Can't recommend this place highly enough! We stayed with our family of 7 (two adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 12 to 1), and there was plenty of space. The location was perfect with short walks to two beaches and an easy drive to the rest of the island. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Property was nice enough and a nice size for our family. Great location and beautiful view from back lanai. Description of the property was not completely accurate. There was one large lanai, not two. The smaller one would accommodate a couple people. It was described as immaculate but the carpet needs to be replaced, and paint and plumbing need attention. Some details need addressing like broken beach chairs. There were only five place settings, not eight which was less than our party of six, and the kitchen was missing other basic tools needed for making meals. Overall, it was a great place to return to after daily excursions and a little TLC would have made it more functional for our family.

We were very impressed with this condo! It was neat and clean when we arrived. The check-in process was easy and clear. The folks at the front desk folks were helpful and the property manager specifically for the condo we communicated with were quick to respond to any questions or requests, and very accommodating. The condo is open and spacious. Location is excellent as it is in the middle geographically between a lot of beaches and activities, and not far from any of them. While it is not directly on a breach, there were so many great beaches within a short drive, we didn't feel that was a downside. Highly highly recommended.

This property was exactly as expected from the listing. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The kitchen was well-stocked, even though we really didn't use it to cook. We took full advantage of the beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and even snorkels that were available for us to use. It was nice to have a full washer-dryer available if we wanted to wash a load of laundry before leaving. The lanai was lovely for enjoying morning coffee and chatting. The beds were comfortable, but could use some firmer pillows for our liking. Our biggest suggestion for the owner is to have a full-length mirror in the unit so that we could use it while getting ready. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay. Also, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

As a previous timeshare owner in Maui, this was the first time I had to actually "find" a place to stay for my family of 5, including my wife's family and 88 year old mother-in-law. In my opinion we lucked out with this Maui Hill unit. The resort itself is clean, low-key, and located right across the street from a decent snorkeling beach. Great walking/jogging path north towards Kihei, or south towards Wailea. You are very short drive to shops at Wailea or tremendous restaurant options in Kihea. The unit itself is upstairs, but just two easy flights up wood steps. The keyless/code entry into front door makes it easy, as long as you don't forget the code. The condo has different furnishings than the timeshare units and some extras left by the owners. Good A/C, and we definitely needed it, in the main living room and upper and lower bedrooms. We easily had our 3 kids sleeping on pull-out couch and blowout mattress (15,20,23) at night which allowed adults to use the bedrooms. Good for parking older people downstairs in bedroom with twin beds, upstairs bedroom if you really crave privacy, downstairs master. Nice deck for morning coffee with garden and Molokini views. Pool and hot tubs clean - but be careful because you need a key to enter or exit, which is understandable, but tough logistically when there is only 1 key. Parking at property was never an issue and it was full at Spring Break. Other nice perks - coffee and coffee filters provided, good fridge and freezer space for your post Kahului Costco run, beach chairs/towels/kids snorkeling gear/rolling cooler ready to go and we used all of them. Some of beach chairs need to be replaced they have been well used. Great laundry setup and some detergent there as well. Basic kitchen needs there in case you need salt, pepper, other spices. All kitchen items pretty much covered - you could essentially cook in every meal if you weren't on vacation and wouldn't lack for equipment. Finally, TV's are great but you need to pay close attention to printed instructions or you have trouble using them. That or bring along at 15 year old to decipher for you. Make sure you are clear on Wifi access. Finally this property has a great vibe and I would strongly consider returning if I rent again on Maui. Very close to Wailea beaches and people are nice and down to earth.

Eight of us enjoyed this beautiful but comfortable condo for 7 nights in February this year. It was the first 'destination' vacation with my adult sons and their young families, and first plane travel for the children aged 3, 4 and 6. Each family had their own room with bathroom, and the two little girls shared the pull-out couch at night. Everyone felt like they had their own space. The kitchen was well equipped - only complaint was that the toaster was on its last legs and didn't work well. Also provided were ampble beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and cooler etc. We watched humpback whales from the large lanai every morning and late afternoon which was really fantastic! The walk to the pool was a short one, and not long before the kids knew the way. It was also well cared for, with lots of lounge chairs and tables in the shade. The kids swam their hearts out. The runners/walkers in our group enjoyed mornings following the road and beaches towards Kihei town, or into Wailea. When our flight was delayed 10+ hours due to snowstorm at home, the property managers were quickly able to extend our stay an extra day for the same per/day price in my original agreement, so we were able to enjoy an extra day in Maui. Overall a wonderful, memorable experience. Mahalo!

3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms gave everyone privacy. We loved the large deck with a view that is priceless! We didn’t want to come home!!! Any issue that we had was responded to virtually immediately through the app/website, and service that day. Beach chairs provided, beach towels, etc., provided - which was a nice plus. Air conditioning worked flawlessly, once repaired after 1 day… THANKYOU for providing our family with a great property, great location- and we would love to come back one day!!!

This property is located closed to the beach. From the patio we have view of an open grass area with the ocean in background. The beds were very comfy and it had everything we need for cooking, go to the beach. We walked every night to sunset .

Bedrooms are good sized and beds are comfy - ACs don't quite keep it comfortable at night given the high humidity but not sure you're going to find better in the area. Kitchen worked well. Did not use the pool so can't speak to it. Overall it's a nice place.

This is the perfect "just right" spot. The location is ideal for exploring SW Maui - halfway from Kihei to Wailea. The communication from Todd and the team was truly outstanding. We had questions, they came right back with answers. The beds were comfy, there was beach equipment to borrow, the pool was fantastic, and the beach was close. We will be back to Maui Hill. Ok, minor quibble, so you know I care, Todd how about a coffee grinder? You have some really nice beans on Maui.

Great reports from previous occupants were accurate. While not on the beach, the grounds across the street from the beach were lovely, the condo was well equipped and worked well for my wife and I, and our daughter and her family of 5. Plenty of beaches to explore and lots of good eateries and shops. The pool was a nice way to relax in after a morning of snorkeling.

This property was perfect for us! The location was great with easy access to several beaches as well as restaurants and shopping. Each bedroom had a view of the ocean. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The three bathrooms were so helpful as well as laundry. The complex itself was very quiet and secure. We would definitely stay here again!

Maui Hill is a beautiful resort (grounds) and a great location to Kamaole Beach III and Keawakapu Beach. They are both a 5-10 minute walk, but we sometimes drove with beach gear to both beaches as well. The sunsets are spectacular. There is a nice large pool and there always seemed to be lounges available.
The condo itself overall is lovely with plenty of seating. We needed the 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms and there are 3 lanais, with the largest one off the living area with a table and chairs and more lounging chairs and rockers. Beach chairs as well as some boogie boards and other beach toys are provided as well. The beach chairs really came in handy.
Where the condo was lacking was a limited # of towels, just the minimal amount of kitchen ware and while the sit-on-top counter bathroom basins were pretty, they were so tall, our 5yo grandson couldn't reach to wash his hands or brush his teeth--just something to think about. I found myself, at 5'4", sometimes on tiptoe brushing my teeth.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the management company was very responsive and easy to communicate with, but I believe the condo could do with a more thorough cleaning. Maui Hill is a beautiful resort and I would stay again.

The place is a great layout with an array of beach supplies included as well as modern amenities. It is a short walk or very short drive to 3 wonderful beaches and there is a nice pool and hot tub on property.

love the property and location. the carpet was dirty, and the floor was not properly vacuumed. Todd property manager was wonderful, his suggestion of restaurants was perfect. downstairs bedroom, sheets were clean but not pressed. so it was wrinkled. if they can take care of these little things, the property will be 5-star. i would give 3 stars for cleanliness. 5 star for location and wonderful light no need to turn on the light. deck in the back was amazing, had early morning meditation, very peaceful, you hear and see so many birds, early morning is the best time. wonderful amazing place. Thank you

We all enjoyed staying here. Six 60+ adults. We were close enough to walk to a couple of beaches and restaurants. The bath towel and hand towel situation needs to be addressed. Not enough towels for a week and the washer is broken. They measured for a new one while we were here so that will be fixed soon. Plenty of beach gear. We spent plenty of time on the bigger patio. It was so nice. Great place for a big group.

This condo delivered quite nicely. Clean, plenty roomy for two couples, functioned well. The third bedroom is smaller but does also have its own balcony. The lanai got a bit hot in the afternoon sun but was lovely for the whole morning and for the evening. The location is excellent, with beaches and parks within easy walking distance, and a varied commercial area an adult walk or trivial drive in the same area. Money well spent.

We enjoyed our stay at Maui Hill and the check-in process was smooth. The bedrooms were spacious and it was nice to have three separate bathrooms. The balconies provided a lovely view and we enjoyed watching the wild lovebirds and mynah birds frolicking on the trees and grounds. Swiimming pool and hot tub were great and it was just a short walk down to view the amazing sunsets near 5 Palms at Keawakapu Beach. We are especially grateful to owner, Todd, for working with us with some special needs. Mahalo!

Very beautiful, looks just like the photos. Large, spacious, beautiful landscaping, well appointed condo. Clean, nice sheets, comfy beds. Excellent communication w/management. We came as a family with a 3 year old and grandparents. The balcony does have some larger gaps between the bars that a toddler could easily fall through, which we managed easily by blockading with beach gear.

We stayed at this property with a 75 grandparent, 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 younger children. It was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. 4 TVs for everyone to relax in the evening with their own entertainment. The view from the balcony includes the ocean and molokini. Some peach-faced lovebirds nest nearby and come visit on the roof by the 2nd floor balcony. Very quiet property. Ample and close parking. The grandparent only had to go up a short set of stairs to the property from the parking lot.
