This condo was BEAUTIFUL & SPOTLESS!
As a professional commercial photographer I was surprised to see a property that photographed and looked BETTER in person than in the pictures.
Our host had thought of everything…we actually went grocery shopping for some things she had already provided. I can’t think of anything our hosts missed.
The balcony view each morning for coffee and in the evening to watch the sunset was perfection.
What a plus having a washer/dryer in the unit!
I could go on and on, but trust me you want to stay here!!! Wish I could give it 10 stars.

This two bed/two bath unit was the best we’ve been in yet! It was gorgeous inside, everything you could think of and wonderful cold lemon towels in the fridge & a big bag of ice in the freezer. The view was to die for! You could see Molokai & Lanai & every morning I could see 3 or more turtles swimming right by the shore! The owner was extremely responsive & helpful. I had to go to urgent care & she recommend one that worked out great. But not having to buy paper goods, aluminum foil, baggies, sugar, spices was great. This owner though of everything. We were only 4 adults so each had their own bedroom & bathroom. Plenary of towels were provided & also beach chairs, coolers umbrella were there as well. Laundry detergent was Provided as well! This will be our go to place for now on!!

The accommodation for this unit was superb. The unit is a fully renovated unit. The unit has plenty of space for four adults. The panoramic view of the pacific ocean from the living room and master bedroom with Molokai and Lanai are breath taking. The unit is a direct ocean front. You are very close to world class beaches such as Kapalua Bay, Napali Bay, DT Fleming. The Kahana Bay directly at the unit is awesome as well. You have dining options within walking distance. Great snorkeling options are available on site and very nearby. Short distance from Ka’anapali Beach (& Black Rock Beach) and downtown Lahaina. Our first visit to Maui. We hope to come back some day and would highly recommend this unit for rental.

This was our second stay in this condo and it was every bit as spectacular as our first. The views are amazing and the condo is so spacious and more than comfortable, the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and beautiful. Tricia and Yogi have thought of everything one might need to ensure a wonderful stay. The kitchen is outfitted with anything necessary to prepare meals. The lanai is a perfect spot to enjoy the views and we watched numerous whales daily, saw a couple of turtles swimming and even a monk seal resting on the beach. There are beach chairs, umbrella, towels and several coolers for beach going. All in all we had a wonderful stay and we would love to come back and stay here again!

This is an exceptional property is so many ways. When you spend this kind of money in Maui, you expect exceptional accommodations, and this unit did it all. SIMPLY AN AMAZING 180 degree view from the 7th floor of this condo and I defy you to get a better night'a sleep than in this unit with the balcony window open and the screen door shut! This unit has two bedrooms but one is attached to the living room (view) and is separated by a rolling door. This is NOT a problem and in fact takes advantage of the airflow. This unit had towels, beach chairs, two terrific bathrooms and both a Kerug machine and traditional coffee maker. Just a lovely place and I would return soon. And if you go in January as we did, every day you watch the migrating whales from your balcony over the beach. Five stars for sure!

What an absolutely gorgeous condo! We were so pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was when we arrived - the photos don’t do it justice. Every need was anticipated and the unit was so well-equipped.
It was the perfect space for my partner and my mother and me.

What a wonderful place! The view was the best, and the sound of the waves was relaxing and really made you feel like you’re in paradise. The condo had everything you would need. Very impressed with the kitchen and supplies. Two things that need improvement are Wi-Fi (especially guest room) and the sofa bed (mattress should be replaced).

This beautiful condo was above and beyond our expectations. The amenities, location, and especially the amazing view were exceptional. We have stayed at SOK before, but the renovations made to this unit are what made this stay so perfect. Everything you need is at your fingertips and well appointed even down to the beach essentials. The view is picturesque and could be used for a personal postcard. Stunning sunset views as well. Highly recommend this property!

This is on North West Maui which tends to be a bit dryer than other parts. This meant we didn't have a lot of rain despite many other locations of the island being wet. The views were spectacular. We saw a number of sea turtles right from the windows. The interior of the condo was awesome with A/C which allowed us to sleep comfortably at night. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our family of 4 loved the condo and the Sands of Kahana complex. The condo is well updated, in great condition, and has fantastic 7th floor views of the ocean and islands. The condo complex has a lovely pool, great restaurant and bar, and big enough beach so it's not too crowded. The added mini-golf, tennis courts, and koi pond are great touches as well. We had a fantastic stay.

This unit at The Sands of Kahana is absolutely as advertised. Comfortable, clean, lots of room, well-furnished, and views that are absolutely amazing. Watching the sunsets and waves from the lanai was wonderful and we could even see sea turtles from our room.
There are a handful of casual restaurants within easy walking distance, but if you’re looking for something like a Front St. experience you won’t find it here. The Sands definitely lacks a resort style feeling but it is close enough to some of the other more populated areas that shouldn’t be a drawback. The beach is a few steps away and although it wasn’t our favorite in the area is perfect if you just want to get some sun or play in the ocean.
The only minor item I would change is upgrading the single-ply toilet paper…I didn’t even realize they made it that thin.

The condo unit was exactly as described. The view was stunning! Condo was immaculate and well stocked and even included beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers. Our group of 4 was comfortable and felt at home. We spent a lot of time on the lanai watching sea turtles (with binoculars provided by the owners) relaxing to sounds of the surf and watching the sunsets or on the beach steps away. The grounds of the condo are well maintained and we ate breakfast several mornings at the on-site restaurant. The condo location was convenient home base with a small grocery store across the street and restaurants w/in walking distance. The hosts were very responsive to all the questions I asked prior to arrival and you can tell they take great care to maintain the unit and provide for all guests needs. Do not hesitate to book this unit! If I return to Maui, I will stay here.

This is a beautiful property amazing views right in front of the ocean. We are repeat customers so that says how much we like it here. The place is just as they stated very clean has many amenities. Kitchen everything we needed. It is nice to have the things like sand chairs coolers, umbrellas which many places do not offer. Will be back for sure.

This property is exactly as advertised. The moment you walk in the front door you are treated to a 180 degree of the ocean. I spent more time on this balcony then I have at any other place we’ve stayed. The whales put on a show every day! The condo has been upgraded and is extremely nice and clean. They have chairs and coolers for the beach which is a nice touch. The restaurant at the pool is real handy after a long day of exploring when you don’t feel like cooking. The owners are very responsive and the booking process extremely easy. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Maui.

First impression was excellent. The condo was very clean and the views can’t be beat. We ate breakfast and counted whales and turtles. The condo has everything you need. The beach gear was so nice to have, and the kitchen had everything you needed to make a meal. The grounds have bbqs and they are very clean and well maintained. There are restaurants very close by and a great little grocery store in Napali. We order to take out a lot and would enjoy dinner and a sunset. I really can’t say enough about this place. If you book it you will not be disappointed! I would recommend to any of my family and friends.

The unit was incredible- so clean and well taken care of! The views are spectacular! We were able to watch whales and sea turtles right from our balcony. The beach was awesome! Pool and restaurant were great as well!! Nice little store and places to dine right next door! Everything you need for a wonderful vacation is all here, from the beach supplies to the fully stocked kitchen. Property hosts were so responsive- always got back to me right away to answer questions we had. We would come back here in a heartbeat!

What a beautiful property! The view, decor, cleanliness and A/C made this a fabulous stay! The property manager responded immediately to every phone call. I yes I locked my jewelry in the safe incorrectly. Within an hour the property manager was there to help! We couldn't get the dishwasher to work user issues and again property manager handled immediately! Even the owners were extremely responsive at weird hours! Thank you for helping make this trip a wonderful memory! Would absolutely stay again! Mahalo!

The condo had everything that we needed to make our trip even better! Tricia and Yogi made sure that we had all the comforts of home plus ensures that what we needed when we went to enjoy the beach (beach chairs, noodles, coolers, etc)…it was a nice surprise to have more than just beach towels (which was all we expected). Very very comfortable for our family of 4 and so wonderfully decorated. We look forward to coming back at some point in the future.

These owners really keep their guests in mind. From the perfectly appointed kitchen to an array of beach supplies (towels, chairs, coolers etc.) they seemed to think of everything. We even had a Hawaiian style Santa decorating the living room for our December stay!

The property (the Unit)was Top notch well supplied with wonderful decor. The common areas Landscaping, pool, Beaches, Bar and food service all first Class. All very clean.
This is one of the unites that has air conditioning. Also the security people keep a close eye on everything around the clock. You simply could not ask for more.

My husband and I went back and forth between a resort and a vacation rental for at least 3 days. We landed upon this property and figured we’d switch out if need be. So glad we went with the vacation rental. The property is in a great location, the view is amazing and the sounds of the ocean waves while relaxing in the bed is priceless. Also, very clean!

We loved every minute! Teenagers can be hard to impress, but they loved everything about our condo, grounds and location. We were close to Lahaina, but could also enjoy the beaches and snorkeling in Kapalua and Honolua Bay. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans and electrical gadgets. The closet or beach items was very useful and our deck was fantastic for sipping coffee, watching turtles and catching the sunset. The managers were always quick to respond to small questions and the AC was a bonus on warmer nights. You won’t want to leave!

We enjoyed direct access to the beach and pool as well as the delicious food served at the downstairs restaurant. This property is amazing!! The owner did an awesome job making this property spectacular…everything from the comfortable beds, towels, blue night lights in the bathrooms (which we have already bought since we returned home) couple of soft throw blankets, binoculars, beach chairs, couple of small coolers, kitchen stocked full of everything you would need, 12 k-cups, tea bags and sugars available. There was also a Full/Queen size air mattress w/ sheets that was nice to have as another option. The a/c was also another great feature. We used the the a/c more at night time. Communication with the property manager was excellent as well! The property has a nice pool, hot tub, grills, nice walking beach, on-site restaurant, rental of paddle boards. Walking distance to some great places to eat.
We enjoyed the sunsets every night. Also on most days, we saw turtles swimming along the shore line near the rocks. Amazing! Bring your snorkel gear.
Staying at this property made our vacation in Maui the most memorable and most enjoyable experience.
We would most definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about this condo. The unbelievable view, the comfortable living space. Watching the turtles swimming by from the Lanai. Listening to the ocean from our bed at night. The kitchen had all the amenities of home. Sad to leave Maui, but hope to be back again someday. Would highly recommend this condo.
