Nice beachfront property, beautiful view. Clean and well kept. Beach is right out the property and you can hear the waves. You can walk to some beach restaurants stores or it’s a short drive to a lot of places. We would come hear again.

Beautiful Condo right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets every evening. Great sandy beach for walking! And incredible snorkeling right from your condo. The breeze that comes through the condo feels so good that we didn’t even need the air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable, parking spot was reserved, right next to the elevator. A great lication, centrally located on the island, easy to get anywhere from there! Id highly recommend this condo for 2!

We had a fantastic stay! The listing is accurate to reality. Having a full kitchen and laundry in unit was so convenient. We were able to hit Safeway for groceries and cook the majority of our meals including grilling down at the shared resort bbqs while watching the sunset. The building is older on the exterior but the unit itself is charming and well appointed. King sized bed was super comfy, we slept fantastically. Being right on the beach was super convenient, we SUP’d every morning or did yoga on the lawn or a beach walk before heading out for the day. When the wind picked up at the beaches elsewhere on the island, it was nice to come back to the complex in the afternoon and relax on a chaise lounge or in the pool. Ocean views were beautiful, fellow neighbors were friendly and it gives a very cozy, low key vibe compared to the other large complexes. Location was fantastic in our opinion…easily drivable to Lahaina, Kihei proper, Kahului or Wailea area. Not a lot walkable other than an excellent bakery, shave ice and ABC store but that’s what we loved about it… much quieter than being in the center of Kihei. Having a car is good for this location. Checkout Dina’s Sand Witch shop in the resort next door. Delicious. Kitchen was fully stocked, we were left wanting nothing. AC units are available, which I intentionally booked because I’m pregnant and we didn’t use them once bc of the wonderful trade winds. Ocean sounds to lull us to sleep. Will be back!

The condo was perfect for the two of us. Had everything we needed, including beach chairs, cooler, and plenty of towels. The bed was very soft, and the proximity to the beach was ideal.

The condo is exactly as described. We enjoyed this little slice of paradise and wish we could have stayed longer. We were there for 12 nights. This is a homey quiet property in a central location. The kitchen was well equipped which we loved since we cooked many of our meals and enjoyed them on the lanai. The bed is SO comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was incredibly convenient. The property, including the pool, is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. We spent many hours lounging on the lawn and at the pool. We enjoyed many sunsets from the property or strolling down the beach. It was the perfect vacation and exactly what we needed.

Car noise was a little much sometimes but the ocean usually drowned it out. View was spectacular, saw a whale on the patio. Has a nice pool and lawn chairs for the grass, and right on the beach. Saw canoes, lots of families and friendly people. Walk down the beach to an AbC store and snow cone and food store. Never had to leave. But very central for any part of the island. Has a great parking spot. 15-30 minutes from anywhere you want to go on the island. We miss being there and can’t wait to book again. Felt like home when we were there. Thank you again :)

Nice little place. I don't generally give 5 stars unless the place is outstanding. I would say this was a solid 4.5 stars but then I met the host on the last day and his jovial spirit pushed it to 5😎. In this price range we're not looking at the Taj Mahal, the place is a few years older and shows it's age in a few little spots, but that doesn't detract from the overall experience. Definitely well kept up and appointed. It is exactly as described, the photos are accurate, you are literally about 50 feet from the beach, which is amazing. This is the last, northern most building on the beach which puts you about 5 minutes drive from the main area of Kihei. Sugar Beach is beautiful and walkable for miles from here. Shaved Ice, the farmers market and ABC convenience store are in walking distance. The bed is very comfortable and the host was available and responsive to anything that came up. I highly recommend this place.

This condo is in North of Kihei, which gives it more secluded feel, so you are still 10 mins drive of good restaurants but also it is amazongly quite. Condo has superb views, the community is good and has direct access to beach with chairs and other accessories. Checkin was super smooth and host was amazingly easy to communicate.
The only one thing to note the bathtub drainage was a lil bit slow, but nothing that can't be fixed quickly.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Denise & Tony's condo! The building itself is older (as most of the condos in Kehei are) but everything worked well and the unit was nice and clean and well appointed. The location is a little further north outside of Kehei than we realized when booking, but we actually grew to love this as it was perfectly centrally located which was incredibly convenient for day trips. There was a little bit of traffic noise but we didn't really notice it especially with the fan running or when we had the screens open listening to the crashing of the waves. The view from the balcony is stunning and we spent a lot of time out there just relaxing, sipping a beverage and playing Yahtzee. It was also great being only steps from the beach (which wasn't too busy). We loved playing in the waves and had numerous turtles popping up around us while swimming! The pool is on the smaller side but was quiet and sunny. We had everything we needed, just wish we'd noticed the beach chairs under the bed that we found on our last day! The bed was comfy - would have maybe liked a firmer pillow option, but that's a super minor item! All in all, great stay. Thanks again for being excellent hosts!

Last minute booking/ trip to Maui!
Stayed for 7 days in unit 302 in Aug 2022- Great location !!! This place is close to everything and has everything you need ( beach towels/ beach chairs, etc) and .. it is air conditioned! well- appointed, could not have asked for a better view of the ocean and the sunset! Condo is 25 feet from a nice sandy beach- great for walking, running, launching your SPU, snorkeling or just to chill and relax! 5-10 min to Kihei, 20 min to Lahaina, 15 min to Kahilui. I enjoyed getting fresh produce and organic smoothies (must try!) from the farmers market 5 min walk from the condo.
The hosts were quick to respond and easy to work with; the place is awesome -as described- Will be back !

We loved this location and the one bedroom apartment is exactly like shown in the photos. We navigated the island in a convertible. The complex was a mixture of travelers and people who have lived there for a long time. Perfect steps to the beach. Truly loved our spot. Highly recommended for adults.
