We stayed late Oct of 2023 with my family which included my parents, and my sister and her family, including three girls between 9 and 12 years old. The condo couldn't have been a better fit for our group. The inside was gorgeous and looked exactly like the photos online, everything was in pristine condition and any questions I had were responded to immediately by the owner. The parking was easy and there was a wonderful Beach cafe on property that served delicious food. The private beach was well loved by our kids and we had several turtle sightings. The only complaint i have is that we had to leave and go home. :( I highly recommend staying at this property!

We loved staying at Cynthia’s penthouse property. The location was perfect, right on the beach, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The unit itself had everything we needed, including a kitchen with all cookware and dining ware, and beach gear. We were a family of 6 and everyone had their own space which was nice. We definitely appreciated the in-unit laundry. My husband and I took the main floor bedroom overlooking the ocean - fell asleep and woke up to the sounds of waves. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

Centrally located to area activities, comfortable and roomy for a group of nine, beautiful beach with three resident turtles.
The condo had everything we needed, including snorkeling gear, beach chairs, beach toys, and more. Full kitchen and BBQ gear for meals at home.
A beautiful place with a spectacular view. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This host went out of their way to give us the in's and out's of not only the property but the island as well. We felt the most genuine ohana! This was a trip to celebrate our daughter's graduation from high school as well as her best friends graduation (even though they live in different states) So needless to say the fact that they had an amazing time was the most important thing to us as parents. Would recommend this property 100 times over, worth every penny!

We stayed for two weeks in this wonderful condo. We had family coming from Australia, CT, WI and NC. It was beautiful, clean and had so many amenities we didn't expect. We loved sitting on the balcony everyday and watching the sea turtles. They had an electric awning that we could use when the sun was to hot. That was a wonderful feature to the condo. The area was super nice and walkable. We loved having the restaurant onsite for happy hour. It was beyond our expectations. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful unit. The kitchen was fantastic with everything we needed to cook when we felt like it. The view from the kitchen sink was amazing. The grills on the resort property were cleaned daily and were very handy for evening meals. We used the beach chairs that come with the unit for the beach at the resort and for nearby Napili Bay. We had 6 people in the unit and there was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy the ocean view and eat together. Overall, we would highly recommend this property.

This property was fantastic for everything we needed. Plenty of space for three couples. The beds were comfortable and the view from the master was amazing. There are places to eat within walking distance, which was a plus when we were tired at the end of the day. The condo had one of the better stocked kitchens that we have had in a rental. There is a great beach about 2 miles down the road and the snorkeling provided the opportunity to see sea turtles and tons of fish. If you want a great place in a great location, this could be your place!

All around excellent experience. The photos and description of the property were quite accurate. The unit was clean and well organized for our week-long Thanksgiving stay. Property is in the Sands of Kahana complex - a penthouse unit. We had 6 adults (husband, wife, 3 daughters and 1 son) and stayed a week. Son had his own place on the second floor loft while the 3 daughters took the room with two beds. We stayed in the first floor primary bedroom, which is the only access to the lanai. All 6 of us thought the unit was perfect for our family. Lots of beach gear and the kitchen had everything you would need. Air conditioning was welcome as it was hot during our stay. The big attraction was the easy access to the beach, which was full of turtles. We would definitely come back here again!

The Sands of Kahana was a perfect location.
Staying here very nice.
This unit owned by Cynthia is very well kept up and they have done a lot to improve their particular unit.
The restaurant on the premises was a plus.
The over-all property is tired looking.

Communication was easy and always had quick response. Check in was easy and quick as we would have loved after long flight. The place is equipped with everything you would need. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment as we would have loved as Maui has many spots to explore. Just to summarize, lovely place for a family to stay in.

We loved the experience and the owner was very helpful and clear! Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (beach equipment, pantry items, kitchen needs, etc.). Minor A/C issues but otherwise was a great place. Great for three couples if you’re ok with sort of limited privacy, and the back bedroom does not have a view the way the other two do. But plenty of space to spread out and a wonderful set up.

Everything about this property was spectacular! From the moment we walked in, we knew that this would be the hardest vacation to leave. Everything from the views, the decor, the open floor plan, the amenities, the location, and the communication was excellent. We had a few typical maintenance issues when we arrived; however, Cynthia was fantastic about communicating and resolving the concerns immediately. She was a wonderful host to the most beautiful home. We would highly recommend this property and hope to revisit it someday very soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The condo had everything you could think of! We swam in the ocean out front and the pool every day, enjoyed sunsets and rainbows off the lanai and saw lots of turtles & fish snorkeling. Events in Lahaina and Kaanapali were a short drive away. Would stay again and will recommend this property to friends!

We shared this penthouse with another family of four and had plenty of room. Kitchen was WELL stocked. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The view though was second to none. They had chairs, tons of towels and everything we would need to enjoy our vacation with friends. Highly recommend.

This home not only had an outstanding view but was spacious, immaculate and offered comfort for a full week's stay. The location and views were better than any other vacation hotel or condo we have ever stayed in on any of the islands. What a wonderful place to stay for our week in Maui! I visited Maui with my mom, my aunt, my two sisters and a wonderful family friend (like another sister to me). This penthouse condo was nicely laid out with respect to bedrooms and bathrooms. It has beautiful views from each of its lanais, gorgeous and comfortable furniture indoors & outdoors, several AC units and ceilng fans, a very easy to use kitchen with so many necessities already stocked and beach equipment for us to use. I cannot say enough great things about this place. We were within walking distance of several great small business restaurants and a short drive to many places to shop. The owner of this place was also very kind, generous and had consistently grear communication throughout our entire process! We will be going back and I do highly recommend staying here!

Thank you for providing such an amazing stay. We loved everything about the beautiful condo, THE VIEW, the updated kitchen with everything we needed, the vaulted ceilings, the privacy of the three rooms and bathrooms, the beach access, the bbq areas and all of the restaurants within in walking distance were top notch. The additional features like beach towels and chairs were greatly appreciated. Hope we get a chance to return one day!

Great place, exactly as described. Beach is uncrowded and calm water, snorkeling was cool. Very comfortable bedrooms, nice patios, great a/c for sleeping. Host Cynthia is very available and prepared us with all we needed to know prior to our arrival and checked in with us to make sure we were doing well. Loved it and would happily stay again.

The property was perfect. Comfortable, clean, well stocked, arranged, and nicely decorated. Every morning the view of the beach and surrounding property was fantastic. The easy access to pool, beach, bar cannot be undervalued. Turtle sightings always a plus.
