The property is beautiful. The condo has great views and is decorated beautifully. The pictures on vrbo do not do this place justice. It is much more beautiful in person. I HIGHLY recommend a stay here

Spent 12 days with my family in this Menehune Shores apartment. The pros: apartment was fully stocked with everything you would need (cooking to beach days), comfortable sleeping arrangements for 5, cold AC, beautiful views, good wifi. Great communication with property management. Con: the lanai was unusable with the AC running, it was blowing hot air and loud. If it wasn’t so hot, we would’ve turned the AC off however, that wasn’t an option. The side of the building the apartment is on doesn’t get a lot of wind so it was just stagnant. However there is access to the roof and we loved spending time up there. It was nice exploring the South of Maui as we normally always stay up West. Great restaurants in Kihei and welcoming aloha throughout the island for our stay.

Our trip was cancelled because of the Maui fires and this host wouldn't refund us. Poor taste and frankly pretty sad. If you are booking this property make sure you insure your purchase because the host wont give you your money back even if the island is burning down and thousands of tourists are being evacuated, he'll email you and say just come it will be fine.

I did a lot of research before booking this condo and this place really delivered. It was the perfect place to stay in Maui. Easy check in and the furnishings were everything we needed for the week. Communication was excellent and the beds were so comfortable. The view was amazing from the lanai. Seeing the turtles come up and lay on the beach every day was so fun to see. The little beach was so nice and was never crowded. The condo was so nice to have laundry machines in it and air. We needed the air during the wildfires one night. Conveniently located to everything in Maui. This place is a gem.

Some units we have stayed used the cheapest appliances and furniture. From the quantity Serra mattress to a dishwasher so quiet we could sit around the large round dining table and enjoy conversation while the dinner dishes were cleaned. As an early morning person the anti-slam cabinets kept me from waking those who wanted to sleep in. The owner was accessible, friendly and helpful. Best condo for the price. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Great place. Everything was smooth. The home was clean and very accommodating. The condo and property is quiet. The only downfall was the beach is not great. We went to different beaches nearby. But that wasn't a deal breaker as the condo was great, no complaints!

The thermostat in primary bedroom may not be working properly or I just didn’t know how to use it.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!! So wonderful to have chairs and umbrellas to use as well!!!

We actually stayed in another unit in Meheune Shores and our adult daughter and family stayed in this unit. She was over the moon with the unit, clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and a kitchen with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Next time, she can stay elsewhere, I will stay in this unit!!

Great property, we really enjoyed it. Very clean place, great views, great beach access. My only two negatives are that check in is not available after hours or on weekends, but not a huge deal because the parking pass we required was in our room. Also, the code to the room was available in a previous email. The real complaint was the elevator. It is supposed to be on back up batteries in case of a power outage (there is a sign in the elevator). It is not. During a storm, I was stuck for over an hour in the elevator.

We enjoyed every minute at this beautiful Maui location. Perfectly stocked kitchen for our Thanksgiving meal. Great proximity to golf, restaurants & of course the beach! Do not underestimate this location if you are looking for restful beauty with the green sea turtles steps away during morning feedings! The humpback whale center is to the right when facing the beach & the native Hawaiian fish pond enclosure bring the turtles to breakfast daily. You can easily access the adjacent beaches by foot. We enjoyed our week and hope to return.

We love this condo! Finding a condo for a family of 5 can be a challenge but this worked out perfectly as the adults stayed in one room while the 3 kids stayed in their own room (2 beds) which allowed us to maintain our living area and not use a pull-out sofa. This condo was clean, and beautifully decorated with local decor. The kitchen was well stocked, the towels were soft and the beds were comfy. There was a beautiful lanai with side views of the ocean and the mountains, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The grounds were very well kept. Staff washed the hallway floors and the BBQ grills cleaned every morning. We especially enjoyed our morning walks to the 500 year old rock wall on the beach and watch the sea turtles sunbathe. Our host Brad was fantastic. He responded to emails very quickly and arranged for us to have a later check-out as we had a very late flight. The location of Menehune Shores is ideal. Many shops and restaurants are a very short drive away. This truly was paradise!

Beautiful unit with amazing attention to detail in the furniture and decor. The beds were actually so comfortable and even the linens on the beds were amazing. It was so nice to feel so comfortable during vacation. The kitchen had anything you could ever need and I can not think of one single thing that needed to be changed. We had been trying to get here since spring 2020 and finally were able to have a most wonderful experience with our Daughter and her partner. Our Hosts were most accommodating over the last couple of yearly attempts. We were so impressed by the Unit, Sleeping arrangements, Facility and Location it made our 2 plus weeks in March a Holiday for all of us to remember for a lifetime. Thank-you! Mahalo! Great location and amazing views. Loved watching the sunset on the balcony each night. Having 2 bathrooms was very convenient. The rooftop with gas grills was awesome. Kitchen was well stocked and having beach chairs to use was a plus.

The afternoons get windy in Kihei but the condo location is convenient enough to drive to another beach or part of the island. Great, modern furnishing and the kitchen was well stocked!

First off the host is awesome. Very accommodating, we were able to get an early check in and late check out which was great for us as we had weird flight times. My favorite part of the place was the protected beach right out front which was great for swimming and full of turtles sleeping along the outer rocks! One of our best highlights. The pool is heated and warm, the restaurant below (Monsoon) serves good food and everyone was friendly. The condo was just as explained, great views an awesome AC. Tons of amenities and everything we could have needed was provided. We really enjoyed the place.

The condo was very comfortable, clean, and accommodating. We had other family staying in the same building with another Vrbo which made it soo easy to still be with each other but still have our own place. The view was amazing, dont miss the sunset on this floor/balcony. The restaurant was good although a la Carte so it does make it pricey but it was still great Indian food. The parking was very easy and simple and there are lots of local restaurants and convenience stores in the area (not walking distance but a short drive) The owners were very helpful.

The condo is old, but well kept. VERY small—looks bigger in the pictures. The nearest beach within walking distance is quite rocky—not the best for swimming or beach time. We had to drive to other beaches in the area to get quality beach time. The pool is very nice. The restaurant in the complex “Monsoon” is great. Excellent food and service. Overall, I would not come to this condo again—would look for something with better beach access.

This property is great and it’s exactly as represented in the photos. It has all the conveniences you can think of including beach towels and toys. Having a washer and dryer is great too. Each bedroom has a bathroom. Located close to restaurants and such. I highly recommend.

Condo was extremely clean and well stocked. We usually cook most our meals in they had everything we needed. Space was perfect for family of 4! They had beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler we borrowed so didn't' have to rent. Highly recommend!!

This condo is exactly how it is represented. The location is great for restaurants and activities. Near airport, near grocery and sailing and surfing school. I walked a 30 min walk via beach to Sugar Beach Bake Shop (a must to try) and Ululani's shaved iced.
My only suggestions was when we arrived the dishwasher was stuffed full of dishes and I had to run the load then put everything away. Also, no cleaning products in condo, no trash bags other than the one in the can and only the roll of toilet paper on the holder. I had to purchase trash bags, toilet papers, and a few cleaning products to keep place up for 9 days. I brought clothes detergent pods from home.
The kitchen is by far the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a rental property. We only prepared breakfast because we like to eat out on vacation but you will be very pleased with this condo.
In the condo their are numerous beach chairs, boogie boards, noodles, beach towels, umbrellas.
The sea turtles were all out front on the rocks.
I want to make mention of this to be prepared. You can easily hear noises from the condo above. Our first night was the worse but did stop at a reasonable hour. It was by no means a deal breaker nor did I lose any sleep.

We had a great stay. The property is right on a beautiful calm beach with easy access. It was spotless clean, very well equipped in the kitchen and also had a lot beach gear including beach chairs. It is centrally located and just a few mins drive from all the amazing restaurants in Kihei (including, Ululani's, Sugar Bake and Beach Street).

The condo was beautiful and decorated well. It has all the amenities needed. The washer and dryer did it’s best for a stackable unit but we all know those don’t work well as far as cleaning goes. Air-conditioning units worked well. The beds were comfortable however, in the master they don’t use fitted bottom sheet’s so the bottom sheet is constantly coming undone daily.
In regards to the complex, our elevator was down the entire time which made it a little inconvenient for my husband who has a difficult time walking. There was an another elevator but it was at the complete opposite end of where we were staying.

Great condo, very clean and nicely decorated! The location was perfect for us as we mostly never had to drive more than 30 minutes to get to where we wanted to go. The condo had pretty much everything we needed. We did find beach towels in the closet though and wish we knew that beforehand as we had packed our own. Overall, very pleased with this condo and can't wait to go back!

What a wonderful condo! Wade and his Hawaii team at Maui Condo were wonderful to work with. Maui was the second week of our vacation. First week was at Aulani in Oahu. While Aulani is amazing, We absolutely loved the condo and the feeling of having a "home" (fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, plenty of bath towels, etc).
The location is perfect! The condo was clean and exactly as described. The view is outstanding. We had coffee/breakfast each morning on the lanai and a few dinners after grilling by the ocean. Having beach chairs and towels, umbrellas and coolers is definitely a plus.
This was our 5th trip to Maui and this condo was our favorite. We hope to return.

We had such a great trip and this is an excellent property. The view from the lanai is spectacular, amazing to watch for whales in the morning and perfect for sunsets. This unit has all you need for your stay including beach chairs, a boogie board, cooler, umbrellas and beach toys. It is beautifully decorated and the whole property is well maintained. The kitchen has a lot, loved the ice maker in the fridge. The roof top bbq was well used by our family. It is nicely located to be more central on the island. The pool is a nice alternative to the beach. The property company was excellent to deal with. We would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends. Mahalo.
