, and toys.
We gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because the bathroom could use some TLC, the living room is a bit smaller than we are use to and the main road behind the complex is close; thus the road noise is pretty noticeable at night. That being said, we really enjoyed being there.

The appartment has absolutely everything you need to spend a awesome week. Everything was in very good condition. The apartment is located on a very busy street, which is why you can hear not only the sound of the sea on the balcony;) Communication with the owners was very uncomplicated, very helpful and friendly.

So many pluses. The view, beach walking, great location. Close to the airport and all routes to the popular to do activities. We loved it here. It was very well stocked and the appliances were in great shape. Our sons family stayed in a different unit thought our unit was nicer.

WE loved our stay at Kealia! This condo was everything we needed to relax and enjoy Maui. Having miles of beach to walk on and awesome ocean to play in was great. The kitchen was well supplied for us to cook and eat in and you can't beat that ocean view!! Mahalo we will be back!

This was a perfect spot for us and what we had planned. It’s feet from the beach. Darla and John had all the essentials for beach going (towels, chairs, cooler) which made our stay comfortable and our packing light. The kitchen is well stocked for light cooking, so we often enjoyed breakfast from home. Also, the a/c works very well. No complaints from us.

We did find few tiny cockroaches and other insects inside the unit but I guess its hard to stay near the beaches without any bugs. The unit was kept very clean with plenty of towels, body wash and laundry detergent to use. The unit had a washer and a dryer which was very convenient.

We arrived at an older property that was maintained and had a designated parking spot convenient to the elevator. The owners recognized our anniversary with a bottle of champagne and candies, which was extremely thoughtful and much appreciated. The unit was well equipped and had a lot of little extras that came in handy. The bed was very comfy, and the overall lay out was efficient. The decor was tasteful and matched the vibe just outside the beautiful view from the balcony. We truly enjoyed our stay at this location and would highly recommend it it to anyone.

We arrived at an older property that was maintained and had a designated parking spot convenient to the elevator. The owners recognized our anniversary with a bottle of champagne and candies, which was extremely thoughtful and much appreciated. The unit was well equipped and had a lot of little extras that came in handy. The bed was very comfy, and the overall lay out was efficient. The decor was tasteful and matched the vibe just outside the beautiful view from the balcony. We truly enjoyed our stay at this location and would highly recommend it it to anyone.

The apartment/condo is small, but has everything we could want. The location was perfect for us as it was a bit away from the busier areas. This is a quiet complex and very private. The beach is steps from the condo. There are hiking trails a few miles from the condo. I would suggest parking at a public spot and not at one of the more secluded parking areas - we had someone slice the top to our rental convertible. We did 'catch' them in the act but they sped off. Darla has the condo well equipped with everything you will need. You may want to pack a few Tide Pods if you want to do a load of laundry - we simply picked some up while getting snacks at a local grocery store. If we ever have the chance to return, we would for sure stay here again!!

We just loved this little condo right on sugar beach. The condo was great for our needs, to walk out and be on the beach was prefect. It had a nice pool that was ocean side and it was warm. Our teen daughter slept on the couch bed and said it was comfortable. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It had a designated parking spot to the condo, beach chairs and a boogie board. I highly recommend this condo, we enjoyed our stay.
