You won’t be disappointed if you rent Kahana Sunset B4B! The view from the lanai is amazing. All the furnishings inside are coordinated and the kitchen is.more than adequate. The bedroom is very spacious. We also found chairs and an umbrella for beach use. We were definitely pleased.

You’ll have everything you need for a great vacation . Quality furnishings and a very well maintained complex that is close to shopping and jumping off points for tours . Dina was very helpful with advice and recommendations. Nice pool and grounds . There were five of us (Four staying at the condo). Excellent kitchen to save some on eating out. Thanks again .

Kahana Sunset is the perfect spot for families in Maui and this property checks all of the boxes! The unit is fully equipped and the property has both a pool and ocean access. Can't wait to visit again!

This property was perfect for our family of 5 (3 teens). We loved the quiet location with easy access to the pool, beaches, a great view, etc…Communication with our host was easy and efficient. Lots of storage, towels, etc…
Would be nice to have some basic supplies like cling wrap and foil, salt, sugar, etc…included (some spices and coffee filters were left).
Thanks for a great time…we hope to be back some day!!

My first impression was how clean this unit was. Onsite and nearby amenities are great. Not your typical big name resort with onsite restaurants and activities. Definitely more low-key and relaxing.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo during the week of Christmas 2023. The property is just as advertised in the listing. The unit is thoughtfully stocked with everything you will need and many other extras. Location is nice - quiet area, less than a mile from Napili beach and shopping and restaurants at Napili plaza. Kaanapali beach and Whaler’s village are an easy 15 minute drive away. You will enjoy your stay in this unit.

Our family of four (two children aged 9 and 12) stayed comfortably over the past week and had the best time. Location is fantastic in relation to everything on west/north Maui but away from the crowds. The facilities (pool/lawn/grills/etc) were clean, very well maintained and entertaining for all. The condo was comfortable and well equipped— especially for us since we do almost all of our own cooking (with local market finds) any time we are on the island. We are already plotting a return. Nothing could have been better.

We had an absolute blast on our trip to Maui. Condo was perfect for our family of five. My wife and I and 3 boys ages 14,18 and 21. Had amazing views of the ocean right from our balconies. They also had beach stuff you could use. 3 chairs, 2 boogie boards and a cooler. Used them everyday!

Loved our stay at D11! The condo and property were perfect for our family. The beds slept well, it was easy to cook in the well outfitted kitchen. There was a good selection of books to enjoy (and more updated tvs than the pictures show!) Kids loved the pool and beach/ocean even tho the waves were pretty strong during our stay. Saw a couple turtles also.
The property was absolutely beautiful and was so relaxing. Overall our stay exceeded our expectations and we hope to come back again!

It is the 2 time we went to kahana sunset, we rented unit A4 and A5 for 9 nights.Unit A4 is a lovely and well taken care place whis a new kitchen and all the amenities you need and more , Bedrooms and bathroom are nice and clean. I absolutely recommend that place. A5 was not the same ,the kitchen is old and stock sadly, the pits and pan's are old and not usable, Handel's faling of ,no proper lits old used and dirty amenities. The place needs work,A/C is noisy ,screen door falling out of frame. And the list goes on. If taken plenty of pics and videos as prove. I complained to Sullivan and they refunded 1 day of stay. I payed over $13.000 for 9 nights for the 2 apartments $6500 each ,bud the different between the apartments are day and night. I would book A4 again In A heartbeat but not A5

We had a wonderful time at this property. The owner and property management company exceeded our expectations with communication and kindness.
The unit is exactly as described. You walk in, the kitchen is right there, and that morphs into a dining room and open space with a tv with cable. A wonderful outdoor patio overlooks a green space/part of the pool/part of the ocean.
All bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. You walk up a small flight of stairs and then the rooms split at the top. The master bedroom was perfect - and had a great view of the ocean from the upstairs patio.
The guest bedroom was perfect for our family - with a queen bed and twin bed, with an ensuite bathroom.
There are no bathrooms downstairs - FYI.
They had beach toys and 2 beach chairs for use. We didn't notice until afterwards but there were community boogie boards out by a dining area.
The pool was nice - it was not heated which took a little adjustment but by the time we left, it felt warm. The little smaller pool - from the photo, we thought it was a hot tub, but is actually a kiddie pool. No hot tub.
The ocean is an extremely short walk. During November, the waves were very strong and we were not able to spend much time at the beach at the unit. But I understand that at different times of the year, you can. We ended up spending a lot of time at Kapalua Bay which was a less than 5 minute drive from the unit.
We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend!

What an amazingly relaxing stay. The location was clean, specious, well stocked with household items, and very inviting. The essential household items were perfect to cook meals. Steps away from a private beach to cool down, tan in the sun, or watch the honus (Hawaiian sea turtles). In the evening, if the beach wasn't enough, the pool was available. From the master bedroom, we could see the other island and the ocean. There was no traffic to be heard, only the chirps of birds and the rolling of the waves. We can't wait to come back.

We had the best stay at this beautiful property. Host was overly accommodating. Everything was exactly as pictured and listed. Beds were super comfortable and clean and the AC worked great. Very clean and organized with helpful directions for everything. We were appreciative to have use of the beach equipment and access to do laundry as needed in the unit. The two decks were the cherry on the top! Highly recommend and would love to come back in the future! Thank you for sharing this hidden gem with us!

What a perfect setting for a fun, relaxing week in Maui. Amazing sunset views every night, the pool at the property was very nice and the private white sand beach was great. The accommodations at the Condo were just as described with no problems with WIFI and Cable TV (ample channels as well). Previous guests had apparently taken the BBQ utensils and Mick promptly delivered me a new set. Kudos to her as well as Myra and Carlin pre-vacation. We will be back!

There are lots of stairs around resort and no elevators so if you are not very mobile this might not be the right spot for you!

Our family of 5 stayed at C5 and it was such a great condo!! We had a great time on this property. We really enjoyed the beach on the property. Its close proximity to Napili Bay was perfect. We walked for coffee nearby at the Napili Coffee Store daily. The condo itself was very clean, beautifully updated and comfortable. The beds were great. We all slept perfect. I’d highly recommend this condo.

The condo was clean and well stocked, it was perfect for the three of us to get away from our duties of working in the fire area of Lahaina and to relax and recharge. The location could not have been better, it was close to our base camp of operations, close to the church (Sacred Hearts Mission Church), and close to a shopping area that had a market and restaurants. Especially enjoyed Joey’s for their fish tacos among other things.
We give it 5 Stars and would diffidently stay here again!

We were in B10 and the views of the sunset were just beautiful!! The condo was clean and well kept. Everything functioned and it was just lovely! We will definitely stay here again!! The little beach on the property was perfect for our group of teenagers to have a blast on!! We would make dinner and have it on the community patio and watch the sunset and check out the sea life. My sisters stayed in B4 and my niece and her family stayed in C5 and they were all great!! It was a wonderful family trip!!

We have so much fun when we stayed in Kahana Sunset C7. It has so much home vibes that we were able to rest and prepare home cook meals when we were on vacation. The location was very nice and it has a beach front access where you can sea turtles in the morning. Watching the sunset was perfect and just enjoying the pool was a plus. We had a hard time checking in but the property management were very helpful and was able to assists us asap.

Kahana Sunset provided a really enjoyable stay for us. The grounds were very well tended and offered a family friendly environment. Lots of green space and lanai. The management was easy to communicate with checking in and out. It's a great place to stay on the west side without being in a high rise...less commercial and cozier and the people who work there are super friendly and share lots of aloha. (They passed out fresh bananas and limes from the property when we were having coffee on our lanai.) The beach might be smaller, but it was perfectly suited to watch the sunsets or take a quick dip. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and so many turtles were visible every day. Also, if you want to go to church, there's a really sweet local one right above the property called Door of Faith.

What a wonderful location. It was so nice watching the whales breach and turtles swim in the bay. Rooms were comfortable and it's a perfect setup for a family of four. Views are spectacular and the location is ideal for this side of the island.

Roomy, comfortable unit with most everything we needed, including beach and snorkeling gear. Nicely remodeled condo with a 2- minute walk to the beach and walkable to a few restaurants. Furniture was comfortable and lanai had peekaboo ocean view. We could sit outside and watch the birds and chickens strut by all day. Ronnie was super responsive to our questions and flexible when we needed to change plans. We originally had booked a unit of his in West Maui and had to adjust due to the Lahaina fire.

We loved our stay! The property and condo were amazing! The landscaping on the property is a tropical garden setting. The beach is fantastic with turtles all over.
We were able to cook in the well equipped kitchen and dine on the patio!
The unit was supplied with a pack and play crib and a table top booster seat and tray.
