This property was fantastic for our family. Although our toddler granddaughter did not end up coming, it was definitely set up to accommodate family’s with children. The location is perfect, right across the street from a beautiful beach. They also provided all the beach gear you could want and a wagon to load up for a day at the beach. The pool was beautiful as well. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

2 elderly near 80yo, 4 people ages 40-50 & 2 kids ages 12 & 6 were traveling together.
We stayed 22-26 Jul 2023 & overall it was a nice stay.
Great location to travel from to other parts of island, great location to community pool, very clean property. Overall house layout was great due to 1 master bedroom w/ en suite downstairs for older people, kids room downstairs w 1 bathroom & 2 adult bedrooms with 1 bathroom upstairs. The property was very well stocked with kitchen & bathroom amenities to cook with & we used W&D to clean clothes. The property was Very convenient to restaurants, grocery store, beaches & shopping.
My only critique of property is 1 upstairs bedroom with king bed gets too hot during the day. There is a portable AC unit in the room, but it only comes on from 7PM to 8AM & can not be changed. Most days we were out & enjoying Maui so it mostly did not affect us, but it does get very warm & takes some time to cool down in the evenings.

Robyn and Lourdes were great hosts!! The condo was prefect for my family. The four bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The beach is just across the street and we saw sea turtles every morning.

This is a beautiful location and worked well for our 8 person group. Robyn was great and called and texted several times before we came to make sure the bedroom setup would work for us. The location was right across from the pool which my kids loved, and within walking distance to the beach. The place was very clean and the layout was fabulous with one bathroom upstairs for two bedrooms and each of the bedrooms downstairs had their own bathroom. Two things to be aware of, one of the bedrooms upstairs was not part of the air conditioning but had a floor unit. It did not stay cool in comparison to the other rooms. The other is the 450 dollar cleaning fee. I guess I missed this in the listing but was asked to write a check as soon as I arrived. We had a great time and thank you!

Amazing condo in great location - 7 adults, 2 children - felt comfortable and spacious the whole time. Excellent kitchen. Everything you need to make a great meal or take 9 people to the beach - all supplies on hand.

Wonderful place to stay!1 Our large group was accommodated well. There were several added benefits making the stay baby friendly. The beach chairs and deck table and chairs added to the stay as well. The beach was within walking distance, even with small children.

Lourdes, the property manager was excellent and top notch responsive. We had a fire detector malfunction and she came down in short order and helped us deal the problem. The beach toys were abundant and useful. The condo was excellent except for the 3rd bedroom which had stand alone A/C. It was very loud and didn’t cool very well. The other thing we didn’t enjoy was the A/C thermostat automatically shut off daily and we had to restart it so that was a nuisance otherwise the property was great. Thank you Lourdes!

No issues with the Townhouse or the area. Plenty to do, lots of restaurants and beaches in Kihei. Close enough to walk to the beach.
There was maintenance being done on the unit, power spraying and painting. A bit nerve racking but I do understand not everything is under the control of the Owner. Both Robyn an Lourdes were great with communication.

The property owner was very communicative from booking through to our stay. She lives on the mainland, and while on site, there is a local gal who was our point of contact - and she also was very responsive and kind. Lourdes is a gem, everything was sparkling clean on our arrival! Everything you could think of is in the unit - beach chairs and toys, wagon, high chair, baby gate, playpen - even a small children’s table and chairs! This unit is the closest to the pool gate and we found that very convenient!
There is a beautiful green space in the middle of the complex, many flowering trees and though you are near a busy road, it felt peaceful and relaxing. The shared areas of the complex are clean and well maintained.
It worked really well for us to have two separate levels - the littles could sleep upstairs and let us stay up and visit and play games downstairs in the evening.
We had a lot of criteria to meet, including wheelchair accessibility. The main level is quite well laid out for accessibility. However, if you have limited mobility you will want to rent a shower chair and potentially a walker. Our son found both downstairs bathroom doorways too narrow for his wheelchair (The bedroom and main entrance were fine). He managed because he had forearm crutches with him and has enough mobility to do that - others might not.
It would be amazing if the HOA for this complex would invest in a wheelchair lift for the pool and spa. Or son has enough upper body strength and mobility to lower himself up and down the steps, but others might not.
We learned that there are free beach wheelchairs available at the Kam I, II and III parks. You can also rent a beach wheelchair, as we did, but it’s nice to know about these options.
Maui Bus stops very near the unit, and you are just down the block from Kaleopolo Beach Park - amazing sunsets and a chill little beach. Groceries are a minimum of a half hour walk away, so if you don’t rent a car that is something to keep in mind.
Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it to others!

We really liked our stay here. Great location close to basically everything you want. Just a couple things of note to people looking to stay here:
Parking is easy and there’s plenty of space. It is a little bit of a walk to the unit and at night you may need your phone flashlight to see well enough.
The beach is a pretty short walk away. There are some gates that could make the walk shorter and I’m not sure if we had a key to those gates or not, but even the “long” walk is like 5 minutes. The beach is pretty rocky once you get in the water though so for us it was a better sit and watch the sunset beach than a water activities one.
The water heater is too small for the number of people that can comfortably fit in the unit. So if everyone showers in the morning or at night you’ll definitely not have enough hot water.
That all being said it’s a very nice unit. Super clean and spacious that easily fits the number of people listed. Great place!

We loved the condo! Very spacious and the in house laundry was fantastic. However, I was never given the door code, someone had to walk over and help us. Also, we were never given the Wi-Fi info and when I asked the on-site lady she referred me to a binder, but the info wasn’t in the binder. I kindly told her the info was nowhere to be found and she told her to contact Robyn instead of just texting it over quickly. I thought it was very rude of her. Thank goodness my father-in-law is tech savvy and was able to figure it all out for us. The binder needs to be updated with all the info. One last minor thing, the dust pan needs to be replaced, we couldn’t pick up what we were sweeping. Even with the hiccups, I’d stay there again.

The condo was well stocked with any dish you can think of. Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and noodles! There were 10 of us and we were all comfortable. The pool was great when beaches were too windy, location was wonderful! Never packed. We also enjoyed the outside grilling and ping pong tables. Living room sat all of us as we passed around catch phrase. Safeway is just around the corner, yummy sushi just down the street and the beach across the street was great! Thank you!

To celebrate my retirement, I took my kids and grandkids to Maui and rented this property for a week. We could not have been happier with our choice! It was so comfortable and there was plenty of space for all 9 of us. The outdoor space was definitely a plus and we had all our meals out there. The unit is well stocked with everything you could need.
The proximity to the pool was great and having the beach right across the street was amazing. There are so many great restaurants within a 5 minute drive and the grocery store is equally close.
We all had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. Thank you, Robyn, for thinking of everything! I highly recommend.

There are mostly pros and a few cons of this VRBO.
Pros
Four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowed everyone in our party to have their own space/privacy.
This unit is directly across from the pool. The resort is small but quaint. The grounds are beautiful.
Lots of beach equipment: boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, life vests, etc.
Full kitchen with every appliance you may need plus both indoor and outdoor dining tables.
Cons
As it being an island be prepared for bugs. Mostly tiny ants. The owner strictly recommends putting all food away which we adhered to but if previous renters don’t do their part it just fuels the ant problem. We saw them as soon as we arrived.
Owner interaction is much more than I’m used to both leading up to our stay and during. I guess it’s better than under communication but it definitely made me anxious when I missed her calls more than once because we were out enjoying exploring. She wanted to complete some work in her unit during our stay and normally I would try to be accommodating but this was a very special family trip and we valued peace and privacy. Thankfully she was respectful when I communicated this.
The unit didn’t have any paper towels (only an empty paper towel holder) and one roll of toilet paper in a bathrooms (one bathroom had 2). The property manager (different than the owner) was nice and quick to bring 2 paper towel rolls. We didn’t bother to ask for more TP. It was just easier to buy our own at Safeway. Extra rolls for a large group for a week really should have been left there from the start though IMO.
Overall our group enjoyed their stay and I would recommend. It’s hard not to be happy in a place like Maui.

It did accommodate a large group.. This is obviously an older area. The building could use some renovation, interior and exterior worn and dated. The windows were very dirty.The pictures can be a little deceiving. All in all it worked for our families.

Stay for 9 people -- Very spacious, fully equipped, very convenient location and easy to get around since everything is nearby on S Kihei Rd! The pool is right outside, and plenty of beach equipment to take with you to the beach. Robyn and Lourdes were great at communication and checking in with us before, during, and after our stay.

Robyn was a fantastic hostess! She was very proactive in touching base with us months before our check-in to keep us up-to-date on the opening of Hawaii Post Covid. She was also a great help in getting us in touch with a local rental car company in advance so that we could reserve a car for the week that we were there! The townhouse was exactly as listed and Lourdes was a attentive property manager as well. We would absolutely stay here again when we visit Maui.

Property is a bit worn and could use some attention to detail.
Duriing the week one bathroom sink clogged. , the oven tripped out several times.
The slider door is in dire need of repair opens and close is very hard to do

Robyn was very helpful. She called/texted me several times to remind me of booking rental car since this year it was very difficult to book a rental car. Thanks to her kindness and reminder, we saved a lot of money.
The place is super clean, great location. Walking to beach. 10 meters away from the pool. Very friendly and lovely community. The house is huge. Our kids enjoyed runner around the house. There were plenty of beach/pool amenities which made our experience much fun and easier.
