This place was amazing. The condo was clean and provided plenty of basic essentials. The location was not busy but close enough to great restaurants and other sights.

Dated building but maintained well, mostly. BUT beautiful condo!! Spacious, very clean. Well appointed full kitchen. Beach gear available. Quick grab food in complex. We did lose electricity for a few hours, almost got caught in elevator. Had to walk our luggage up 4 flights upon check in. Cell coverage is spotty, especially at night. Very convenient central location. Overall would stay there again if not overpriced.

The photo from the Lanai sums it up. Walk to the beach, ocean views, nice resort, great pool area, beach is not busy. The condo has just been renovated so everything is bright and shiny, modern bathroom, stainless appliances, etc. If you want to cook the kitchen has everything you'll need. I enjoyed my stay.

Stayed for 8 days and we couldn’t keep track of what day it was. The place was perfect for two. The views were outstanding. Everyone we met at the condo were super friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic location! We were within a 10-20 minute drive to delicious food options. Kihei is centrally located making it ideal to explore elsewhere on the island. The owner and management responded quickly to our requests. The area is well kept and quite. The condo is clean, well furnished. The bathroom and kitchen are well stocked with towels, kitchen appliances, etc. The views from the condo are amazing. You can lounge on the couch and still enjoy a great view. We would love to stay here again.

The condo has great utilization of space. It is as nice as the pictures! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, toaster, blender, etc. We found the full-size washer and dryer to be a great bonus. Undercover parking was nice as it was a bit warm when we were there; central air-conditioning kept to condo at a perfect temperature. It is a nice, safe, and friendly community. We spent a lot of time in the mornings and evenings enjoying the view.
The owners are very responsive to any questions you might have.

Nothing beats waking up to the sound of waves. Whether from a short nap on the lanai or early in the morning. Walking out to the beach every morning as the sun rises. Did I mention the beach? A nice sandy beach that you can walk down or just jump right into the ocean. I saw several small sea turtles out front and the binoculars came in clutch! If that’s not your vibe you are pretty close to anything. 15 minutes any direction bring you too different types of fun. It was easy to find fine dining or a food truck if that’s your thing. Afternoon sun comes down straight on the lanai to enjoy right out of the living room. Also on the property is plenty of lawn chairs to sit outside or on the grass as well as a pool and hot tub. I really enjoyed my experience through and through!

Excellent place to stay. Fantastic view. Owners are very responsive if you need anything. The view, beach out front, pool, what else do you need. Also great location to get to all the different locations around the island.
