A full ocean view was a major priority and we got exactly what was promised! With 2 lanais and a living room looking out on the ocean, there was plenty of room for our party of 6 adults to enjoy the beauty and sounds throughout the day. We loved watching surfers while drinking our morning coffee and the sea turtles basking on the rocks in front of the condo in the late afternoons.
The living room had a large sectional sofa that was great for playing games around the coffee table or watching TV. There was a dining table seating at least 6 that made dinners at home very comfortable. The beds were wonderfully comfy!
The property looks a little dated when you first park and go upstairs, but the unit is nicely refurbished and the pool/hot tub/BBQ area is well maintained. There were 5 beach chairs and a few tatami mats in the condo for our use. The beach immediately next to the condo is nice for swimming and the extraordinary Black Rock/Kaanapali beach is less than 10 minutes by car. For espresso/latte fans, the nearby Hawai'ian Village Coffee is excellent with a friendly staff. Joey's Kitchen in Napili was a great find for a casual meal.
The property manager - Epic Realty - was very responsive to questions and I appreciated receiving regular updates after the Lahaina fire about what we could anticipate if we kept our reservation as well as how we could help Lahaina residents. We are so happy we stuck to our Christmas holiday plans!

Amazing views, very comfy beds, excellent customer service/management. The property itself is a bit dingy and wasn’t completely clean. There were smokers outside our windows every afternoon, and the windows do not seal so smoke entered the unit. Overall we had a wonderful stay- just sharing the above for feedback.

This condo was beautiful. This was one of the easiest check in and check out processes I have had with a vacation rental. While the pictures in the listing are amazing, nothing compares to the views in person. It was incredible to wake up with the ocean and waves right outside the window, and we had many beautiful sunsets. We saw so many turtles, and swam with many at the beach right next door. This was a perfect location, no more that 15 mintutes ( but usually more like 5-10 minutes) to get to any of the restaurants, beaches, shopping that we wanted to go to. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, and anything else we would need for the beach that was provided in the condo. The condo was perfect for our small group, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay on Maui.

We enjoyed our stay at Noelani #304. Wonderful ocean views, saw green turtles every day, unit is well designed and comfortable. Good location with easy access to Lahaina, great restaurants, shopping, golf, and activities. And while there were a few problems in the unit, we reported the issues and the management company was extremely responsive and prompt in addressing them. We highly recommend this property.

We started our trip in Hana for two days and then moved here for the last half of our time on Maui. It is a great location, newly renovated and easily housed 5 adults. It was also well equipped. We saw seven turtles and a lot of fish snorkeling from the beach about 100 yards from the property. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub also.

Bottom line: amazing views of whales right off the balcony. An older property but has had some nice updates to the interior. All of the furniture and bedding is super comfortable and the layout is nice. We were a party of 5 and initially I was hesitant because the floor plan seemed small but we had more than enough room to all hang out together or stretch out on two lanais. The place is very private and well insulated so you’ll hardly hear your neighbors. The kitchen is a good size and we cooked many of our family meals here. There are some spices and plenty of cutlery and cookware. The beaches nearby are small and a little rocky but absolutely packed with honu swimming or sleeping on the sand. We counted 45 on one of the beaches! The rental comes with some super comfy beach chairs and sand mats. They also have a cooler for beach picnics! There is plenty of good dining nearby and a great grocery (Food Land) about 5 minutes drive away. More shopping and dining are closer to Lahaina (~10-15 minutes away). It’s hard to imagine a place with better views. Combine that with the close proximity to food and fun and this place is a true gem!

We had 5 of us, my wife and I and 3 adult children, and this condo worked great. The rooms and layout worked really well, especially the 2 1/2 baths letting us get ready quickly in the morning, and the big main level lanai with the second lanai off the master bedroom (my favorite part of Hawaii is sleeping with the sounds and breeze from the ocean). If you are wondering if an oceanfront is worth the extra money, I can say that our views of whales, turtles, sunsets, and rainbows made it entirely worth it for us. We also took advantage of the pool and of the small beach right next to it (where turtles came to lay most afternoons!). The property managers were responsive, the onsite folks were friendly and helpful. The location is great too - 15 minutes to anyplace from Lahaina to Kapalua, with all the beaches, restaurants and shopping in those places. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend.

Perfect location, right on the water! We saw whales, dolphins and turtles looking out from our balconies. Had everything we needed in the condo when we checked in. Only recommendation for the owner would be to include in the description what was provided. We stopped on our way from the airport and bought paper towels and coffee, coffee filters, and laundry detergent, only to find that all had been provided by the condo(which was amazing!). We cooked breakfast almost everyday, so it was awesome being able to enjoy the view while cooking. Pool and hot tub areas were well kept and relaxing. Thanks for the fun time!

Everything was great except the decorative pillows. Cleanliness was wonderful with the exception of ALL of the decorative pillows on the beds. Hair (including what looked like pubic hair) was found on the decorative pillows and had fallen onto the sheets. It appears the cleaners don't clean these pillows. Brought it up with management and never received a follow-up.

We LOVED our condo while we stayed in Maui in late July 2022. The condo had everything we needed. The ocean views were amazing! The place was very clean and organized. The two pools were awesome. We grilled out several times right there by the pool. We saw turtles every afternoon. We felt very safe , went on lots of walks, and walked to a small beach location. All communication with the condo owners were very professional. 6 adults in this condo was no problem. Again, LOVED our stay!!

Countless sea turtles seen every day in the rocks & many come to sun/rest on a small sand patch about mid-afternoon. 15 turtles resting on the sand one afternoon. Small park next door with sandy beach & complex pools were very clean. Staff is very professional. Boss Frogs just a couple blocks away for renting gear. Several options for dining close by within walking distance. Been to Maui many times, this is by far the best view & closest vantage to the ocean we've everexperiences. Well worth the stay.

This property was amazing! We saw turtles basking in the sun or swimming in the ocean everyday! We went at the end of March so we could still see whales off in the distance! The condo had everything we needed for our week long stay. We will definitely be booking here again!

Overall a very positive experience for the 9 day stay with our family. We arrived late but had the door code to allow us to check in without issue.Apartment was clean and matched the description and photos in the listing. No dissapointment with the location! We were able to see whales from the lanai and turtles below amongst the rocks.Pool and hot tub were clened on a regular basis and staff working at the complex were very curteous and friendly. Staff are not responsible for this particular apartment but were still able to provide a plug for the sink that was missing.Beach chairs and an umbrella were in the apartment as well as a boogie board. Beach nearby is a very short walk. Lots of people access the good waves out front with paddle, wind and surfboards. We never met anyone from the rental agency but the maintained contact with us throughout the stay and kept us up to date with notifications and reminders.

Me and my husband took the family to Maui for their first time. Upon arrival, the door would not open (automatic keypad) and after getting several different codes from the property manager we were finally able to enter. The condo itself is nice, but some items like lampshades and pictures on the walls had been bumped in the cleaning process and not properly installed as they were significantly leaning. The kitchen was appropriately stocked with dishes and kitchen utensils, but again had not been cleaned properly due to the noticeable food residue. The sliding doors upstairs and downstairs let is the ocean sounds and a nice breeze but we’re a little tricky to close because of the broken latch. Overall, despite some hiccups in the beginning and minor malfunctions, the location was very convenient to tourist activities, had great views of the water and always a beautiful sunset, was in walking distance to turtles in the little bay below and had enough room to accommodate a party of 6 adults. I would stay here again if traveling with a large party, but would recommend better cleaning practices.

First time in Maui and this condo was perfect. Family of 6 (48,47,18,18,14,11). Definitely spacious enough to sleep all of us.
When you walk in the door the view out the living room window is breathtaking. Even better was the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks below us. This is something you would not get at most resorts. We were within 10 minutes of almost all the beaches we went to but yet away from the hustle and bustle of all the tourists. We saw sea turtles right outside our window on the beach almost every day. It was an amazing vacation.

We (dad, mom, two teen girls 19 & 17) absolutely LOVED our stay at Noelani 304! The condo was super clean and modern with everything we needed and more. (even included beach chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards)
The view was second to none. The "ocean front" location is absolutely true - nothing between you and the ocean except a small strip of lawn and some rocks. Amazing!
We loved watching the sea turtles in the area. They even come up and rest on the beach close by. It was great. The waters were calm enough to snorkel and swim with the sea turtles.
The management team were great with communication, and recommendations.
We would absolutely stay here again. So please don't make this rental so popular that we can't book it in the future! ;)

We loved our stay here. It was walking distance from the beach. The sunsets were phenomenal. Perfect spot. Quiet & close to many popular tourist spots. I would definitely like to stay here again, and recommend it. The photos in the pictures is exactly how it looks. What you see is what you get. 😀

With the 2 lanai's, we enjoyed excellent Whale watching and turtle watching. We used the outdoor grill. Plenty of room and comfort for 3 couples. We stayed the last week of January 2020.

From the Noelani 304 lanai we watched the whales everyday, and the turtles on most days, with Molokai in the background. It was great to wake up and have a marine show from the lanai! And, the sunset view is spectacular. We found it a nice location to travel from for any of the beaches or snorkeling north of Kihei. If we were headed south of Kihei, it was best to wait until 9:30am because of the traffic. It was a very good space for our family of 8. The kitchen was well stocked and the fridge was large. Parking was never an issue and the longer term guests there are very friendly. The unit, as well as the grounds, were very clean. The unit has a large sectional sofa, great for sleeping 2 singles, not for a couple.
