This was a great location to stay in. The property had great amenities, including a nice pool and easy access to the beach. The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable, although the bedrooms did have a musty smell, as did all the towels. The pullout bed was quite old and not the most comfortable. Guests are expected to do all the laundry (towels, sheets, etc) upon checkout.

This condo easily fit five of us and is very well stocked with kitchen equipment, beach gear, and laundry supplies. The view is nice and the beach is right across the street. Nice place for a family to stay!

I came with my husband, our almost 4 year old daughter, my older brother, and my mother. We were looking for a lot of needs - central location, something close to the beach that allowed walking, ground floor because my mother's mobility is limited, comfortable sleeping accommodations for everyone, etc. This met all of our needs and more. Beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked, lots of sitting areas, the ground floor location with the back doors opening up to the grassy common grounds, easy walk across the beach to awesome beaches - we were all stoked! Great and easy communication with the owners, and the condo management itself was prime. Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay! The condo is roomy, and has a fantastic view of the ocean and the evening sunset. The younger kids loved their bedroom with the twin beds. Condo was well appointed, with a very well stocked kitchen, good linens and great beach toys in the lanai closet. The owners were very considerate and responsive. Would stay there again for sure!!

Beautiful condo with everything promised. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The view is beautiful from the lanai. We enjoyed snorkeling and close access to a family friendly beach. We definitely hope to come again!

High quality sheets and towels. Large livingroom space. Large Lanai (patio) with ocean view and sunset. 5 minute walk to beach. 3 minute walk to pool. We would definitely book this same place again. Aloha🌺

My family and I had a wonderful trip to Maui! We loved the room set-ups; it was nice to have our two little boys (3 and 4) in the room away from the front door, and we really enjoyed how much space there was in the living room to play and spread out. Our kids absolutely loved playing on the green space outside the lanai, and I loved that we didn’t have to walk down any flights of stairs to get there! The resort itself is very beautiful and immaculately maintained. The pool was nice and had a lot of seating. We only used the BBQ once but it was extremely clean. I would recommend this unit to anyone with kids who is looking to stay in Kihei. We will definitely be back!

This was a great experience! The condo is very well located within the complex and across from a great beach. The pool is clean and warm and open for long hours. The condo was also very clean and the kitchen and lanai were well stocked. Bring your own bath products as those are not provided (except bar soap) and expect to purchase more paper products for longer stays. We found the beds to be comfortable, the breeze to be very cooling, and the living room furniture not quite comfortable enough to spend time lounging - but that’s ok because we could relax outside.

We had a wonderful time at this great condo in Kihei. Location was terrific across from the beach. Close to restaurants/stores, but far enough away to be more peaceful. You can see the water from little lanai. Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler were all useful. Swam in the pool every day. There was lovely music/dancing one afternoon by the pool. Kids took advantage of the advertised tennis clinic the next day. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washer/dryer much appreciated. It is on the ground level so there is foot traffic noise by the bedroom windows earlier in the evening. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Unit was clean and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay, it was great having chairs, boogie boards and other beach equipment. Spent most mornings and evenings at the beach just a short walk from the condo. Our 17 mo old loved exploring the grounds. Condo is close to some shops and restaurants, the teens loved being able to walk to things and have some independence. For those traveling with littles, we liked Keawakapu Beach better than Kamaole III as the waves were calmer, it's just about .5 mi south of the condo.

This was a perfect condo for our family of 4. Good location in the heart of Kihei with easy access to the beach across the street and within walking distance of local restaurants and stores. The condo includes a washer and dryer (a must have to pack less for your trip) and an incredibly well stocked kitchen. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Kamaole Sands is the best place to hang in Kihei. This condo is perfection, opening up to the groundfloor lawn, just a short walk to the beach or pool. Hang on the lanai and listen to the waves. Spacious floorplan in an angled unit unlike the traditional ones, feels roomy. Comfy pillows! Plenty of little things, spices, beach chairs, cooler. We’ll be back <3

The pictures don't do the property justice. There is ample room for a small family to be comfortable.
The location is unbelievable. Walking distance to the beach, the pool, and restaurants. 5 minutes drive for more shopping or beach activities. You would be hard pressed to find a better location in Kihei, and the view towards the ocean during sunset cannot be overstated.

This condo was in a great location that was convenient to get to the beach (across the street), ground floor to walk to the pool, and a reasonably short walk to shops and restaurants. I loved the outdoor showers at the beach and pool to remove sand! The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in good condition. The lanai closet was also full of chairs and fun beach items (boogie boards) so that was a bonus.
The living room was larger than I expected with two seating areas and two coffee tables. We visited in August and expected to use the A/C but didn't need it at all! The air current through windows and front screen door, and the ceiling fans at night were perfect.
The pool was a nice big size, and there were two hot tubs (one for adults, one for families). Note that no inflatables are allowed in the pool.
We stayed happily for 8 days and would definitely happily stay here again!

Great ocean views from first floor. Quiet at night. Walkable to Kamaole III beach where there is good boogie boarding and turtles are cruising around. Sand toys and boogie boards in lanai closet were appreciated. Kihei has lots of food options. Close to Wailea and Makena and the shopping and more great beaches there!

We love Kamaole Sands and this property was no exception! Great open floor plan with very comfortable beds, sofa, and chairs. Lanai closet filled with useful beach goodies. Amazing location and view, and lovely inside too. Good WiFi speed for those of us who had to videoconference for work. We never needed to turn on the AC with the great cross breezes.

We had a good stay, the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to questions and give helpful site seeing advice. The location is ideal, with a nice ground floor view of the grounds and sunset from the lanai. Just a 1 minute walk to the beach.
The condo was generally nice and clean we just had a couple of things we wished were cleaner that we talked with the owner about. The owner is very conscientious so I’m sure it will remedied in the future.
If you have a lengthy stay just be aware that the basics supplied won’t last you. The starter kit included 4 rolls of toilet paper and 1 bath soap per shower. For our party of 6 it didn’t quite last. The grocery is really close to resupply but it’s is expensive.
Overall we loved our stay and would recommend to others.
