Miranda showed us the true meaning of the “aloha spirit” during our stay. We were on Maui during the very catastrophic and devastating wildfires. To make matters worse, we got separated from our 3 youngest children for two days while on the island. Miranda and her ohana became the only contact to our kids. She and her ohana went above and beyond to make sure our children were cared for, had everything they needed, were fed, and okay until we could be reunited. She got them to the shuttle where we were eventually reunited. While it was the single most terrifying event of my life, Miranda and her ohana were the only hope we had. I am more grateful for them than I have words to express. Thank you is insignificant, but will have to do.

We loved our time in Maui and at this condo with a spectacular view! Every morning we enjoyed coffee outside looking out at the water and the best days included the sky lit up from the sunrise. It was great to have the beach towels, chairs, and other ocean equipment like fins and snorkels to use. We could see turtles swimming in the water and were surprised by a monk seal that popped up and even launched itself onto the beach next door. The island is just beautiful and we took it all in from surfing to snorkeling and checking out many different beaches.

Enjoyed our stay at this property in May 2023. First of all, the view from the patio/lanai was BEAUTIFUL. It cannot be beat. Beautiful views of the sunset, direct access to a small beach, washer and dryer in unit were all helpful.
Great to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Miranda, the host, was responsive and helpful. There was a boogie board and chairs available to use at the unit, which was nice. They also had an umbrella and pool toys and snorkel gear that we didn’t use but noted they were there. It was great they had a play yard for our baby so we didn’t have to travel with one. Beach towels were helpful to have to borrow too.
Note: A little outside of town so need to drive to restaurants, other beaches, and shopping. Unit has one parking stall and guest parking was often full so had to find parking down the street since we had two cars.
Overall we are happy with our stay and would love to return someday. The location is very quiet (at least while we were there) so that was wonderful. We have two toddlers so direct beach access from our room was amazing.

3 bedroom condo that is very accommodating and comfortable for a family (party of 6). The lanai is the perfect setting for relaxing and whale watching. The beach is at your door step and is like your own private area. We lucked out with beautiful weather and and amazing sunsets. Property manager, Miranda, was very good to work with. All in all, great spot!

We enjoyed our stay here but noticed a few things that could be updated. The bedding used was worn and could be updated in the smaller 2 bedrooms. In the smallest bedroom, there were open air gaps around the AC that let bugs in. Most of the bedroom furniture was older and could be updated and the bathrooms were outdated. I might be getting picky about these things, but when you pay the money we did, you hope to have things a bit more updated.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this property.

You can not beat being on the ocean hearing the waves from your bedroom and bathroom.
Perfect amount of space for 3 adults and 4 kids.
Loved having beach chairs, umbrella and ice chest available to us to use during our stay.
The pool area was so clean and we used the bbq every night.
Can’t not wait to go back.
My kids didn’t want to leave the house or ocean front area.

This unit is located incredibly close to the ocean so if you like the sound of waves hitting the shore this is a great place. We chose to keep the windows open for the sound of the waves over the air conditioning and slept like babies. The beach close to the unit is small at high tide, but there are incredible beaches within a short drive including Kaanapoli beach where you can jump off lava rocks and where we saw a huge turtle swimming around. The unit is well equipped and the rooms were well sized for our group of 5. The interior of the unit is attractive with lots of exposed wood details, but the highlight was the balcony, which is only about 15 feet from the ocean giving a nice breeze, and incredible views during both day and night. We loved it!

This was our first trip to Hawaii and Maui. We had no idea where to stay or what to expect! All I can say is wow! This place made our trip. The view was impeccable. The condo was well supplied with cooking utensils and everything else we could need. The location was low keyed and perfect for us. We were beyond pleased with everything. If we ever make it back, we will definitely chose this condo as our home away from home in Maui.

If you are looking for a flawlessly beautiful view and a well equipped condo on the water, you’ve found it! We stayed for 8 days with our adult children, and it was incredible! The unit, while a bit older, is well maintained and the sunset views cannot be beat! The owners have thought of everything - plenty of towels, beach chairs, and even kitchen basics. The layout, with each bedroom having its own bathroom and individual AC unit was perfect. Definitely a 10/10!

Couldn’t ask for better views! We saw SO many whales each day and several turtles. Private beach with the pool option was great with kids. Prime sunset watching location. Close to several dinner spots and short drive to Ka’annapali/Lahaina if you want a busier area. Napili Bay and Kapalua also 10 mins drive, so basically a perfect location!

The unit was great. Probably the best view out of all the units in the complex. Place was very tidy. Also, having the beach toys for the and chairs made for a great addition to our vacation. The beach area near the house even had a shady area to take a rest from the sun. Only gripe would be that there's not any trails or sidewalk to walk anywhere. Would like to stay there again.

We arrived a little early to Hawaii and had freezer stuff in the car. Miranda and her assistant made arrangements for us to put all our refrigerated stuff in the condo before we were able to get in. The place itself is quiet, with it's "Secret Beach", wonderful pool and BBQ . At sunset everyone comes out to marvel at the beautiful sunset and the many kids play lot's of games on the expansive lawn. We've been here before and will very likely return!!!

I loved this property and it being in a small development it was a great way to meet our neighbors and share tips on restaurants and activities. The view from on of the rooms is absolutely amazing. The other two are a good layout but no view and one of the bedrooms gets very little daylight. Very well organized decorated and equipped.
The biggest negative for us was the cleanliness of the place. It is clean in general but we found a crusted dirty dish and small frying pan in one of the bedrooms nightstands. The fans are extremely dusty so you end of coughing all night if you leave it on in the bedroom. The rafters in the second master bedroom have dust and webs hanging off the rafters and the AC unit need serious cleaning. But all of this is really on the cleaner and management company.
Overall I will definitely come back here again and again.

Perfect size for our family of 6. Nice pack and play and high chair for my grandson. Appliances are new and Miranda helped us with the few details that needed attention during our stay. The view is unsurpassed— ocean waves will lull you to sleep. The pool is lovely. Truly enjoyed it!

Beautiful views, extremely loud crashing waves 30 ft from the master bedroom. Had to completely close down the house to sleep. You]re right on the beach, all 6 feet in the late afternoon when the tide goes out otherwise the waves just crash on the sea wall 24/7.

We stayed 6 nights at this quiet property in NW Maui. Amazing views from the master bedroom, kitchen and living area. We enjoyed our coffee from the ocean front lanai each morning. More than enough space for 3 couples. Great kitchen with updated appliances. Grocery, gas, snorkel rental and a handful of restaurants are just down the road. Management was very helpful and responded quickly to questions.

Like earlier reviews stated, pictures do not do this property justice. This place perfectly suited our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and had enough dishes to accommodate our large group of six without having to run the dishwasher each time. The bedrooms were sizable and quiet, each with its own bathroom. The couch and chairs were comfortable.
The Lanai opens up to the ocean, a mere 25 feet away. Every morning, you can watch the sun rise and every evening, along with every other occupant in the complex, you watch the sun set (a personal favorite of mine). There is a small beach for you to swim, snorkel or just relax and let the waves lull you to a sense of peace.
There is a general store down the road and larger complexes if you need a little bustle. For us, this location was perfectly situated between the coves to snorkel and the beaches to visit.
Miranda was quick to respond to our needs and very attentive.
Our only disappointment was that the week had to end and we had to go home! We will return for sure!

Our family had such a wonderful time staying at unit 2A1 at the Kahana Outrigger! The condo is so beautiful and the views are breathtaking! You will never find a place with a better view of the ocean or the gorgeous Maui sunsets. The condo was very clean and the kitchen had everything you would need to prepare food. Every bed from sofa bed, twin beds and king beds are so comfortable. The location is perfect. You have privacy and yet are close to other beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Miranda was so helpful from the time we made our reservations to the day we left. This was our favorite place to stay so far in Maui and will definitely be back again! My 4 teenage daughters (yes 4), my wife and I enjoyed our just over a week stay at the Kahana Outrigger - we knew it was a little further north than the resort areas of West Maui - and it was in the perfect spot - not too far a drive to Napili Beach (our favorite), and only 5-10 minutes from grocery store (SuperMarket Times a little cheaper than the Safeway 10 more minutes away). My kids enjoyed the 1st floor access to the beach and the pool too - as far as noise there was none that you could hear from the condo - some noisy TV watchers in other units that you could hear from the pool and one or two nights some obnoxious guests were in another of the condos - but mostly there with really nice and respectful families. No issues with accessing the BBQ grills - we all took turns - girls termed them the Dad Grill Gang. I would definitely recommend this place to either families or multiple couples as what has been mentioned in other reviews - there are 3 bathrooms in each of the 3 bedrooms. The one by the ocean of course being the best. Place was clean, great Wi-Fi, for when we needed it - great TV but it hardly came on. Property management made check-in really easy with great instructions too. Location was what we wanted - secluded and quiet but close to everything we wanted to do during the day. Thanks!

The property was perfect for our family vacation and just as pictured and described. All the amenities were available- chairs, towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards and beach toys. Only comment would be that plumbing seems to be an issue for the complex as a whole- slow draining/toilet flushing issues. Everything else was great!

Found 2A1 on internet. 3 BR, 3 bath, great for 2 adults 2 teens though listed some places as 2/2. Small balcony with 4 steps down to small calm (June) beach w sand and water 20 feet at most from balcony! Unobstructed ocean views from LR, DR, K, balcony, one BR. Can hear low waves all night--wonderful. Full kitchen, full size fridge. Dine inside or on balcony. Full size w/d. Normal shower water pressure. Window A/C units were updated, did not constantly switch on and off. A non-issue contrary to earlier reviews. No mildewy smells on towels or sheets; unit seemed very clean and sand-free. (Only small issue--all bed pillows the same type foam, would have preferred diversity/ updates.). Unit has designated parking place about a 50 yd walk. Small quiet complex full of similar units; mostly families and couples when we were there, no noisy people. Internet worked fine--could have worked from here. Fantastic sunsets. Pool about 30 yds from unit. Little kids could play in pool or on beach. Multiple snorkle/fin sets, 3 boogie boards, lots of beach towels, cooler, even beach chairs, all come with unit. Easy drives to Napili, Kaapalua, Lahaina. About 45 -60 minutes to airport on North Coast. Management Co. very responsive. Can check-in late via lock box. This is one of the most positive reviews we have ever written on comparative value for money. Would definitely stay again.

This was a rescheduled trip from 2020 so we were looking for something amazing. This condo has the promised views and great beach access. It’s a little farther from the “beaten path” than we probably intended, but otherwise everything was excellent! We adjusted to the extra 15-20 minutes to get back to Lahaina proper and all was great.
