Noelani 308 is a spacious and beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo situated on the 3rd floor for optimal views and can accommodate a maximum of six guests. This resort offers one parking stall per condo and does not have elevator access. Stay cool with the magical Maui breeze and ceiling fans throughout, but as an added bonus, this unit comes with A/C which will feel fantastic after a long day in the sun. The split A/C system provides temperature control in the bedrooms and living area. Dine al fresco on your private lanai or take your meal inside where the tropical yet modern finishes will keep you feeling at ease. Enjoy cooking in this luxurious and well equipped kitchen featuring full size appliances, granite countertops and everything you'll need to make all your meals in house.

Step inside the serene and tranquil master bedroom featuring a comfortable King size bed, ample storage and a large flat screen TV for your entertainment. Step out on to the Master bedroom private lanai. It's the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and read a good book. The ensuite master bathroom features a large, walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable King size bed with direct access to the remodeled guest bathroom featuring another walk-in shower. The third bedroom is located on the main level and has a Queen size bed. There is a half bath just steps away. The living room sofa converts to a bed for additional guests. Pack light! There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Noelani is located in a highly desirable area, between Kapalua and Kaanapali with close proximity to many of Maui's top beaches, restaurants, and shops. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with two pools, a jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!
Since Noelani is a small resort, there is only 1 parking stall per condo allowed. There are no resort or parking fees. Please note this unit has no elevator access. We will provide a complimentary starter set of natural Maui-made shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler are also provided.

Noelani 308 was everything we were promised! My wife and I have made many trips to Maui over the years but this was our first time renting a condo of this size as we took a family trip with our kids and grandkids. Views from our Lanai were spectacular! We saw Turtles swimming every day and really enjoyed the turtles that beached themselves every afternoon! Two nice pools and the beach was a two minute walk and had great snorkeling as well. Our condo was beautiful and very well equipped. Noelani staff was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Noelani and would definitely stay there again.

There's nothing like the Noelani. This was our third time staying at the Noelani and across the years we have travelled with several family members who have also stayed at units at the Noelani with us. Each unit has a great ocean view and there is nothing better than looking out and watching the surfers that surf off of Pohaku Beach Park (S Turns). We have also always been able to see whales from our lanai as well (we go during whale season). There is also no better place to see turtles resting on-shore - the least we saw was 8 one day, but we saw up to 19 on another day! There are great beaches, places to eat, and shopping within a short drive. This smaller complex has a more intimate feel than some of the larger high-rises near by and we have never felt crowded at the pools / hot tubs / grill or had to rush for a pool chair. The pool / grill area is also a great space to meet up with other family staying at the Noelani for a meal. We grilled hamburgers one day for lunch while hanging out at the pool and another day we met up for dessert that we brought out in the evening.

Sliding doors were almost impossible to get open and closed. Terrible humming noise in the downstairs bedroom. Not sure what cleaning company you use, but spending the amount of money for the unit, I think they could take out the trash.
