We had a wonderful stay at Jenn's condo in Napili. A great location, space, combination of pool, beach and ocean views in one place is hard to come by. The proximity to good food and great coffee could not be beat. I can't recommend this place enough. Jenn thank you for allowing us to have an amazing family vacation on Maui!

I can't speak highly enough about this wonderful slice of heaven.
The condo complex is absolutely lovely. It is quiet and filled with the most wonderful people/neighbors. The snorkeling and paddle boarding was so great and the pool was so wonderful for our children ages 10 months, 4 years, and 6 years.
The condo was clean and incredibly well stocked. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were so nice. Lots of linens and beach supplies. Beautiful view of the ocean and we saw whales everyday at dinner.
The condo complex was in an adorable neighborhood and super close to Napili Beach which was amazing.
The owner was incredibly responsive and just really great to work with.
Just super amazing. We booked next years visit and stay the day after we got home!

We enjoyed our time in the condo. Jenn was very responsive to questions and issues when they arose. It was well furnished and had lots of little extras that were a nice surprise.
The Napili Market was walking distance and the Times Supermarket about a 10 minute drive. I would recommend them over Target for essentials that you might need.
We could only use the beach once as there were high surf advisories and wind advisories a good portion of the time we were there. There were plenty of chaises to use at the complex and the bbq worked well. The pool wasn't busy.
My only complaint is there is quite a bit of noise from the parking lot and some of the neighbors at the time. You could only hear them from the downstairs.

We loved our stay! Turtles came right up on the beach. It was very relaxing. Property was very clean and as described. The beach gear was a nice touch. The beach is a little rough for swimming or snorkeling, but gorgeous for watching the sunset. We would go back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was exactly as advertised. The grounds were beautiful and well kept and the pool was great. Property was quiet which is what we were looking for. The only small disappointment was the onsite beach which was unusable during half our visit due to the large waves that eliminated the beach. This wasn’t a big deal because there were many other amazing beaches within 5-10 minutes from the property. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo unit itself was clean, updated, roomy, and was comfortably able to fit our family of 5. The king sized bed in the master suit was a treat, as was having two bathrooms, and laundry facilities. The "kids" room (a single and double bed), was perfectly decorated and very inviting for our children. Appliances were updated and functioned well. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The pool was clean, not crowded, and a perfect cool off spot for our children. There is a small sandy beach, with great snorkling right off the beach. We saw huge turtles in the water each time we went out! The location is nice, as it is quiet, but not too far from grocery stores, etc. in town. We used it as home base for exploring the entire island. The owners checked in through e-mail to make sure we were comfortable, and have been quick to answer our e-mails. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend "Paradise Found" to others.

Great location with beautiful ocean views from first and second floors. Condo was well equipped with everything you could need while on vacation. Renter was easy to work with and responded quickly to messages. Condo grounds are very well kept and beach area is great for families. Additionally you are close to Napili and Kapalua Bay, which are know for great snorkeling. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was amazing the pictures didn’t do it justice, the owner Jenn was very helpful sent us loads of recommendations to keep us busy when we were there, along with great directions on how to get to where we needed to be, views were stunning from the property and would stay again without hesitation, self check in was straight forward which was brilliant as we got there really late, a holiday none of the family will forget. The place was very nice. It was a wonderful location and we met a lot of great people. I was a little surprised that we were not right on the beech. The pictures were a little deceptive. They made us feel like we would be walking right out of the property on to the beech. This property is up the hill a bit.

Our first time visiting Hawaii with our friends, Jenn is absolutely amazing, response quickly and communicated well . What a wonderful VRBO experience for us. We arrived after dark on a Thursday for a long holiday weekend. The house was spotless. We cooked a couple meals at the house and found the kitchen to have everything you could need.
The location is perfect for accessing beautiful beaches and amazing restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the views were amazing. We would not hesitate to rent this beautiful property again when in Maui

Just got back from one of our best family trips! Our stay with our 2 adult daughters was wonderful! The condo is in a great location and we felt at home immediately. We explored the island, but we also enjoyed our relaxing days when we stayed at “our” beach and read books on the lounge chairs poolside and grilled dinner on the premises. On our last morning I saw a whale breach from the lanai! I would not hesitate to recommend and I hope to stay again!

I hadn't been to Maui in over 20 years and wanted something close to Kaanapali without being on the main beach. We were a very short drive from there as well as Lahaina.
Communication with the owners was on point. Very clear directions to location, for check in/ check out and amenities close to the property.
The condo was very clean and well appointed. The pictures are accurate. We traveled with 4 adults and a 10 month old and had plenty of space.
The building was set back with another one in front. The view from the living area was partially blocked, but the view from the master bedroom was stunning.
We had a Toyota 4 Runner and the parking space was tight (as most are anywhere you go in Maui). You will need to finagle a bit with parking to let passengers out and/or have to deal with a car seat for an infant. This is not a huge deal.
The pool was warm and clean and there were plenty of chairs out for enjoying the lawn/pool area. We used the bbq's twice for dinner which was great and also allowed us to meet others staying there.
The beach had limited access when we were there due to rough waters. We couldn't really snorkel in the cove, but that was due to weather. All of the beaches we went to during our stay had rough waters. The sand in the cove was actually washed away the night before we left. We did get to enjoy watching sea turtles swim in the cove on a daily basis!
There were beach towels, 4 beach chairs and snorkel equipment (we couldn't use unfortunately).
There is a market close by for supplies as well as a couple food establishments.
We would return and stay there again!

Wonderful location with private access to a small private cove. We rented paddle board/windsurfer and could store equipment on the lanai then walk it straight to the water. Unit had all the amenities we needed. Beds were comfortable. Only tricky part was the stairs. To reach the bedrooms you walk up half a flight of stairs and turn to the right or left and walk up a few more stairs. Not a problem for our family with older kids, but I can see it being inconvenient with the littles. Overall, a great place and we had a lovely time.

Communication from Jenn is excellent and honest right through our stay. The Condo is open and pleasantly breezy when we desired it, with the sliding door closed thee was no breeze - we tried it once, better with the breeze :). Appliances met our need for a family of 4 and though smaller were appropriate to the unit.
View in the pictures does not really do this space justice, it's less than 100 yards to the beach and 50 to the pool(s). plenty of beach chairs to share for both. Snorkeling was amazing at this beach with lots of rocks for fish and turtles (I saw turtles on every snorkel - which I did every day!) My son fished from the rocks very successfully (and released them all). Parking is RIGHT AT THE DOOR which is unique in HI. There was a loud group in our building which we could hear in the parking lot but not in the condo - good thing. We met many nice people in the adjacent units, used the very convenient grills (there are at least 6) that are thoughtfully set up on the property with tables beachside. 5 minute ride to the golf at Kapalua and about 20 to old town Lahaina.
I look forward to staying here again when we return to Maui!

This property was so nice and the location can’t be beat. Everything that was listed on the VRBO page was spot on. If we needed anything Jenn was immediately available. You can’t beat the ocean views from the deck. Watching the whales breach everyday was incredible. My family keeps asking when we can come back and we haven’t even left yet.

The Condo complex is a perfect setup for enjoying both the ocean & pool. Despite being full, it never felt crowded on the grounds. The unit itself is a little dated but the pictures are accurate. It is right across from the housekeeping storage room so there was some noise in the early morning on the parking lot facing bedroom. But not a big deal. We found all the beds very comfortable and slept well every night. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. We really appreciated having a cooler and 4 beach chairs for our island adventures. We had a wonderful week & can’t wait to come back.

This lovely condo has 2 balconies from which you can see whales, rainbows, and perfect Maui sunsets. There are gas grills on the beautifully landscaped property where you can grill up a quick dinner. The private beach is small but perfect for swimming and snorkeling, and there are big sea turtles and colorful fish there. The condo was clean and well appointed for a comfortable stay, check in was easy, Jenn was very responsive. We would love to stay here again the time we are in Maui!

We loved the private beach, the swimming pool, watching the whales at any hour of the day from the deck, the sunsets and the quietness of the location.
We enjoyed many evenings of wine & cheese with the sunsets & the whales.
Our teenager, and families with younger kids had fun at the pool & the private clean beach.
We even had a turtle swim within a few feet of us in the ocean.
Great owner communication—emails quickly answered throughout rental process & for visit checkin and checkout process.

The location was perfect - a 10 minute walk to Napili Plaza for groceries, coffee, and restaurants. The place was wonderful, a private beach which is wonderful for sunsets. Any minor hiccups/issues were resolved immediatley by Jenn who was extremely easy to contact and communicate with.
Check in and check out where seamless, Jenn provides a very clear and concise checklist and instruction document which also included some wonderful reccomendations from food to activities.
AC units for the hotter months is definetly a must! Jenn has some available for rent at a very reasonable price.

It was cleaned well, but the updates in the listing were over-stated. Furniture was nice but bathrooms badly in need of refurb. Same with kitchen. Not fun to cook in. Door slats let bugs in and in bad shape. View was nice. No problems with check-in or parking or security. Appreciated the use of beach towels and chairs. Nice location.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The condo had many provided items for use at the beach (cooler, chairs, insulated bag) which was really nice! The property pool and access to the beach is conveniently only a very short distance from the condo. The bbq areas were plentiful and kept very clean. Many families can grill and all times and there was plenty of room for everyone. The property manager left the AC units in the condo for our stay, which we were originally told weren't usually in there. Im.so very thankful because the heat would have been very difficult to tolerate for us without them!

The condo was in a perfect location. Close to what we wanted to see and do. It has a private beach with lots to see if you want to snorkel. We swam with turtles and lots of different fish right on the beach. The pool was perfect it never really got over packed since the complex is smaller. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was super nice during our stay, she checked to see that we had all we needed and had great suggestions for places to eat and shop. Overall a perfect vacation. I would definitely recommend this condo or anyone looking to stay in this area.

This is a great condo for families and groups looking to stay near Napili and Kapalua. The kitchen is a good size and you can definitely cook a whole meal there if needed. There’s a private beach and pool for the complex and everything is maintained beautifully. The bathrooms in the unit are a bit small but we really loved the rain shower head in the master bath. The owner provided ample instructions and info on the condo and the surrounding area. Loved that there were beach chairs and water toys and floaties and snorkel gear at the condo for us! Thank you for providing your condo it was really a great place for my group and I as we celebrated our friend’s marriage! Highly recommend and will stay here again if we make it back to Maui.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The unit is exactly as described and the grounds are immaculate, not to mention incredibly tropical! The BBQ area is in excellent condition and super clean. We enjoyed being able to walk right down to the private beach that had great waves and swimming for all ages. The views from the lanai were breathtaking. The only downside to our stay was the heat. It got pretty hot in the unit without an A/C. We had family staying in another unit in the same complex and they did have AC and it really made a big difference. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Maui!

We loved our stay at Kahana Sunset! We didn't want to leave and miss it so much already. The ocean sounds while sleeping were heavenly. Had everything you can imagine you would need and more. The ocean was rough but we managed to get in a few days and swim with the turtles, yay!! Oh and the whales even put on a show for us!
The whole process was very smooth and the owners were great! Can't wait to come back!

This was our first visit to Maui and the location was perfect. We traveled with another couple and we had plenty of room/privacy. The Kahana Sunset condo area is nice as it has a small private beach unlike some of the surrounding homes/condos. In our opinion, it was a nice mix of being close to things while not feeling crowded or too busy. We enjoyed listening to the ocean and having meals and drinks in the fresh air. We had a couple maintenance issues pop up while we were there (smoke alarm battery, etc) but they were handled quickly. We miss it already!

We were very impressed with our entire experience staying in "Paradise Found" at Kahana Sunset. It was easy dealing with the owners and they were very responsive and accommodating.
The unit itself was clean, well equipped and wonderfully suited for our family of 5. All 3 kids stayed comfortably in the second bedroom, while my husband and I enjoyed the Master. I felt very safe here and we left the master balcony screen door open at night to enjoy the gentle breezes and sounds of the ocean. We never found it too hot in the unit and therefore didn't bother using the sunshades on the balcony. You can get a great cross breeze and all rooms have ceiling fans. My husband BBQ'ed every evening. The kids loved the pool. Walking out to the cove to do turtle spotting was a daily highlight. Little extras in the condo were appreciated like beach towels, a large cooler, beach toys, etc.
There is one row of condo's in front of this unit, but even on the lower balcony off the living room, you can still see the ocean over the rooftops in front. The view from the upper balcony of the Master is even better. We could spot whales swimming off in the distance. Eating dinner outside whilst enjoying the sunset was our daily routine. The price of this unit was very affordable for the size of the unit and location - a great deal. We would absolutely return and definitely recommend.
The only reason for the 4 stars (and beyond owner's control) was the ocean conditions at the private beach at Kahana Sunset, likely due to the time of year we visited (Dec 26-Jan 8). Waves were rough and sadly we didn't spend much time swimming here. We packed up the gear and ventured off to calmer waters - Napili Bay just down the road and Kama'ole Beach Park III (Kam 3) in Kihei. We also did road trips to snorkel at Olowalu and Honolua Bay (big rocky beach - be warned, but great snorkelling). We did see some people in the ocean at Kahana Sunset, but my inexperienced ocean swimmers (girls aged 6, 9 and 11) found the waves too intense here.
We were all very sad to leave and already dreaming about returning! Mahalo!

We had a amazing vacation in Maui. The condo has everything we needed. Updated and beautiful with a stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. We used the deck off the main floor every day for lunch, grilling fresh fish on the BBQs in the complex. The sunshade clips up as an awning to shade us from the noon sun on the deck. (We didn't notice this until the second day, so suggested to the owner to post it on the check in letter). The views of the ocean and the other island were spectacular, so we decided to eat in rather than go out for lunches. A perfect mid-day break from the beach.
The condo has amazing views of sunset and really is only steps to the ocean. We are already planing our next visit!

This is my second time staying in this Kahana Sunset unit. I love the layout, privacy and space. Perfect place for swimming in cove or pool. We love to be able to walk to the market, coffee or the infamous Gazebo Restaurant for breakfast. Will return again soon!

The location was beautiful and the bay was amazing! Great snorkelling. Turtles seen every day! The unit was too hot! No air conditioning. It was difficult to sleep at night. The fridge was too tiny and did not accommodate a Costco shop. The washing machine is in the kitchen and there isnt enough room to open the fridge completely. The biggest downfall was how hot it was in he unit. Otherwise, it had everything we needed. Was clean and updated. Jen was very accommodating and easy to deal with.

We really enjoyed our week at your lovely home! They layout of your Condo was perfect. My wife an I in the Master Bedroom and our daughter her husband and 2 small kids in the other. So happy you have the "pack and play" for the 6 month old. The Kahana Sunset Grounds were beautifully kept and the pool was always immaculate. The BBQ facility was clean and the BBQ's themselves were brand new.
A short drive to the Napili Market and Times Market and a few minutes further to Lahaina fulfilled all our shopping needs.
We'll definitely consider checking your condo availability next trip to Maui!

We stayed here this April for the 7 nights and absolutely loved it! Jenn was an excellent host and we couldn't of asked for much more out of the place/location. Walking distance to a local coffee shop, grocery store/shops and driving distance to everything else that we needed. The location is very private which we loved, and never felt crowded by the pool, or beach. Its really like you have a personal slice of paradise to yourself. Plenty to do on that side of the island and having a rental car for the entire time made for some awesome days exploring and site seeing. Highly recommend, the value for what we got was unreal!

Wonderfully equipped condo, ideally situated with a beautiful balcony off the master bedroom. Everything was organized and ready for weary travellers ... coffee, towels etc ... all the things that ease the transition from traveller to resident. Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable bathroom facilities. We felt right at home ... grocery store within walking distance along with coffee shop in the little strip mall nearby. The grounds are very well maintained with a beautiful beach with sea turtles nearby.

Our family absolutely loved this gem of a place! We had a wonderful family holiday and would highly recommend this unit. The description and photos on the website were accurate. The unit is so well equipped, clean, spacious, and modern. The place is clean and family friendly. The beach is beautiful and secluded with lots of sea life and great waves for the kids. The sunsets are breathtaking. The location was perfect. There are local shops a short walk away for groceries, coffee and lunch/dinner; plus, Costco and other big stores are only about a 40 minutes drive away. It surpassed our expectations. The owners were great to work with and very responsive when we had questions. Our family will definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

If you are looking for a spacious, clean and inviting place to stay in Maui, this is your place. My husband, 2 year old son and I enjoyed our time in your condo. I was impressed by the cleanliness, the grounds (steps away from the beach) and amenities (BBQ, pool and hot tub). My son was able to run around and play on the deck while we were inside. We loved the updated kitchen and washer and dryer. The rooms were lovely especially the master bedroom and the addtional deck upstairs. The views were fabulous and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Jenn. The staff at the condo complex were very nice and helpful too. Mahalo.

We have been visiting HI for 30 years, and this was our favorite place to stay so far. The complex is a hidden gem, with a pristine private beach and close to some of the best restaurants on the island. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and two beautiful lanais overlooking the ocean. And the care with which the owner, Jenn, takes is evident. It is even lovelier inside than the pictures would indicate. We plan on returning next year!

I could not have asked for a better place to stay in Maui! Kahana Sunset is a beautiful well maintained complex with a gorgeous white sandy beach that we often only shared with 1-2 families during our week long stay there. Everything from the friendly management, to the sparkling pool with views of the ocean (the 2 ft heated wading pool was perfect for my 1 year old!), to the shaded open to the complex gazebo with a lending library and outdoor grills, to the outstanding views from the 2 lanai's was perfect.
This was our first visit to Maui, and I searched for weeks to find the right place for my family (3 adults and 4 yr old and 1 year old) - this particular very nicely updated unit was everything that it was described to be and more. Jenn the owner is gracious and kind, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay and that she answered any questions we had. It truly felt like I was staying at the home of a friend! The location of this unit in my opinion is one of the best in the whole complex - it only has 1 building in front of it that is on a slope as to not obstruct the view and allows for more privacy and quiet than the building that is right on the beach.
My 4 yr old son loved the sand toys, Wii and family DVD's in the unit, and I loved the well stocked kitchen and the convenient (new) washer and dryer! We all enjoyed the comfortable beds and breakfast on the lanai every morning. We are very happy to have decided to stay here vs a hotel or a larger condo complex - I can't imagine staying anywhere else if we are fortunate enough to return to beautiful Maui!

We are 2 adults and 4 young children who just returned from a week's stay in unit E9. It was perfect for us: spacious, clean, nicely appointed, two large patios, sunset views of ocean and Molokai, great breezes, everything worked, owners were nice and accomodative to all requests. It was just a few steps from the door to the quiet sandy beach that lays sequestered in an attractive cove bounded by rocky penninsulas. Right in front of the beach there is good snorkling and huge friendly turtles. The warm pool was just a few steps as well. The unit had beach toys, umbrellas, and snorkles. The complex also had an assortment of floatation devices, boogie boards, chairs, etc... in a cabinet by the beach that residents can use. Kids liked the fact there was Wifi a Wii system with lots of games.
Because it is a relatively small complex on a private cove where all other properties are larger single family homes there are no crowds. Waters were calm enough that even our kindergartner could snorkle, swim, and play without concern. The complex is well kept with nice landscaping, BBQs, outside lounging areas, friendly residents and guests. If you enjoy the congested Kaapillani highrise scene, it sits a few miles to the south and is easily accessible. Many of the best beaches on the island are very close by. The Napili Plaza shopping center is very close and has a supermarket, dive shops, and most all other necessities.
We didn't have any complaints.
Oh yeah... we loved the fact the door had a coded lock. Once the kids each memorized the code they could come and go as they pleased (safe complex). Plus, no worries about carrying a key when you are out and about.
All in all we'd highly recommend it.

My family and I just had a fantastic vacation experience at this Kahana Sunset Condo. We stayed for a week and the whole experience was great. The condo was within steps of the beautiful beach and the snorkeling there was the best we found on the island. We swam with sea turtles every day and even saw a giant bat ray there. My kids are 13 and 8 and they said this was their best trip ever. The pool was clean and beautiful and the condo was great. The condo had everything and more! Fully stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 ocean view lanai's to relax on. They even have a Wii for kids and lots of sand,snorkel and pool toys. Jenn the owner made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us to make sure we were completely satisfied. She went above and beyond. My family and I traveled the whole island and we think this is the best place to stay by far. Very close to Lahaina too. We will be highly recommending this place to others and we will be coming back for sure. We couldn't be more satisfied. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation!

Thank you for allowing us to get in so quickly! We had a great time, loved the complex and your unit was so great, spotless! Just what we needed and hoped to have! Swimming with the turtles down at the beach was so neat and our evenings on the lanai were so relaxing. We enjoyed the master with the sliders open each night so we could sleep to the surf. We are hoping we can do it again next year! Will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.
