We have stayed at Kam Sands many times in many units and buildings. This is the best yet. Nicely furnished and beds are very comfortable. Anyone complaining about the AC should stay in a different location as Kam Sands doesn't have central AC due to age. So yes they are all window mounted and do make noise. No big deal at all but no reason to complain to the owners. All beach supplies are available. They have 2 umbrellas and 3 beach chairs. (so if you have 4 people and need 4 chairs be aware). There are masks and snorkels so all great there. Kitchen is well stocked. 100% would come again to #104!!!!

This was our second time staying in the condo this year. This time, we brought our two kids (3 years old and 3 months old). The condo offered a good amount of space for everyone. Sheryl was super helpful and purchased a pack n play for us to use - so nice to not to have to travel with one! She was also super responsive when the umbrella broke and there wasn’t any laundry detergent. We felt very well taken care of again and would recommend to our friends. Thanks again, Sheryl!

This condo is amazing. Right across from the best beach Kamaole III. The condo is so well equipped for the beach and in the kitchen. The resort BBQ’s are in pristine condition. The view from the lanai is amazing especially at sunset. Sheryl is a very responsive and helpful host. We had the best time.

Very nice, well-maintained property, walking distance to good beach, lots of beach gear in unit. Communication from owner was excellent so we knew exactly what to expect. Only minor negative was that A/C consisted of two fairly noisy single-room units, but A/C isn't as important in Hawaii as many other places.

We loved our stay in Kihei. The condo was extremely clean (and we have very high standards for cleanliness) and comfortable! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stacked with nice kitchenware and appliances, and it had everything we needed to enjoy the beach (chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, etc.). The location of the condo was super convenient to get to Wailea and all the nearby beaches. There is also a beautiful view from the Lanai overlooking the ocean and right across from Kamaole Beach Park III. Sheryl was very responsive and accommodating which we appreciated. We are looking to return again and stay in the condo again - hopefully this year again. It was the perfect stay to celebrate our babymoon. The amenities are also nice. We grilled some fish on the last night which worked out great. Would strongly recommend!

We had an amazing quick 2day stop in Maui on our way to the Big Island. Beautiful condo with awesome ocean views. Grill was convenient for a dinner in.
King bed and pull out couch were both comfy. Plenty of utensils and kitchen supplies. So thankful for the many beach toys/supplies for the kids.

We rented several units in Kamaole Sands resort for a huge family trip, and this was my choice for my husband and I. I love that the condos are all close enough to have the grandkids walk to our unit for breakfast and the master bath is quite unique. Clean, comfy and well stocked.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is well equipped. I particularly appreciated having a cooler, beach chairs and a wagon available. It made our beach trip so easy. And a beautiful park and beach is right across the street. Check in was easy once we found the office. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

This was an incredible, clean property in an excellent location. The bed was comfortable and the unit had all the comforts of home and a view of the water from the lanai. We really appreciated having laundry in house and beach chairs and other items for use in the hall closet. And you can’t beat the location: walk to the beach in about a minute! Views of the sunset from the Kam III beach were fabulous. In the morning or early evening, before/after it gets too hot, you can walk down the street toward Kihei food trucks and restaurants. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful experience!

This was a great experience. Check-in was easy and the condo easily accessed the day we arrived.
The location was outstanding and we appreciated the beach gear in the closet. Our day at the beach wouldn't have been possible without the cooler, chairs, umbrellas, and cart.
If we're ever back in Kihei, we'd love to stay here again.

great location for beach access to Kam beaches. all the beach toys are great and the cart is clutch. I think it's a better winter spot when the water is not affected by the trade winds. one jab is the wifi is beyond weak and doesn't reach the bedroom.

We stayed for two full weeks on the property listed. It was a wonderful experience and was the perfect get away. The listing was exactly how we experienced our vacation and more. The property was immaculate and the neighborhood was very easy to walk around in the evening. We are planning a return trip in the future.

The process was basic and simple. This was our first experience and while all was fine materially, I found myself frustrated with all the additional fees that are not included in the first visible cost per night amount. And then arriving and paying a resort fee as well, but curiously paid it for only 2 of the properties we rented, the 3rd owner included it in the condo rental price. We do not have unlimited resources , but rather a budget, so I was very aware every time additional fees became necessary.
The ocean view from the ground floor lanai was all we hoped for and more!

This was by far one of the cleanest properties we’ve stayed in, with many interior updates. The first floor walkout to the green space, overlooking the ocean was incredible. We will definitely be back to this exact spot in the future!

Loved how the kitchen had all the cooking essentials and they also had beach goodies for us to use/borrow like towels and chairs.
The check in and check out process was easy.. there’s someone at the front desk all the time.
The kamaole beach was a simple walk away where we could also view the sunrise and sunset with breathtaking views of the ocean beach and park!

Great stay for a wedding with most of the guests having different rentals at the Kamaole Sands. This unit was as advertised, clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax after a long day at the nearby beach or traveling around Maui.
