This is a beautiful condo, the photos are very accurate. Super clean unit in a quiet complex with an assigned parking spot. Directly across the street from Kam III which is a great beach for snorkeling and boogie boarding. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops & beaches. The 3 A/C units keep it very cool. It is on a busy street so we expected traffic noise to be an issue but there are very effective white noise machines in both bedrooms which eliminated the need for ear plugs. Outdoor closet has tons of beach gear (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, coolers and sand toys). Well equipped kitchen, plenty of “starter” supplies and so convenient to have washer/dryer in unit. Bathrooms are beautiful, plenty of towels, including beach towels, great water pressure and lots of storage available. Beds are firm, but so comfortable I’m considering buying the same mattress, tons of drawer and closet space in both rooms and they did a great job with providing ample outlets (regular and USB plugs) all over the condo. There are even a bunch of games in the dresser by front door. Very responsive management team.

Was a great location, walkable distance to restaurants and the beach is right across the little street. Every Sunday vendors set up across the street and sell amazing Hawaiian items. Drive to and from airport is 20-25 mins. Great location

We have stayed in other VRBOs on the other islands and this one was by far the best! It is roomy, clean and had everything we needed! There are air conditioning units in each bedroom and in the main area so the temperature was always pleasant. Being right across the beach was amazing. There is a busy road but it always seemed to quiet down at night and didn’t keep any of us awake. We had a family of 5 adults and the pull out bed was comfortable as well. We would definitely stay here again!!

Condo was exactly as described in listing. All beds were comfortable, including sofa bed. Kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the sand toys, boogie boards and chairs/umbrella. Location to the beach was perfect. I definitely underestimated the street loudness mentioned in other reviews. It was LOUD & we are city people. We brought a sound machine and that helped. My three boys slept through it all. Would definitely recommend overall.

What a beautiful place! We loved the views from the balcony and inside the condo. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. We were able to access miles of beautiful, sand beach, and walk to restaurants and stores. This is definitely a place we would come back to visit and stay at again.

Everything was fantastic about this property: location, suite layout, provisions in the suite for our use, communications with property manager. Had one issue, not the fault of the owner or property manager, of noisy neighbours on our second night. Informed property manager and dealt with immediately and no more noise issues. Thanks for that.

This property was even better than it looked in the pictures! It is right across the street from an amazing beach! The lanai looks out on the beach and sunsets! The beds were super comfortable, even the pull-out sofa bed! The kitchen was well stocked. There are nice new AC units in each room! If you are planning to have a guest on the sofa, note that the bathrooms are located inside both bedrooms, so that can be tricky. Also, the pool is insanely cold! My kids, who don’t think anything is too cold, wouldn’t go in it! Other than that, we LOVED this place and would happily return. It is by far the best place we have stayed on Maui.

You can't beat being able to walk across the street to get to the beach. The unit faces the street which is great for the view, but there is a fair amount of traffic along the frontage road. The beds and baths were excellent. There are beach chairs and umbrella with the unit which we used almost everyday. For the day we had rainy and windy weather, we easily stayed in and watched Netflix. No problem. Great stay. My only comment would be that the nightly rate isn't bad, but with all of the added fees it ended up being a bit more. We still had a great time. Mahalo!

What a great stay! Location was perfect for us - right across the street from the beach. The unit had everything we needed. Was great to also have access to a pool. Used the barbecues in the pool area a couple of times. We will be back!

I booked this property for a family vacation and was glad I did. Very convenient location and plenty of room for our group. Did some island hopping and booked a similairly priced hotel for 1 night and this property was much better in comparison!

We loved this stay. Very comfortable beds! Extra beach chairs and towels. It was clean and comfortable for an affordable price. The only downside was the traffic being so loud you couldn’t hear the waves, other than that we all loved it.

Great place by the beach, very nice place to watch sunset. They have beach chairs which we didn't get to use but loved that they were there. Only a small hiccup in the beginning but it was solved by their housekeeping team quickly and we got an explanation for it so it was okay. Would recommend the next upgrade to the place be a newer washing machine. I recommend this place to families like us with older children because it's more space than a hotel room.

Nice condo across the street from the beach. There was an issue with the cleanliness of the spare bathroom, but communication with the host was fast and they took care of it. 3 A/C units kept the place nice and cool. I would stay again.

This spot is just as listed. We had a great trip. It can get noisy at night but it did not keep us awake. Great location. Perfect sunset is directly across the street. Can walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. We were able to watch NBA finals on nice TV's in house. Definitely would come back.

The condo was perfect for my husband, myself and 2 adult daughters. The traffic noise may be disturbing for some. We had earplugs and to be honest I only used them 1 night.

We had a great time. The location is amazing. It literally right across the street from the beach. Has amazing views from both rooms and the living room. The kitchen was well stocked. This place had everything you need for the beach. This beach is great for swimming and snorkeling, we saw lots of fish and a couple of turtles.
The only down side to this rental is the cleanliness of the place. We found hair on every bath towel and on the bed sheets. May not be a big deal for some but it was for me. The dishes were a little dirty as well. The street noise did not bother us as it wasn’t bad at night. Overall I would rate this place a 4.

We had a great stay with Vacation-Maui. Location was amazing. Just a quick walk across the street and you are at the beach. Very convenient if you are with little kids as we were. We only used the pool twice, but it was enough for my kids when they want a break from the salt water. They came equipped with beach chairs, coolers and we found at the end boogie boards. Easy communication with our hosts.

This is an awesome location for adults! The only negative is that you are on a very busy street. During the night it is still very loud with street noise. We were awoken almost every night. Very clean and comfortable.

Well maintained and managed Airbnb located in the heart of Kihei with AC! Staying with an active 18 month old, the property is well appointed yet safe enough for him run around. It hits all the marks for cleanliness, location, and value. Communication with Todd is quick and friendly. Definitely will miss the views of the beach from the condo. All the basic necessities and beach chairs, umbrella and coolers available for use was definitely a plus. We've stayed in Lahaina before but this Kihei property was definitely a much more convenient location driving to and from the airport, shops, local restaurants, Wailea and the famous Makena Beach. Wonderfully stocked condo, comfy beds. Great ac in each room. Road noise but thanks to the previous reviews, we brought ear plugs and slept well after wonderful days spent boogie boarding and snorkeling just across the street. Turtles, Shave ice and restaurants near by. Owners were responsive and great to communicate with. This is our 4th stay at Haleakala Shores and this was our favorite.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The only bad part of the location is the road noise...even at 3:00am it doesn't stop. The Condo has an amazing view of the ocean! Air conditioning is wonderful to have. We had a great stay with our adult kids! Added a beach chair to the collection so there is now 4 chairs. The supplied boogie boards and snorkel fins were also a bonus! Would totally stay again!

We enjoyed staying here. It’s right across from Kam III, which is a great beach for sand, sun and boogie boarding. We scuba dive and it was within walking distance from the board dock so that was convenient too. We could also walk to food options as well. We loved the updated bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, lots of beach chairs and and umbrellas as well as boogie boards and sand toys for the kiddos. The view of the ocean from the unit is amazing and we loved having AC units throughout so we could escape the heat. The beds were comfy, sheets were super soft, and the TV was awesome. All the apps you would want and a mount to angle any way you wish. They have shopping carts by the elevator that make it easy to unload groceries. The only downside is the location being next to a vacant lot with people living out of their car that you walked past on your way to the beach. Also, as mentioned before, the loud street noise could be difficult for some, I slept with ear plugs and my kids were wore out, so we slept fine. Overall, we would stay again in a heartbeat. This property had everything we could ask for, great location around amenities, great beach gear, wonderful view, nice accommodations BUT, the ROAD NOISE was nuts. We had read some past reviews stating that it died down at night...which was true, if you consider 1:00 am your bed time. The road noise then picked back up at 4:00 am. So, only 3 hours of peaceful rest. We actually went and bought ear plugs 2 nights into our 7 night stay. You will feel like the doors are open as you hear every car door shut, horn, tire noise...even pedestrian talking. So, in short, property had everything we wanted but the road noise about did us in. We just want everyone to understand...bring your ear plugs.

This spot is incredible. It looks even better than the pictures, I was worried that the furniture would be old but it was so CLEAN. Kihei is an amazing neighborhood with so much to do and the beach right in front of the property has no rocks and is swimmable. I will definitely be returning . 5 stars all around.
