Great rental! Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Balcony at every bedroom which was lovely. They had everything we needed there for the beach. Very well kept. You can tell the owners take great care of this condo. And the beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever had on vacation. Everyone mentioned the comfy beds. Defiantly recommend this rental to others. We will be back!

The experience was good except for the toilet downstairs. Upon arrival we found the washer on one of the bolts that connects the toilet seat to the bowl was broken, and over time using the toilet the other one broke, this needs to be repaired before renting to someone else.

Our stay was good. Since we are all seniors, taking our luggage up on the stairs was little difficult for us. The dishwasher was not working but was replaced with a new one with in a day or two. Ice maker does not work and I am sure the owner will or should take care of it. Other than that we were fine and enjoyed our stay.

This was our 5th time in Maui and first at Maui Hill. What a place! The unit was spacious and perfect for our family of 6. The amenities were fantastic and really felt more like a Hotel / Resort than an individual rental (Maitai's and music Wednesday evenings were a highlight). Extremely walkable to the beach, pier, and shops / restaurants. Will more than likely only come back to Maui Hill from now on.

They had beach chairs and toys came in helpful. We will highly recommend this condo to anyone with a family. Thank you for the best vacation ever! We had a great stay! The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and big enough for 6 adults & a toddler. Three bathrooms was a real plus. The location was excellent with easy access to a number of beaches & restaurants. There was plenty of parking. There were lots of beach towels, chairs & toys.

This was a great stay for our group of six, one couple and one family of 4. The set up was super for everyone to have privacy or mingle as desired. The condo is showing a bit of wear and tear but is in good shape overall and location is excellent. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, there are plenty of towels for bath and beach as well as beach chairs and toys. The lanai was wonderful in the mornings - it is a quiet property, so it was relaxing to sit out there with a cup of coffee and listen to birds and enjoy the view. Easy check-in and amenities are great - the pool and hot tub are nice, and although we didn't use it there is a tennis court and other garden games available. There are grills located around the property, which allowed us to have a couple of steak dinners at "home". There is a nice beach less than 10 minutes walking distance and several more beaches, parks and places to eat within a short driving distance.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

This was a great space for us -5 adults and 1 infant. The group was very easy to communicate with and responsive to needs that came up during the stay. Location is perfect ! Walkable to our fav spots and beautiful beaches are a very quick drive. You can see the ocean and sunset from the patio. Really great spot !

This is a great place to stay with 6-8 people. It is close to everything necessary as beaches, night life, and the roads that bring you to all the great sites in Maui. I can highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely try to get it again, when visiting Maui with this amount of people again.

Overall a very pleasant experience. The condo is definitely spacious in terms of main living area and bedrooms, and worked well for the 5 adults (2 couples plus 1). The kitchen is a bit small but we didn't do a lot of cooking and it worked for the little bit that we did. The fans and air conditioning kept the condo comfortable especially considering we are from the Pacific NW! Be aware that the front door lock is on a timer and you won't be able to get in early even if housekeeping appears to be done. That being said, I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the stay was fine. Location was good. Property was showing its age and needed some repairs while we were staying (management was responsive). Wasn’t as clean as I’d like on entry - towels were still wet for example. Overall it was ok but felt expensive for what we got.

My family of 6 adults enjoyed our stay a lot. The location was great and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was on the smaller side but we didn’t do a lot of cooking. The shower pressure was great, the pool was very nice, and the view from the main balcony was lovely. My only complaint is the mattress in the upstairs bedroom was kind of lumpy.

The condo was beautiful, spacious and well stocked with all your needs from beach accessories to bathroom supplies to dishes. Highly recommended. Just make sure you follow all the rules or you will get called out.

The unit was great for 3 couples. Short walk to the beach! Or coffee/shopping. Unit was nice and big! Love sitting on deck for coffee. Little hard figuring out the TV programming. Very nice location. When you walk out, go to left. Better beach that way.

This place was bigger than I expected and very nice. The bedrooms were huge. Had everything we needed for 5 adults and 2 teenagers. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrella made it very nice! Upstairs bedroom was a little warm, but not a problem. Well stocked with beach towels. Lots of bath towels. We didn't need to wash any. Nice beaches within walking distance. Right in between several beaches that everyone enjoyed. 30 minutes either way you went to Lahiana or Kahalui. We very much enjoyed our stay and will most likely return again.
***watch out for the grumpy residents, they weren't very nice in the pool area***

The property is located in south Kihei and is very close to the Kamaole Sands beaches. It is very easy to access the Kihei area and the southern areas of Wailea and Makena.
The unit is clean and spacious to easily and comfortably fit 3 couples in separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms. The gathering area is very comfortable for the group to sit and gather. The condo has nice amenities with a pool, hot tub, and tennis court. I would definitely recommend this unit!

We enjoyed staying here at the Maui Hill 70 condo. There were 7 adults and 1 child in our family and it fit all of us perfectly. We loved the quietness and really enjoyed the lanai in the mornings and evenings. It was the perfect location and close to all the beaches, stores and restaurants.

We were celebrating a week-long bachelorette/girls trip & Maui Hill was amazing. The condo was located near the entrance of the community, so very convenient. It was also about 1 min walk to the pool/hot tub, so close enough to walk without shoes but far enough not to hear the noise. The rooms were a great size & highly accommodating. There was AC in each room & all except one worked perfectly. Management was quick to do what they could & it was manageable with the ceiling fan also. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of plates, utensils, & basic cooking needs such as oil & salt & pepper. There were 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, & many pool/beach towels that came in super clutch. Space was very roomy & never felt crowded with 7 women. Each room had access to a balcony, & the main balcony was very nice in the evenings, especially to access either through the downstairs king bedroom or the living room. The blinds are a little old, so it was hard to open or close them, especially when they were banging around with the wind. There was soap, shampoo, & conditioner provided but they were in tiny hotel sized containers, so we ended up having to buy full sized & just shared amongst the group. All in all, would definitely stay here again based off its close proximity to the airport, beaches, & all the amenities provided in Kihei. I usually stay in Ka’anapali & I feel like it’s so far out from everything. Here in Kihei it’s pretty centralized & Lahaina was about 40-45 min away. Loved Maui Hill & couldn’t recommend more!

The living room had high ceilings which made it look very spacious, perfect for the whole family to spend time together. The lanai was big too and I enjoyed listening to the various birds singing in the early mornings while I enjoyed my coffee while the family slept. The 2 en-suite bedrooms were huge with king size beds and the third bedroom was big enough for our teen daughters. They had beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Just wish they had boogie boards too. The pool was very close and usually pretty empty. All in all it was an enjoyable week in paradise!

Very nice condo, decks out every room, beautiful trees surrounding unit, short drive to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Perfect for 5 adults and 2 children! All basic necessities initially provided- toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, dish detergent. Lots of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, 2 boogie boards, and beach towels. Air conditioning was nice to have as well as the option to open the patio doors and let fresh air blow through. Beautiful place to stay!

The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen had been updated which was nice. Also the furniture and decor was nice. The bathrooms were tired and not in great repair. The pool area is too small for such a big complex.
