Condo was so peaceful with a great ocean view. Close to pool and beach access. Easy walk to fresh malasadas (Sugar Beach Bakery) in the morning. Main highway is close by for easy access to other shops, restaurants and activities.

This condo had a great view and was affordable! It was smaller than I expected from the photos, but was good for the two of us for 3 nights. There was not a lot of room in the closet or bedroom for suitcases and unpacking so we just lived out of our luggage there.

We loved this condo on Sugar Beach in Kihei! It was clean and comfortable and the view was unbeatable! We spent many mornings and evenings on the lanai watching the sunrise/sunset and listening to the waves. The condo was supplied with everything we needed and we loved that there were beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a small soft cooler we could use for our beach days. It was close to all the restaurants in Kihei and a great jumping off point for our adventures to Iao Valley State Park, Haleakala crater, and the Road to Hana. It's also only 15 minutes from the Kahului airport. There are lots of wonderful beaches a 10-15 minute drive south of the condo. Our favorites were Kamaole Beaches I and II. Like others have said, you can walk 10 minutes south on the beach from the condo to the Kihei farmers market, Ululani's shave ice, and an ABC store which has lots of souvenirs. For the price, we feel really lucky to have found this gem and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Well appointed and clean condo. Lots of extras. Enjoyed staying there very much.
A little mix up on departure. Expected an 11:00 a.m. check out as per the listing but the cleaning staff walked in twice at 9:45 and 10:00 and told us we had to leave. Apparently the 11A check out was an error and hopefully they have fixed that on the listing. It caused us some problems. Owner was very apologetic about it though. We'd stay again.

The resort is really lovely with a fabulous pool/hot tub area and it is right on the best beach! Even the little pub “Sand Witch” was great with delicious sandwiches and cocktails. The apartment is very nice and we enjoyed listening to the ocean every day. The AC worked great when we needed it (which we only did a little bit in the afternoon on still days). Check-in was easy and so was parking. One of the best VRBOs we’ve ever had!

We had already been scheduled to stay at this condo for the second half of our Maui trip when we were evacuated from our resort in Kaanapali, just north of the Lahaina fire. After 60+ hours without power, internet, and cell service, we were so relieved to have a place to stay and regroup.
The condo has everything you could possibly need: a well-stocked kitchen; a washer/dryer; games/puzzles/books; and even beach chairs and an umbrella (which we didn’t use, but was nice to know they were available).
The pool area was nice and the pool was a comfortable temperature. We didn’t use the BBQ grills near the pool, but would have if we had stayed longer. We always saw people using them when we walked by.
Beach access was right off the pool area. It felt like we had our own private beach! It was a nice walk down the beach to the farmer’s market, where you could also get shaved ice.
We opted not to rent a car for our 3 night visit, but there seemed to be plenty of parking. We used Lyft to go into town a few times to shop and eat out. We highly recommend the Kihei Kalama Village for shopping.
Although we only used the tourist information center, there are also a few shops located on the property as well, including a sandwich shop and a massage place.
My favorite thing about the condo was the lanai. I spent several hours in the lounge chair reading, listening to the surf, and watching the waves roll in. We also ate at the table out there.

Came here for our Honeymoon. The condo itself was lovely. The beach in front of the condo is great to watch and walk down however not the best to actually swim. There are many beautiful beaches nearby. Kihei is a great centralized location to explore all of Maui. 10/10 would stay here again.

This was a simple, comfortable, clean unit with a kitchen well-stocked with pots and cookware. I actually would give it the top prize for fun and pretty serving ware, which we really enjoyed. The beach in front is great for walking and we took a 10-minute walk along it several times to a local farmer's market with beautifully ripe papayas and pineapples, right next to a nice bakery, shave ice place and ABC store. It was a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants, and to excellent snorkeling in Kihei (Kamaole beaches) and Wailea (Polo and Ulua beaches). But greatest of all its advantages, the view from the living room and balcony just can't be beat. It was high season for whales in late February and we spotted spouts and whale play of mothers and babies every time we looked out with our good binoculars (be sure to bring these!). Given the comfort and spectacular surroundings, it was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful lanai but downstairs neighbors (permanent residents) noisy and outside a lot. Motion detector in bedroom, weird?
First day staff barged in without knocking while husband changing. No dead bolt on door. TV remote didn’t work. Other TV didn’t get Super Bowl which was on Fox not some special channel.

The view and balcony did not disappoint! We loved our time overlooking the ocean. We felt like we had our own private beach and nothing beats magical sunsets and sunrises accompanied by the calming sounds of ocean waves each morning and night! We utilized the community grills and appreciated the lounge chairs along the beach dunes.
