We had a wonderful stay at this amazing unit. The view was incredible from the living room level and the master bedroom level. Kitchen and bathroom appeared to be recently remodeled with new appliances. The in-suite washer and dryer were really convenient. The car port was right next to main entry so it was easy to unload and load the luggage. There were plenty of towels in great condition and quality. The chargers for phone and/or camera were quite convenient. We had a great time playing with various board games and the record player was quite memorable -- I've never seen one before except in movies. Playing Ed Sheeran on a record was amazing. It reminded me how much we've relied on digital technology and all the time wasted on internet and social media. This was a place to put all that away for a brief moment. Jenn was an amazing host and she was readily available via text. The property grounds were well maintained. Trash and recycle bins were emptied in the common area. We didn't get to use the beach due to the winter high tides, but it would have been a wonderful place to build sand castles and snorkel.Thank you for a wonderful memory in Maui.

We had a great stay! Beds were comfortable, excellent AC and water pressure, and the beach gear was so handy. The My Perfect Stays team was very attentive to texts and needs. I wish it was a little more updated and could use a real deep clean, but it fills all our needs for a vacation spot in Maui! Kahana Sunset is a cute little community with BBQ, pools and beachfront spots. Great location close to Napili and Ka'anapali! Would recommend to anyone.

The location was great, it was central to many places and it was a quiet neighborhood. The views each morning were beautiful and it was wonderful falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. We were even able to see whales from our top balcony. The condo was nice and clean and the host was very responsive. The kitchen wasn’t fully stocked though for a family of 7, which is the occupancy. It was missing enough utensils for everyone and some other key items, like pot holders, if you planned to cook to cook meals in the condo like we did. The viewing area of the bay offered beautiful views and the pool was very nice. At the time of year we stayed (December) the beach was inaccessible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found it very comfortable and roomy for a family of seven.

Host was welcoming. The condo had a strange smell to it when we arrived. Hardly any toiletries ( paper) in the unit. Beach chairs were old and ripped. Unit has a good supply of kitchen utensils ect. It was clean. Could be cleaner in the bathrooms. Some of the plug in outlets did not really work well. Just seems as though the owner may need to come and look into some small items to be updated. Tv was very slow to turn on. The complex itself was very nice and clean. Quiet.

We have stayed at the Kahana Sunset many times. The beach is mostly gone but the pool and grounds are still incredible. Unit C3 has a wonderful view. We love to pick up seafood at a nearby market and grill seaside in the reading area. The Hula Hideaway folk were great to work with.

Kahana Sunset c3 is a great value. The complex is quiet and well-maintained with ocean access and decent swimming and snorkeling opportunities. The 2-story, 2-bed, 2-bath condo is clean, spacious, and stocked with beach and ocean equipment. The air conditioning splits in both bedrooms and the main living area are a great amenity!The complex is a short drive from great food options like Miso Phat and The Gazebo, and several grocery stores are within a short drive. I saw some people walking to Kahana, but I would recommend driving due to the lack of sidewalks. The complex has a mix of 1-bed and multi-bed units. There are 4 grills available for residents and tenants and there is a dedicated parking space right outside the front door of the condo.The sea wall provides an unobstructed sunset view and you can see Molokai and Lanai from there too. There is a small, but very clean pool, and plenty of space to throw a football around.The property management company is responsive and we have very few issues, most of which we dealt with on our own. Be advised, there are a lot of steps, so this is not great for less-mobile people, but I recommend the condo for families and couples who want a more affordable and chill location than the Ka’anapali resorts.

We had a wonderful stay under the warm Hawaiian sun. The condo itself was lovely, very clean, and well equipped, with two balconies offering stunning views. The beds were comfortable, and the entire place felt quiet and relaxing — perfect for unwinding.We did experience an issue with the air conditioning, but as soon as we called, a technician arrived within 30 minutes. He completed the necessary maintenance and solved the problem in less than three hours. After that, the AC worked perfectly for the rest of our stay, which we truly appreciated.The kitchen had most of what we needed, but a few basic essentials were missing, such as salt and pepper, cooking oil, aluminum foil, and maybe a small cooler bag. We also noticed there were only four forks available. None of these were major issues, but adding these small items would make the experience even better for future guests.Overall, we had an excellent stay and truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely come back without hesitation.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Kahana Sunset. The unit was just as pictured. We loved the pool and kiddie pool in the complex and we were often the only ones there. There is a water filling station by the pool which is a nice touch. Parking right outside the door cannot be beat. Beds were comfortable, all amenities were provided including some great beach gear. This was our first stay in the Napili area and we will definitely be back. Hopefully for another stay in this unit! Thank you for a wonderful trip.

The location was great, with beautiful view of the ocean, the property dose have beach access, but sea is pretty rough where the propertt is so excercise caution if you're planning to use the beach. The pool , bbq and amenities were top notch and well maintained. The host was very friendly and easy to contact. Lots of things to do near the property. The apartment was a little dated, but it was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a great vacation!

Peaceful vacation in paradise! We absolutely loved this property located right on the ocean with a private beach steps from your condo. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and the beach chairs were a nice touch. We will definitely book this condo next year! The beautiful grounds were a bonus with papayas, bananas and even an herb garden. The snorkeling is great a few yards from the beach and we had daily swims with the turtles in front of the property.

Everything was clean and well-appointed and the AC units in the bedrooms were essential for a comfortable night's sleep. This was a third visit to the beautiful place. We enjoy the secluded complex away from all the hustle and bustle of the larger resorts. Lynn's unit is beautifully furnished with everything you would expect to find in your own home. Lynn provides an extensive list of local restaurants, shops and activities which makes planning easy. The oceanfront corner unit is quiet and private... no better place to watch turtle, whales and capture the fabulous sunsets.

Nice unit in great location. Everything was fine except for the musty, rank odor in the unit. We can’t recommend staying here unless the carpet in the bedroom is replaced with a tile or LVP. Management claimed they could not smell anything. We did not want to waste any more of our limited time on Maui so we stayed put and made the most of it. The management company was very responsive otherwise and addressed other issues very quickly.

Noticing for the beach. We bought chairs and left them at the property.
Kitchen was not well stocked with every day items.
No laundry basket. The front desk was able to provide one for us.
Need new screens on the guest bedroom and front door. Was repaired same day. The window in the guest bedroom did not close all the way. Geckos 🦎 kept coming in the room.
Main bedroom shower door never did close all the way. Was off the track.
We will be back but will not rent that condo again.

The view of the ocean was so smazing. We could see turtles swimming and surfacing for air. Every evening we enjoyed watching the sunset with the island as a backdrop. The rainbows were also lovely. Last year when we stayed her we saw a moonbow-magical.

We arrived with our two 10 year old grandchildren. They were very happy to run to the deck to spot their first turtle, one of many sightings. Beautiful sunsets looking out to Molokai . We did some snorkeling in the bay Until the big waves arrived. Then they turned to the pool and were very happy. The grounds keepers surprised them by cutting down some bananas and papayas for them. All in all a comfortable and happy experience.

Lynn's place is INCREDIBLE! We thought we had died and gone to heaven during the week we stayed there. We loved watching the sunsets every night from the unit/lanai. Lynn was so great to deal with, she answered all questions before our arrival and even ordered a brand new umbrella for us to use during our stay. There was a backup person available if she was hard to reach. We felt so well taken care of! The location of her unit is the best I've ever seen, and it has a sandy (swimmable) beach, pool, and BBQ facilities. There are lounge chairs all around the pool and grass that are positioned under palm trees that face the ocean. It's SO dreamy! We were there the week of Aug. 9-17 and the place was virtually empty! I'm not sure if that was due to school back in session or if it's just a hidden gem. There was a bit of a swell the first few days of our stay and the waves pounded the beach but we loved the sound. There were people staying in the unit next to us that have been coming to this place for years and they told us that turtles come up to the reef below our deck in the afternoon and feed on the reef. Due to the big swell, we didn't see turtles doing this but hope to come back someday and experience that. We were able to go to other (more sheltered) coves and snorkel on the swell days. The swell calmed down after 2 days and we swam at our beach! We all enjoyed the pool on the property too - it's simple but functional. We'll definitely be back!

We saw dolphins and rainbows right from our balcony. The kids enjoyed the pool for many hours. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. Perfect location for accessing multiple snorkeling beaches on the northwest corner of Maui. Property managers were responsive and communicated often. Property grounds are well cared for and very pretty. Switches are labeled. Kitchen appliances were appreciated. A few items in the fridge, ice in the freezer, and AC was on before we arrived made us feel welcome.

We had a big party of 6 and this condo met all of our needs. We love the view, the beach. The morning showers and mountain views while the sun shined the rest of the day. Condo was clean and well kept. If we had one complaint it would be the king bed in the master it has a dip on one side nearest to the closet that yoy sink in and it was cery uncomfortable to sleep on. So we would recommend a new mattress. But everything else was wonderful!
